Shane came out multiple times to answer my questions regarding the design of the gutter system. This company is top notch and went the extra mile to make me comfortable with the design. You are not going to find a more competent, patient, and committed professional.

Buyer Beware! We called for an estimate to clean our gutters. I was told a drip cap needed to be installed so water would no longer leak behind my gutters (there is no leakage issue for the current configuration), fixing elbows and downspouts (which are currently functioning without an issue), and a cleaning. This would only cost me $775.00. All my gutters need is a good cleaning. I don't need to be "upsold" by people who are obviously preying on homeowners who may not be well versed in the construction of their homes. Don't waste your time looking for an estimate from these folks. When I asked for the cost of gutter cleaning alone, all I got was "crickets."

Folks, Look no further ... there are lots of installers out there but Shane (owner and installer of Southern Maine Seamless Gutters) is THE REAL DEAL. We were so completely satisfied with his installation. Shane truly exceeding our expectations. He listened to what we wanted and offered the best solutions when installing gutters. Shane took care of removing old gutters and installing new ones that matched my siding. They look and function great. Got a quote from a different local company that was twice what Shane charged. My dad is now having him put gutters on his house.
