Erin did an amazing job finding the leak which 3 other professionals were not able to locate and fixed the issue on the same day. Erin was easy to communicate with, was very punctual and kept me updated on the parts required, warranty and scope of work. I love Valasquez Roofing Llc and how they operate. They were very efficient of giving me a quote and how they have everything written out in the contract agreement explaining all the details of the work they would do. They have a great warranty plan and love the material the roof looks great and cooler look now. One of the company that I checked which was the highest which was about three times as . munch.

Most company you gonna pay double or more. Valasquez Roofing Llc have the best price in town because I checked a lot of them and they were 1/3 cheaper.

I love the company and how they got the work done in two days everything they said and promised they did and you cannot go wrong with this company. You would be very happy with the work they do for you. And if I had more houses, I would call them again to do all of them.

Velasquez Roofing LLC is amazing! I remember sending several emails to different roofing companies around Richmond and Velasquez responded to my email immediately and agreed to come out for the consultation the next day. After meeting with Mr. Velasquez he agreed to come out the following week to install the roof. His team arrived on time and knocked the roof job out in a day, it looks beautiful now. I later hired Velasquez to come add siding, fascia and soffit to my house a week later, they knocked that job out in three days. I would definitely use Velasquez Roofing LLC for future home improvement projects.

I called Tuesday about a leak. Erin was able to drop by the next day to give me a free estimate. He also made me aware of places where future leaks could form. He gave me a fair estimate to fix it all. The next day he fixed it all and provided me with before and after pictures. It rained Friday, and I’m happy to report, I no longer have a leak. Needed a minor repair and contacted Velasquez roofing on a Monday and by that afternoon they had gotten back to me. They committed to come out the next day and review the damage and provided a quote. By Tuesday afternoon they had provided a quote, and based on one or two other quotes was extremely reasonable. The work was scheduled for the following week and without issue they appeared on time did what I consider an outstanding job. The roof is almost 20 years and I was concerned that they would be unable to match the color. Much to my surprise the replacement shingles nearly matched perfectly. I could not have been happier with the entire experience. I would strongly recommend them for any roofing related work. Within the next several years it will be necessary to replace my roof and I fully intend to use Velasquez roofing.

Erin and his team did an excellent job re-roofing our house. Erin was very knowledgeable as we talked through our options, was able to immediately assess the leak we had and apply a temporary patch to prevent additional damage,, and answered all of our questions about the roof replacement process. The job took two days, and the entire crew was a pleasure to work with. The new roof is beautiful, and Erin’s crew even left our yard in better shape than they found it. We’re very pleased with the work, and the house is now more comfortable with the upgraded roof.

Velasquez Roofing was very nice and professional. Did very fast and quality work. Clean up very nicely after the work done . Highly recommended.

I had a small leak during storm called 4 companies they came out same week had the most reasonable bid didn’t pressure me like others with the non stop calling. Walked me threw the bid and everything it covered came back the following week I ended up with way more damage then I thought every step the owner came off the roof and showed me pictures and damage and what I needed. They showed up early moved all my belongs away from the house to not get damaged. Tarp over all my flowers. worked alllll day and cleaned as they went and came back in morning to make sure everything was perfect I have not 1 complaint with this company they are amazing I have had multiple neighbors ask me who did it and there info it turned out so good

I had had the pleasure of having my roof installed by Erin Velasquez and his staff. I witnessed them stalling a roof for my neighbor. I thought they did a beautiful job. Having said that, I asked him to come over to give a quote for my roof (if he had to add boards after he sees under the shingles), you’ll get a general estimate for that too. His quote was very reasonable. He installed my roof as promised. They came in, stayed on task. The price was what he quoted.
They did an excellent job. I had since, had Erin and his staff install a new roof at another property. Here again, a beautiful job. Another neighbor is thinking to get them to install their roof. I will always recommend him when someone asks for a roofing contractor. When my roof was installed—both times, there was no trash left at the property. He is very dependable, timely, courteous and professional. He is now, my roofing contractor. If I could give him and his staff a “10”, I would.
