David was so wonderful! We were dealing with water leaking into our house and received quotes from 3 different chimney services. I reached out to David after receiving INSANE quotes from 2 other companies who offered to cap the chimney with $$$$ stone, as it had recently undergone a restoration and therefore, shouldn't have had any issues (1 quote was from the company who did the restoration!!). Well, David was a lifesaver! He came over, looked at both our chimneys, and explained that the flashing was done in a suboptimal way and was not correctly done so as to prevent water leakage into the house through the chimney stack. He was thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful to work with. He did a great job, repairing the flashing and covering some of the inferior work. Our ceilings are dry and we're so happy we found St Nick's Chimney Service. David has customers for life now, and we can't recommend him enough!

David and Steve were amazing. David and Candice communicated clearly before the work and showed up early to do the work day off. Both David and Steve couldn’t be nicer. They did a great job on the chimney, doing more than I had even hoped for. The chimney looks so much better now. They even blew out my gutters too! They worked really hard all day and got the job done. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

After my first and only chimney sweep retired (Miss you, John at Chimney Sweeps of the Finest Kind!), I put in a call to St. Nick's and was very pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get on their schedule and the very reasonable price for a standard cleaning. The two gentlemen who arrived this morning to do the actual cleaning were polite, professional, and enthusiastic, which I always appreciate. Needless to say, I'll be calling again this summer for my next scheduled cleaning. A superb outfit all around. 10/10 Can't suggest highly enough.

We hired David and his team at St. Nick's to remove a chimney from a 100 year old beach house. The top portion from the roof about halfway down had been done by another company but we couldn't get them back to finish the job to remove the rest of the chimney inside the house. David saved the day, one of the few companies we called that actually showed up when we made an appt., so he had a round of applause right there! Very nice group of guys, hardworking team, they got the job done in one day for a great price. They cleaned up well and were very thorough. Would highly recommend.

I'm doing a 1 man home renovation and had done a lot of the chimney repair myself. Dave came out and did a thorough inspection of the chimney, dealt with hoards of my friendly attic spiders, scurried about the precipitous roof like a squirrel, and was able to clearly lay out a plan to ensure I no longer have leaks. I'll definitely be calling again for my next renovation project.

Horrible service showed up to my apartment building unannounced and tried to fix the chimney, that had been fixed 5 days prior. cut into the brick and when my landlord showed up and asked what they were doing? Responded with swearing and got off the building leaving with it no mortar in the joints and refused to fix what he had done. They Said they would come out and fix the job the were hired to do but my landlord had never hired them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star but that is not an option..

Owner fit us into his tight schedule. Very professional and personable. Seemed to do an extremely thorough job for our small stove. Offered needed advice to us for how to maintain this new stove moving forward. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

The owner of the business came into my house without a mask. He was very rude and talk down to us. He got his brush stuck in the upper chimney area and had to move around the fitted pipes inside the house and didn’t put the wood stove correctly back in place.I would not recommend him at all.

With a 1784 historic home and two large chimneys with 4 flues each we needed some urgent and critical repairs on top side. Stan and his helper performed the "impossible" task on short notice with excellent quality work without interrupting our bed and breakfast guests. They cleaned up very well and the chimney is good for another 15-20 years. Thank you Stan and Matt. John and Kathy
