From the start, Eric was very pleasant and easy to work with. He expertly guided me through the process to get things started with my insurance company and made sure to be at my home when the adjustor was scheduled to arrive. In short, he was my representative, pointing out the areas of damage to the adjustor. As a result of the inspection and write-up, the insurance company approved the replacement of my entire roof. I then added new gutters and most importantly, Gutter Glove to protect my gutters. Prior to the start of work, Eric came back out to our home with samples of the tile colors, we were interested in. He put them on an area where we could see them, to make our final selection. Throughout the process, he kept me informed (delivery of materials, when work would begin, etc.), and made sure to be on-site through the different work/installation phases. His crew was very efficient, working through some very hot, humid days, to get the work done. He also used his aerial drone to showcase the work being performed, as well as the finished product. My wife and I are very satisfied with the new color of our brand new roofing tiles, the upgraded gutter system and very happy that I NO LONGER have to get up onto my roof, to clean out my gutters (a dreaded annual chore since I'm flanked on two sides, by many towering trees)! I would not hesitate to refer others to Eric and his company. Great work!

Vector Home Pros was thorough from beginning to end. Estimator was on time for the scheduled estimate. Estimate was explained clearly along with samples to help illustrate how product would be installed. Scheduled date of the work the workers showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. Several areas required rework post the inspection by the owner, but those were performed in a timely manner. Overall, very happy with the engagement and the overall service provided.

We’re very pleased with Eric Kolb’s work and highly recommend him for the installation of Gutterglove guards. He installed the Gutterglove Pro on all our gutters and completed the work in a day. We’ve had the Gutterglove Pro in place for over a year and it has worked very well keeping leaves and debris out while allowing rain water to flow through.

I hired Eric's company to replace the roof of my townhome in Kingstowne, Alexandria, VA.
He quoted me an excellent price replacing my roof in architectural shingles in the color I wanted. Vector's crew showed up on time, got the roof done in a day, cleaned up after the job and I was very satisfied. The quality of the roofing materials and installation were top notch.

He did such a great job with the roof, I had him give me another estimate to put gutter guards on my existing gutters. He came out and showed me the product he uses which is Gutter Glove Pro. I had got other estimates for similar products, but after doing my research and seeing samples of the products, I decided to go with Eric's Gutter Glove Pro. I feel the design of the Gutterglove Pro is far superior to the others and I love the fact that if I ever experience a problem with it, Eric said they'd be right out to take care of it. Once again, they came out when they said they would, were on time, did the job and cleaned up afterwards. I've had Gutter Glove Pro for about a year and have NOT had any issues. It works the way Eric said it would. After the 2 jobs Eric's company Vector Home Pros have done for me, I'd HIGHLY recommend Vector Home Pros for any job. Vector Home Pros replaced our roof and gutters in late 2019 and windows in early 2020. The owner is professional, responsive, helpful, and provided a variety of products and options. He even helped us have a unique picture style window installed to add curb appeal to the front of the house. The install crews were extremely professional and ensured all construction materials were removed from the property after installation. 2 years after the products have been installed, we are still very satisfied with the new roof, windows, and gutters.

A terrible November 2021 storm required a new roof, eaves, and various roof attachments. Having used Vector before I called them again and am so glad I did. Working with my reluctant insurance company through two separate inspections, estimates and check issuances, the job was finally finished this Winter, thanks to Vector. Vector insisted on roofing tiles with a lifetime warranty and better than original surrounding attachments, all at no cost to me. I am completely satisfied with the company and its work and can enthusiastically recommend them, with no conditions, for any and all roofing work.

First and foremost, after doing my research on Gutter Companies, I decided to go with Eric Kolb, Owner of Vector Home Pros. Mr. Kolb has been great to work with reference the cleaning and replacing of my existing Gutter Shields. I was impressed with his professionalism as he explained what his Gutterglove Gutterguard Package included which was the thorough cleaning out of my existing gutter system, the hauling away of the debris, replacing up to 10’ of fascia replacement (as needed), adding a 2 year warranty to my existing gutter system, installing Gutterglove Pro tops on each gutter, installing and the re-sealing of Custom End-caps, miters and seams to prevent leaks, cleaning up all waste and debris from the installation. As promised, the installation was completed in the one to two week timeframe, he and his staff showed up when agreed and prices were fair. I HAVE RECOMMENDED Vector Home Pros TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS FOR ANY GUTTER SERVICES THEY MAY NEED NOW OR IN THE FUTURE. MR. KOLB, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!
