Kim's crew did an amazing job. The hone that we bought had not had a lot of TLC for a long time and needed extensive prep work before they could start painting. The crew came in on Monday morning and worked their magic so that we had the entire interior complete by Thursday. We're so happy with the job they did that we're scheduled to have the exterior done late summer. I would highly recommend using Biddeford Painting.

Biddeford painting just finished another perfect job for us. I stand by my comments from the last job but thought I might offer this observation. The painting teams are really tight. They seem to have fun. The team leads are uncommonly good. This would be a great company to work for.

Perfect in every way: Prompt, professional, accommodating, friendly, efficient, neat, excellent quality, seemed to give a higher priority to doing an excellent job for us over what might have been more convenient for them schedule-wise, reasonably priced. We highly recommend them.

Not being familiar with the area, I picked something with the name of the town in it. Biddeford Painting exceeded every expectation from the first call to the final clean up..
The building was in very rough shape but the very professional crew managed by Jeff the foreman did a remarkable job restoring it in a timely manner. Kim Cochrane the owner runs a tight ship and does all the estimating and supervision on the job. Responsible, trustworthy, professional and skilled. I interviewed several painting crews for a large, new clapboard residential project. One I even hired (and then fired) before being introduced to Kim and her team.

When Biddeford was done, I was extremely pleased. Prep was thoughtful and thorough. The crew was extremely pleasant to have around--they were clearly all longstanding employees. I will be calling them back in the spring to touch up some of my interior woodwork as well. I highly recommend them!

On a side note, I had Biddeford seal a concrete floor in an outbuilding. I was thrilled with the result.

10/27/20 - Updating my reviewing and adding a few more photos of the fabulous work Biddeford Painting has done for us. We had four more areas of our home painted in September, and were just as delighted by the results as we were the first time we worked with Biddeford Painting. The quality & attention to detail (and staff safety during a pandemic) are truly second to none.

We sold out 3 multi unit building and moved to a condominium, and we hired BIDDEFORD PAINTING to patch, sand, and paint the condo from top to bottom, this included ceilings, walls, and woodwork, plus in addition they applied epoxy to the cellar floor, and painted the concrete walls.

It was move in ready for us, plus they returned to touch up whatever the movers had nicked and bumped.

We have no qualms in recommending them to anyone who has several or maybe just one room to paint. The work was impeccable, and the clean up was awesome. Thank you BIDDEFORD PAINTING for the great work.
