Met Rhuan through the thumbtack app and from the first appointment I knew I was going trust him to build a huge deck in my backyard. Completely painless experience from demo of the old to construction of the new. I literally do not have a single complaint. I got everything I asked for and more. I even asked to build a bar top on my railing because I saw a picture on the internet and he figured it out and it's STRONG lol. The deck is beautiful, the roof is strong, and the entire package is top quality. Do not hesitate to call!

Rhuan and his team crossed every T and dotted every i. From initial design to completion, the team was always on site when they said they would be and very easy to reach. They communicated very well throughout every step of the project and there were no surprise costs. The initial quote was what I ended up paying at the end of the project. I certainly plan on using them again when I’m ready to redo my roof. Vanelando construction is a pleasure to work with.

Finally, I decided to deal with my back deck that was a monstrosity, and dilapidated. After vetting contractors, I instantly connected with Rhuan and Vanelando Construction Inc. he immediately pointed out issues, and made recommendations other contractors never even mentioned. He also worked with my budget, completed the work timely and was extremely friendly and kept me informed. His team is amazing at what they do. The craftsmanship was awesome! I plan on using them for additional project in the future!

Rhuan and his crew were great to work with. We had a floating deck made with a custom privacy wall . He communicated with us throughout the whole process. We had several quotes from other companies that didnt make sense. Rhuan broke down the cost of material and labor . He also made suggestions on different materials and prices to help us meet our budget. I plan to work with them again in the future.
