Amazing! We contacted them about a gutter replacement and it was done within a few days for a very reasonable price. Thomas is efficient, communicative, and timely, and his team is very professional. We are so happy with their work.

NovaRooftek did an amazing job replacing the roof on my house and the garage. The cleanup afterwards was good too!! It all started when a piece of the ridge vent came off the house during a heavy wind and rain storm. Thomas, the owner of NovaRooftek, answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and sent his team out the next day to install a heavy duty tarp as a short-term fix. None of the other local roofing companies that I called that day answered their phones or returned the calls. The team of men who work for Nova Rooftek (not contractors) were all very professional and hard working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Nova Rooftek were the first to submit a proposal on our project. Quote was fair and they were here soon after to do the job. Team was cordial and very professional. They finished quickly and submitted a report including images . I would hire them again for sure.

I had someone come out to look at replacing the trim along the roof. Dave gave me a quote that was a number written on a scrap of notebook paper and said to call back if I wanted something official. He also mentioned that if I wanted to repair some sagging plywood on our roof they could do both. When I called back (just for the trim, not the roof) for a contract, they said they'd email it to me and never did. I tried calling and emailing several more times over the next two weeks with no response. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said that they wouldn't do the trim alone -- they would only repair the trim if I also used them to repair the roof. That was a big bait-and-switch, that was not the reason I called them for an estimate, Dave mentioned that as a possible add-on but in no way said that was required. They completely wasted my time (the half day off work I took off to get a useless estimate and the time I spent calling/emailing later) and were completely unprofessional.

Edit based on company response: I requested a trim repair, NOT a roof repair. If that wasn't possible, I should have been told that up front instead of weeks later.

I was perfectly happy with the price of the trim repair and would have loved to move forward with that but no one would get back to me. I called multiple times because no one answered the phone (despite the website saying they're open 24/7) and there was no option to leave a voicemail. My attempts to reach out had nothing to do with not accepting the service arrangement, because no one had told me what that arrangement was.

If you consider it harassment to have potential customers call you, you shouldn't be in business.

The roof looks amazing and was put in in one day.

Had a design flaw from my builder. Nova Rooftek went above and beyond to assess the damage and implement a fix that mitigation the design flaw. Communication was excellent, I received a report complete with pictures of all repair done to my house.

The crew working my roof issues were true professionals, a storm popped up and they continued to work through it to complete my repairs. If that wasn't enough, they cleaned up all of materials and trash during the storm. Truly exceptional service.

Very professional and honest contractor. I was very happy with the whole experience of replacing my roof through an insurance claim due to storm damage.

The response to getting us a quote was fast. They thoroughly inspected our leaky area and diagnosed the issue. They then sent someone out to fix the leak in 5 days. They removed a section of plywood, replaced it and the shingles. You cannot even tell where the patch work was done.

Honest roofer that does great work! Had my 26 year old roof inspected and replaced. Thomas was easy to talk to and provided high quality before and after pictures and then gave estimates. Prices were fair. This is a roofer that you can trust!

We recently discovered poor craftsmanship from the last roofer caused damage to the roof decking and exposed our attic to significant moisture. Due to ventilation issues and moisture damage, we had to install a new roof. We worked with Dave who made the initial process easy and painless, they were very patient with us as we debated if we wanted to make this investment, at this time. He gave us multiple options with no pressure. When we decided to move forward, the crew was great, they were on time, efficient, and visibly skilled. The entire team took pride in their work. When additional damage was discovered (much less than what we were expecting) they gave us options for how to remedy. Now that it is all done, I only wish we had found them sooner!

We had a twenty year old roof and after some hailstorms in the summer of 23, I got concerned about the integrity of the roof. I’d rather be safe than have a water leak and also have to repair drywall in the house. Thomas came out to inspect and I’m glad I called him. The roof had a lot of hail damage and was going to fail soon. We hired him and once his crew took off the shingles, they also found that the particle board underneath was rotting and weak. It was apparently the original particle board from the 1970s when the house was built. The roof is now like new and that should help our home value when it comes time to sell.

NOVA Rooftek replaced my roof and a portion of my gutters that were damaged by hail. They were professional and reasonable. I commend the team for a difficult job that consisted of removing 3 layers of a flat tall TH roof in Alexandria that needed to be fully redone. Adding to the challenge was space limitations, electric cables and small yard. This took significant effort. NOVA RoofTek did an incredible job!! And finished a day before the wind storm. No leaks and no roofing tiles flying away in the wind. Having a rock solid roof above your head really helps you sleep at night!

Thomas and the team were great. They are very responsive, and were able to meet a very tight deadline. When I saw that the gutter guards were pushing up the last layer of shingles they were able to come back the next day and fix it. I got a lot of quotes before picking a company and they were the most reasonably priced with a good warranty and reviews.

The value we received was more than other competitors were offering at the time. Thomas was very fast at responses and once the paperwork was signed, the roof was repaired in mere days. We hired Thomas and his crew to update our old roof, which had some damage from hail storms in the area. It turns out that our plywood below the roof, which was likely the original stuff from 1975, had water damage and needed to be replaced. They were able to replace the plywood at a pass through cost. Very happy with the work and the roof looks great.

I had an OUTSTANDING Experience with NOVA ROOFTEK. I had an issue with my roof where it was not totally complete, thereby resulting in a small leak in my bathroom ceiling. Thomas came out the same day I contacted him and took a look at it the ceiling and the roof. He told me what I needed, and we scheduled for him to come out and fix it. He and his crew came out today and completed the work on the roof with no issues. Thomas showed up on time and was professional in appearance and conduct. He inspected our roof and gave us a written estimate on the spot for our roof repair. Excellent service and quality. Very responsive to all concerns. Job completed in a day regardless of rain delays, humidity and exceptionally hot weather. Skylights replaced and look beautiful! Workers we’re careful not to ruin landscaping and we’re careful with furniture under skylights. I would hire them again without a doubt.
