We are so grateful for Valley View Roofing. We would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. Our roof was destroyed by hail and wind in August. The replacement quote was so much lower than a previous company, even with removal and replacement of our solar panel system. The crew did an amazing job cleaning up after removal of the old roof, and at the end of the job. The roof looks amazing.

A recent hail storm came through Lehi and left us with some roof damage. Not wanting to risk a leak down the line, we decided to have our roof replaced. Despite many pushy companies knocking on our door and making promises that sounded too good to be true, we decided to give Valley View a call after hearing great things about them from all friends.

We are so glad we did.

The process was super simple - after speaking with Madison, we had his guys out here to asses the damage a day or so later.

They worked with our insurance to get an adjuster out and met with them to assess the damage. Once that was done and the insurance claim was processed, their project manager contacted us about their plans, kept us in the loop, and the guys were out here and got us a new roof in 2 days.

They even got our chicken coop roof replaced as well so those little ladies can keep dry all winter long.

They were faster than the door knocker companies the neighbors went with, and also were super clean, professional and did an amazing job. We had neighbors comment on the work they did, wishing they would have used Valley View as well.

All in all 10/10.

A++ sales experience. Geoff was awesome from the estimate - through the insurance process - to the close. Great communication. He was knowledgeable and "held my hand" through the process. Installation - FAST, CLEAN, and Professional (4 days with snow and rain). Byron and team were great to have at the house. NO NAILS AND NO TRASH LEFT OVER. They covered everything with tarps. NO destroyed landscaping. The owner (Madison) is hands on with a client centric approach. Our solar system was removed and re-installed with no broken pieces and started back up, with no issues. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Side note, I never felt any pressure from the company during the entire process.

I have done many construction projects on my property, I would recommend this Company over anyone I've used. They were timely, respectful, very quick. They cleaned up after themselves & more. With their help (thank you John Hansen!) we submitted a claim with our insurance company. The claim was approved and we scheduled the roof replacement. Valley View Roofing Company is 100% Totally Awesome. They have been extremely honest and performed professionally with integrity. They did exactly what they say they would do. Their work looks fantastic, much better them I could have imagined. I had wind damage on my house so I called my insurance company to initiate a claim. My insurance company came out and within less than a week I actually got a check to cover their estimate of repair. That estimate only covered about 2/3rds of repairing my roof, leaving me with a substantial amount that I would have to pay myself. Right after I got my check form the insurance company I contacted 7 different roofing companies. They all come out to my house and give me a bid on Fixing/Replacing my roof. Out of the seven roofing companies, three of them indicated that they could probably get my insurance to cover more of the cost and maybe actually cover most of the cost to completely re-due my roof. Two of them wanted me to sign a contract before they would even begin. However, Valley View Roofing Company just said, “No”, we do not need you to sign a contract, we are pretty sure that we can get your insurance company to pay for a complete new roof. So I said “Go for it”. They delivered on that statement by getting my insurance to pay for a complete new roof that included Utah State requirements and upgrades. This was no easy task for them because my insurance company was not that receptive to the idea of paying out more. To me, this was amazing because my roof was already over 25 years old. This company is amazing, there is no second choice, period. This company literally saved me thousands of dollars. In reality, I paid nothing for a new roof that they replaced, which was over 25 years old. How can you beat that, you cannot.

I got a few quotes from roofing companies before I met valley view roofing. they all seemed to be looking to charge me and the insurance company more money than the project really was worth. Valley view provided a real quote that was fair and very detailed. Madison delivered extremely professional workers (9) and they had my roof completely done stripped and re-shingled in a day. Tore off two layers of shingles, brought roof up to code with plywood panels reahingled the roof! Did a great in less time than they estimated!! And the roof looks amazing! Highly recommend!! First, I was pressured to sign the contract before work began. I should never have signed it! Then Valley View Roofing never delivered on their promise to have the insurance pay for the entire roof replacement. Their ability to communicate with our insurance company was amateurish and rude. I felt like I had to be the mediator between the two. Our insurance finally sent an email to me stating that they would no longer communicate with Valley View Roofing and that the matter was finished. The quality of the roofing seems to be ok but there are trim pieces just above our front door that were reused and all bent up. They look horrible!

The competence of their workers to remove and re-install our solar system was very poor. When they re-installed the panels, they were very uneven and looked horrible compared to how they were before they were removed. I even saw some of the workers throw away broken mounts that were never replaced. I had them come back to "re-align" the panels and when they were done, although it was an improvement, it still wasn't like it was before. Then a week later, one of the panels came loose and almost blew off the roof. I now have very low confidence that they will all stay secure.

Selling our home and while under contract, we were made aware our roof would need to be replaced. We called Madison with Valley View Roofing and he was at our home next day to quote a new roof. We were on his schedule a few days later and within a week our home had a new and better roof and no interruptions with the closing on our sale. Highly recommend Valley View Roofing!

What a breath of fesh air! After using another roofing company on my primary residence and having a truly unsatisfactory experience, we used Madison on 2 of our rentals. Even worked with the insurance company for us to pay half of one. In time they'll do all of our rentals. I recommend them to everyone I know thinking about getting their roof done.

I originally was very displeased with the process to repair our roof, but I was blown away by the customer service that was provided to fix the issues presented. Within an hour of our complaint, Jose showed up at our doorstep and worked with us to get everything resolved. I then received two follow up phone calls from Ryan to make sure everything was good. It was a huge breathe of fresh air to have such an incredible customer service experience. The roof replacement looks fantastic and matches so great with our house! He even got the job started for us 2 weeks sooner do to my concern over coming weather. The roofing crew was professional and fast and the completed project is fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Valley View Roofing. John Hansen from Valley View Roofing stopped by my house earlier this year after noticing that I had lost quite a few shingles. He informed me that due to a natural disaster wind event last year that I could submit a claim to my Home Owners Insurance company for the damage. He helped me through the claims process, met with the claims adjuster and all I had to do was submit the claim, pay the deductible, and select the replacement shingles. Valley View took care of the rest. They replaced the whole roof in two days and were very careful to not damage anything of the shrubs around our house. The roof looks great. They are now helping some of my neighbors.
I highly recommend them if you are in need of roof repair or a new roof!

I highly recommend Valley View Roofing and would use them again without any hesitation! After a recent wind storm, John Hansen with Valley View Roofing knocked on my door and told me he noticed some damage to my roof. At first I thought this was a typical door to door high pressure sales gimmick but after a few minutes of talking with him, I learned Valley View Roofing works with insurance companies to repair or replace roofs. After a quick 10 minute inspection, John was confident we had enough damage to warrant a roof replacement. John helped me file the claim and set up the inspections with our insurance claims adjuster and pretty much took care of everything else from that point on. We had our roof replaced yesterday, which was about 2 weeks from when the claim was approved. This is really fast considering all of the current pandemic caused supply chain and labor disruptions! From start to finish John and Valley View Roofing have done an amazing job! I'm impressed with their quality of work, they were on time and finished the job faster than anticipated. There were a couple minor issues that came up, John resolved them quickly and without any pushback. Thank you Valley View Roofing and John Hansen, you guys rock!

From start to finish all was top notch. From the fair price to the efficient friendly installers who where also good at cleanup, the work was all done as quoted, and faster than expected.
Madison is who we worked with and he was great! He gave us info, ideas, and lots of space to consider his bid. When we finally got back with him we were put into the schedule quickly and then the install team sealed the deal. I can't even tell you the impression they made on out whole neighborhood! Well, I guess my four neighbors who ask me for the Valley View phone number the very next day kind of says it all.
Then there are my two poor neighbors who went another way, and their roofs were started a week earlier and still unfinished days after our installers drove away.

Valley View Roofers helped us with a large deck remodeling project. They removed all our old decking, carefully cut out rotted plywood and pieced in new solid boards to be as economical as possible in the repair. We really appreciated that they went the extra mile to not make material charges add up. They made good recommendations to keep our deck looking nice and watertight for years to come and helped us to navigate some unexpected hurdles that came up in the project. Madison is responsive and good to work with and his team is fast and efficient. If you are considering them we recommend their work!

It has been only one day. But I will say that I am very pleased with their work. They replaced the all of the shingles and vents etc. Good communication, convenient scheduling and no surprises. They helped me through the entire process including working with the insurance company. The work was completed in a single day and looks fantastic. The workers were efficient and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. Ask me again in a year but for now, I could not be happier.

Spencer helped me get a new roof put on my house. All it cost me was my deductible. He got my insurance company to cover the rest. He kept in communication with me every step of the way.

If there was a 10 star review I would give them a 10. These guys went above and beyond my expectations in every aspect my roof repairs! They handled the paperwork the insurance company required, they worked with financial delays from the insurance company, they started on time and worked through the 102° heat for 7 hours, they laughed and joked with each other, they were professional and fast. They even cleaned EVERYTHING up when they were done including using a magnet on the yard to pick up any nails dropped and the packaging from the products they used. A couple of my neighbors who had their roofs done and it took a week for their roofs to get finished.
I was blown away by the experience.

A few weeks ago a young man (James Burns) knocked on my door. My first thought was..."another guy trying to sell me something". He introduced himself and told me he was with Valley View Roofing. He immediately told me that he wasn't trying to sell me anything. He said that he had driven past my home and noticed lots of shingles missing on my roof and that he might be able to help me replace my entire roof for only the cost of my homeowners deductible. He had my attention! Due to several storms over the past few years I have picked up dozens of shingles in my yard. I knew without a doubt I needed a new roof but was not able to throw down $25K. I told him that I doubted very much my insurance company would be willing to foot the entire bill. He confidently said, "I would love the opportunity to prove you wrong". He then rattled off many of my neighbors who have just recently replaced their roofs, and that he had helped them the same way he was offering to help me. We set up a meeting a few days later. He asked about who our homeowners insurance was with, and when I told him he immediately told me that every customer he helped with my same insurer, got their new roof 100% paid for, after deductible. (He even told me that through his experience of working with many different insurance companies, he had gotten to know and had become friends with many of the insurance adjusters). James then helped me file the claim and explained exactly what the process would be.
Less than 2 weeks later I got a call from my insurance company, literally "congratulating" me on being approved for my new roof. I couldn't freaking believe it. Every single thing James had told me would happen...happened! A week later, my old nasty roof was being stripped off and replaced (with many upgraded that were included).
Valley View sent a team of the hardest working dudes I have ever seen and from start to finish it was done in just 2 days. It has given me such peace of mind knowing my home is now actually protected from the elements. And it looks fantastic! James drove over the day after the roof was completed just to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the work. We were so thrilled with our new roof, we asked James to stay for Sunday dinner! I wish I could James and Valley View Roofing 6 Stars!

They sent out James their roof inspector who is young and unexperienced. He said he had to come back and harness himself to be able to inspect the roof properly which he never did. I later get a text telling me that he had talked to Tommy who deals with insurance companies who did not think I had enough of a claim and that it was not worth doing anything (again he never came back to inspect the roof as he promised). I of course did not agree with what he said and filed the claim on my own without their help and to my surprise I got a full roof replacement. What if I had listened to them? I would be paying for a whole roof.

I contacted Ryan who might be one of the owner (he also sounded young to me) to let him know the day State Farm was coming to inspect the roof in case he could send someone out to meet with them and not a single response. Now a month and a half later despite multiple requests for a bid or some type of follow up from either James or Ryan and still waiting for a bid. Everyone is busy in the service industry these days but I do not care how busy you are, there is never an excuse to ignore customers. Not impressed and will have to keep looking.

Valley View roofing replaced the roof on my home did an amazing job. Tear off and replacement of my roof in one day. Spencer dealt with my insurance company to get my roof covered under my insurance he was knowledgable and handled it with a high level of professionalism. If you need a new roof I highly recommend Valley View Roofing every person I dealt with form Spencer who inspected my roof for damage to the crew that installed the new roof were extremely professional and respectful of my home and of me I am extremely happy with my new roof. This company is so organized. They contacted our tenants with a comprehensive description of everything they were going to do, and needed our tenants to do, during the project to keep they and their vehicles safe. They installed barriers on the neighboring properties flower beds to protect them during the roof tear off. The workers cleaned everything constantly, and did a very thorough "end of job" clean up at our property as well as the neighbors. Very professional.

Honestly, everyone was so great. I was especially grateful for the detailed cleaning up and getting the job finished in very cold weather. It was freezing that day! Jade and Tommy were super helpful in answering EVERY concern I had about the project. And thanks to Jade for the run around. He had to drive to get extra needed supplies and adapt to our once a week open dump, traveling to one that was even further distance. Rural Utah is tough!

We took off our roof which was a lot of work and took 2 days. Valley View came and installed a beautiful black roof all in one day. We were happy with their service and happy with the new look of our home.

I figured most roofers use a lot of the same suppliers and sell pretty similar products - so the differentiating factors for me were price, job quality and timeline. I met with Madison from Valley View and was immediately impressed with the transparency in every aspect of the bid - price, timeline, how many guys would be on the job, differences between various shingles, etc. Never felt like we were being pushed to go with a certain product or anything like that. Once my mom figured out what she wanted, he told us when the supplies would get here, the price and when they would be done. Paid exactly what they bid us at and they were done right on schedule (unlike the rest of the people working on other parts of the house). Super happy with the quality of the job and felt like we got a great deal on the roof. Would highly recommend.
