American Prestige Roofing

Ken came out to our house and explained all that they would do and answered a couple of questions I had then gave me a bid. I chose American Prestige Roofing over two other companies because they did more at a better price. They came out a couple weeks later and had the old roof off and underlayment in place before the heat of the day set in. They started the next day and were finished before noon. Our place was left clean of all trash. I highly recommend American Prestige Roofing.

I shopped about, multiple estimates, etc. American Prestige Roofing (APR) provided the best value, best warranty, and used my preferred shingle manufacturer (Owens Corning). They went above and beyond when my HVAC contractor failed in moving the furnace stack (no show on start day, very shoddy work). APR also came to the rescue for a color change mid-job for a shingle subcomponent @ no extra cost! New Lifetime Roof Warranty from OCF further backed by APR will far outlive me…. I am very pleased I selected American Prestige Roofing; just look at the before and after results!!

From the initial quote to the install, everything was great. The entire crew who installed were very professional and respectful of our property. The care that was given not only to installing the roof but also cleaning up after themselves was great. All the way around, very impressed and would HIGHLY recommend to everyone.

I had 5 bids total. Ken and his team was honest upfront. Had the best price and warranty. They did a excellent job best of all left no mess.

Ken (the owner) and his team are fantastic. He's honest and makes sure things get done right. He's easy to contact too. We had the front of our roof done by them 7 years ago and it has held up great. We just recently did the back half and had a leaking chimney cap as well. He personally climbed up there on a rainy day to patch the leak and immediately had a new cap custom made and installed for us. He's been so kind to work with over the years and I highly recommend him and his company!

These guys are awesome! They did such a great job taking off our old tar and gravel roof and replacing it with a new updated roof. I thought it was going to be such a mess and pain but they were very professional and thorough. I didn't find any gravel left behind to clean up myself. They were affordable and got us on there schedule right away. I would highly recommend these guys!

Such an amazing roofing company. The were quick and efficient . I have called them to do my sheds roof and they were right there. I also have referred them to all family and friends. They do amazing work and I will always use them.

Poor customer service! The guy who answered the phone said “then why should I come out and bid if you need the cheapest” after I explained the situation to him. Really!?!? He needs to be fired! That is not how you tell a customer that your bids are always higher but I nearly canceled the bid then. Will not use but still you need to improve on listening and thinking before speaking. Not the roofing company for me

Our builder installed a roof on our brand new house by a different roofing company. It was such a horrible job that after 2 months we noticed issues. Last October we had American Prestige come give us a quote to fix our roof. Our roof was in such a horrible state they couldn’t fix it. Our whole roof had to be completely removed, repaired, and replaced. They came to our house on a Monday and by the next Monday they completely removed and replace our whole roof and we have a huge roof. They put on better products, the ice and water shield is now up to code, our shingles are nailed correctly, we have ridge vents. Everything we expected from our first roof.

Everyone we dealt with from American Prestige Roofing was very professional. They treat you, your house, property with respect. Every day they would clean up before leaving. We defiantly recommend American Prestige Roofing for your roof needs.

Called Ken to look at some hail damage, he was very good to work with both with the estimate and install process. I am very happy with my new roof and ridge vent system. My neighbors even commented on how much effort they put in to keep the area clean and protected during stripping and installing the new roof. I am very glad there are good companies like this to work with.

We contrated with American Prestige Roofing they were the the lowest quote from different companies. In 2 days they did our roof. I loved that they also had several options of shingles to pick from.

We just had our roof replaced through American Prestige Roofing and we could not be happier with the quality of workmanship and the professional way they removed and installed our roof. They were clean fast and friendly. If we had a question there was never a time that we could not communicate with the installers.
The clean up through this process was amazing and after each day while on the job. It only took them 4 days to tear off and install (in what they said was a very large roof).
We had 3 bids for this project one of the sales man was really pushy, while the other one never took the time to climb on the roof to see what the damage was. Not one time did we feel pressured or pushed. They did however get us in within a week and it was completed before the snow started to fly.
I would not go through anyone else lifetime shingles and quality work give a person peace of mind and means a lot to us.

American Prestige Roofing is a great company and I would recommend skipping any other quotes and just going with them. We had a couple other quotes that didn't even compare. The process was made easy from start to finish. Not only do they have competitive pricing, but the work they do is flawless. Mike who is the salesman for this company was amazing. He was upfront about the cost of the roof and he answered all of the questions that I had. Steve who is the owner was amazing to work with as well. I highly recommend American Prestige Roofing. I live in Garden City and i needed some roof repairs and a skylight installed. Steve and Mike came up to Bear Lake and walked me through the whole process. Their price was the best out of the 3 bids i received. A couple days later I have a beautiful skylight and the roof looks great. The crew cleaned everything up and did an amazing job. Steve and his crew were fantastic, When I was ready to start looking for bids, Mike showed up right away and presented their product and services very professionally. There was no pressure. When it came time to do the work, they showed up as promised and were very polite and easy to work with. A complete re-roof of the house and a recover of the shed was completed in 3 days. There was never any garbage or mess, they kept everything clean every step of the way. Now I have the best roof in my neighborhood. I've been needing to have two roofs done, and am glad i went with American prestige (i was considering a few companies but eventually decided on these guys for a number of reasons, but mostly because they offered a warranty twice as long as everyone else). These guys were amazing, they were patient with a special order, accomodating with last minute decisions ( i decided after they already started to install an attic fan) and even hauled off alot more garbage than they thought they would have to ( doing a layover) all while honoring their original quote. They are starting on my other property in the next few days and I'll update my review if anything noteworthy happens, but so far i couldn't be happier about the services these guys have rendered. Due to an unforeseen complication I've had to be high maintenance and call then out a couple times since the job got done.... never a problem, easy company to work with, happy to honor their warranty/ make sure the job is done right. Will recommend them to my brother who flips dozens of houses per year.
