Shane and his assistant, I think his name was Ryan, came by this past summer and installed seamless gutters on our split level ranch. Their communication was top notch and they were able to complete the job within just one day. The gutters look and function great!

Recently, I did notice that there was a loud hum during windy days coming from one gutter, I reached out to Shane and he came by to resolve the issue. I have not heard a hum since he returned. This was 6months after the install and they still stood by their install and product!

I will recommend this company to anyone who needs new gutters. Thank you Shane and Southern Maine Gutters!

Shane did a great job installing our new gutters. We chose him over another contractor because his drain design was better and he had the larger 6” gutters. We also got gutter guards installed. All around he was professional and valued our opinion and preferences. We highly recommend him!

My husband had called around and received a couple of different quotes for gutters on our new home. He chose to go with Southern Maine Seamless Gutters due to the application process that was described to him. Shane came out with another gentleman to help him and their work was clean, methodical and they were respectful of the property. He made sure to communicate on a couple of downspout questions and had me get my husband involved on the phone to make the proper decisions. Very neat and tidy work and the end result lived up to our expectations! We highly recommend Shane and his company!

Buyer Beware! We called for an estimate to clean our gutters. I was told a drip cap needed to be installed so water would no longer leak behind my gutters (there is no leakage issue for the current configuration), fixing elbows and downspouts (which are currently functioning without an issue), and a cleaning. This would only cost me $775.00. All my gutters need is a good cleaning. I don't need to be "upsold" by people who are obviously preying on homeowners who may not be well versed in the construction of their homes. Don't waste your time looking for an estimate from these folks. When I asked for the cost of gutter cleaning alone, all I got was "crickets."

I needed gutters on my 1955 home. Other companies came out to look at the property and made it seem as though the roof line would be difficult to accept a gutter offering all kinds of expensive solutions. Shane and Mario came out to the house and knew exactly how these would be installed correctly and got the gutters done with no issues. They look great!! Just in time for some heavy rains! I highly recommend Southern Maine Seamless Gutters for your drainage needs.
