In 2019, we embarked on our first major home remodel. We were nervous since we had never done anything like this before. We hired Trademark Building Company since we heard that they do quality work and this was definitely confirmed throughout the project. Even though we were inexperienced, the project went smoothly due to Tony’s knowledge and experience. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking at a remodel or new build. I know this will be the first company I talk to in the future if we decide to venture into another project.

We were able to have our dream kitchen in real life by using trademark. I highly recommend their team. Everything was completed with the highest standard. The tile work is pristine. We cannot thank them enough for the work they have done!

I hired Trademark to redo our kitchen ceiling. We had a 1980's drop ceiling with long 8 foot flourescent fixtures. The light came through plastic panels in the drop ceiling. The contractors were superb. From the demo, electrician, drywall and painters. Part of the new ceiling was to add two 9 foot oak beams, can lighting and paint. The job was done in a couple of weeks and the works is fabulous! The beams are beautiful! I would hire them again in a minute.

We purchased our home from Tony a little over a year ago and recently just finished up our 1-year warranty repair work. We couldn’t be more pleased with our home and the work completed by Tony and his team. Tony and his team have provided exceptional customer service both prior to and after purchasing the home. Any time we had any type of issue and contacted Tony he would respond to our request timely and ensure those items were taken care of. The people at Trademark Building Company are true craftsmen. I was introduced to them because I walked thru one of their houses and sadly it was taken out from under me in a bidding war. We decided instead of falling in love with houses on the open market and losing them time and time again to cash buyers it would be better to just have one built ourselves. They followed thru and made the house a home before we even set foot in it. They did such a good job and I recommend them to friends all the time!

This company does such a great job. I knew when from looking at some of their previous jobs that the people who work there have a very high taste level. Tony and his team are fantastic. I can’t say enough about his craftsmanship and professionalism. I have direct experience basically at all levels with the builder. From brand new builds to bathroom and basement reno’s to small jobs such as flooring and minor repairs-the work is excellent. Warranty work is guaranteed - didn’t need to request anything major ever but when needed-I was treated like a customer. Execellent follow through and great communication. Always timely. Not many builders can say that. I’ll always use them.

I purchased a new house in Birmingham last April from Tony. The house is very nicely built with top quality material. I have been living there for over a year now and I am extremely happy with this house. I love everything about it. They used really good material, solid wood doors, top quality wood floor, etc. After one year the new house settled, Tony sent a team to fix all the nail pops and paint for the one year warranty follow up. I am not handy so I constantly emailed and called Tony with questions, he is always very helpful and he even came over to set up some stuff for me. This company is absolutely trust worthy and honest. I definitely will recommend this company to all my friends and family.
