I have a 35 ft Class A Newmar motorhome. I was at a campground in Pownal VT and when I went to leave, one of the hydraulic levelers would not come up, we tried to force it up, we open up the Solenoids to relieve hydraulic pressure and still it would not budge. We had a 200# man try to lift it with a big crow bar etc. NOTHING. LONG story how we go VT Truck and Trailer Repair, Vernon VT, but I got a call from him saying he was called by my roadside assistance telling him I had slide out problems, but he asked how could he help me. ,I told Jessie I had hydraulic leveler problems Jessie was surprised it was leveler and not slide out problems. HE took someone off a job and sent him down to our situation. I told him I was 77, needed to get home and all I had done to try to take care of this myself. NOT very long after the phone call the mechanic came( I did not get his name but he was GREAT) and he worked and figured out how to relieve the pressure off from the hydraulic line by disconnecting it at the top of the level which is NOT EASY and is dangerous and then was able to lift the leveler so I could drive the RV home and will get this fixed. I live in Eastern MA and this business is in Vernon VT. I could not be happier and I strongly suggest this business to anyone for anything with a truck, trailer or RV that is NOT working correctly. i will be ever grateful to Jessie and the mechanic and the business for quick response, and courteous and professional correction of the problem. Again, the mechanic that came was very professional and fixed the problem!! Wish they were closer to where I live, they would be where I take my RV for sure without hesitation!

I had a few issues with my truck that needed to be taken care of while in Vermont. I did a Google search and read reviews before calling VTT. Jesse answered my call we made the appointment and he showed up on time. Very professional, friendly and a good listener. Above all he is very INNOVATIVE. My problems were solved and his fees were also very reasonable. Will not hesitate to call him again and again if I get a problem on my truck.

Common sense is a dying commodity this man has it, did the job 2 other shops couldn't do right and went above and beyond to make sure it was actually done right not just good enough. Highly recommend him to anybody, and the fact that he comes to you makes it even better. Fair price for superior workmanship.
