Called Clinton on a cold rainy Saturday. He came right out and got my blocked sewer line jetted and opened quickly. Discovered there may be a bigger problem with the line that will take more investigation and repair at a later date when the weather allows. Clinton was upfront and honest with pricing on the phone beforehand and with pricing future work while on site. Extremely helpful and good at what he does. We will definitely be using him for future work. Highly suggest you give this small business an opportunity.

Very honest in his work. His prices are reasonable, professional work. Even on the weekend, day and night, he provides his services.

Clinton answered when I called and was able to come out within just a few hours. He fixed my problem and took the time to educate me on my system and how to troubleshoot potential issues. As a new homeowner, that knowledge was invaluable. Could not ask for better service. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

Called these guys at the recommendation of a family friend. So glad I did! They came out to my place the same day (and on a weekend). While the issue turned out to be a little worse than we expected, they were able to unclog the pipe and had us back up and running in no time. Loved their sense of humor and willingness to assist! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

I must say. Michael did a great hob for my family, roots had invaded our line and he got rid of them, he was very professional at all times letting me know what he was doing. For a rooter company with a funny name, I am impressed with them, I feel that if you need plumbing work then this is the company to call. I have employed this company but once and chose to tip $150.00 (cash) for plumbing services provided therein. However, one (1) of the six fixtures repaired requires a return visit. My guest bathroom sink “still” has a small leak, despite new parts. I initially rated this company 5/5. Unfortunately, I am experiencing difficulty in securing return service by Mr. Clinton Yandel to address the above under (Virginia’s) state-mandated Labor Warranty. I hope to resolve this matter amicably. I’ll keep you informed.

Mr. Yandel, I am still waiting for my Court-Ordered Judgment from you. You told me the check was in the mail. Hey Buddy, I'm still waiting. I know, I know the 'Check Is InThe Mail'. Right? Ultimately, you will pay the refunded portion as ordered by the General District Court May 2024, Roanoke, VA. I am so sorry it had to come to this sad situation.

I called 2 months ago because my toilet valve was leaking. The owner responded fast and he showed up on a Sunday and he knew exactly what was he doing. Highly recommend.

Called this morning, Clinton assured me he would be at my dad's house by noon. He was on time , hydro jetted out the main sewer line made sure water and toilets were flowing properly before he left. This guy does excellent work. He has the knowledge to figure your problem out and the most powerful equipment to blast it out. This is not just punching a hole in a clog to get it to drain, but using high pressure and heat to literally clean the inside of the pipe to the point it looks polished. Dont wait for more damage to occur. Have Turdbusters come out and fix the problem once and for all! Turdbusters was fast, reasonably priced and most of all, I have the peace of mind of knowing that I will not have an expensive back up again.

He came out really late at night for a leaking pipe and had it fixed in no time. Really nice guy and would recommend to anyone.

The name is really funny but there is nothing funny about the services he renders. Great for rental properties willing to come to you quick.

Had a septic system back up and called them after 5PM. Clinton was on scene in about an hour and immediately began to work to clear the line from the tank to the house. Spent about two hours cleaning the line and also reset a toilet that was leaking around the flange. Very knowledgeable and reasonable rates. Would recommend and will use for future plumbing jobs.

I'm not sure if the technician name is Neal but was friendly and respectful. The logged drains were unclogged within minutes. Would recommend to family and friends.

Called, TurdBusters at 3:15 in the afternoon, we had just bought our home a month ago and it had been vacant for 9 months. The bathrooms were all backing up. He was here within 4 hours as he had clients before us and got it fixed and us working again within 30mins. Had called other companies and they wouldn’t even attempt to look at it. Clayton was professional and amazing. Will always have my future service for anything septic or plumbing related.

I called at 6:30 explained my issue and he got there 5mins after I called and was very friendly and get straight to work, not 5 mins later he fixed my toilet that has been clogged for 4 or more weeks with multiple non professional people trying to unclog it before him. turns out someone flushed their glasses down the toilet

This business was wonderful! We had a family emergency at the same time the toilet started backing up. He showed up within 10 minutes of us talking and stayed until it was fixed. He gave us a very fair price, especially for an emergency situation. He was truly an angel! I would use him again and recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for showing up and helping!!!

Who you gunna call!!??!? TURDBUSTERS! This company is the best plumbers I've ever worked with. They have helped me with most of my projects over the years and are a class act. Bathroom Reno, Sink and Toilet, Sump, Water Heater, Drain and Septic. Recently came over to clean my main drain line after typical business hours and even stayed longer than expected to troubleshoot the problem. Went as far as to set up a spotlight outside at the manhole to do the job properly (this was after dark past 9pm). Could not ask for a more knowledgeful, professional, or dependable plumber. 5 STARS

Answered phone at 12:30 at night, there less than 45 minutes later, unclogged my son's toilet at his college apartment for a reasonable price . Thanks again for helping out a too far away to help mama!

Had issues with plumbing late on a Tuesday night. We called turdbusters and he came with very short notice and got the work done quickly and was very professional. He is very reasonable with his pricing. Will call him if we ever have problems again.

Needed help as a newcomer to Roanoke with an older foundation home I love, but a rapid-flow leaky clawfoot tub. Clinton worked me in and drove all over to get the parts needed from a different era. What a friendly, hard-working business!

Woke up to a clogged toilet at 3pm Sunday(work night shift) and water backing up in basement drain. After trying plunger and a hose down the drain to no avail, wife called Turdbusters having had good experience with them before. Awesome job again and very reasonable pricing for coming out on a Sunday night. Very nice and professional, clog undone quickly. Sunday evening, upstairs bathroom backing up into the floor in the basement ... not the way I want to spend the last part of my weekend. Clinton answered promptly, cheerfully agreed to come by (after 8pm, SUNDAY) and get us back to normal. Can't say enough about this company. Second time we have used him and highly recommend.

Very communicative. Helpful, understanding, worked quickly and efficiently. Was one of the few plumbers who answered and got to me quickly. Others you had to leave messages or wait a while long after the issue is resolved by their competition. Thoroughly enjoyed Turdbusters and their prompt service.

Kitchen sink clogged on Friday night. After drain cleaner and plunging, we figured out the clog was much lower than the kitchen in our 80 year old house. Called a big plumbing company on Saturday morning but they couldn't come out til Tuesday. My husband liked the name of "Turdbusters" and they got good reviews so we called. Clinton and Alli came out and worked from the roof to the basement to clear the clog. They were very friendly, professional, experienced, didn't mind us asking a ton of questions, and efficient. And cleaned up after themselves (which I've never seen a plumber do!). The price was extremely reasonable (it was the same price for about an hour and a half of work that a big plumbing company charged us for 5 minutes of work last year.) Strongly recommend them! They will be our go-to plumbers from now on.

My toilet started to overflow late at night. Sewage water came into my bathtub And into my house by the outside drain. I needed someone fast....Especially since my son is going through chemotherapy. I didn’t want him to be around those type of germs. They came fast, were professional, and got it fixed. Thank you so much I appreciate it.

This guy came out at 9:30 at night, unclogged two basement drains, removed 4 inches of standing water, then went above and beyond to remove a faulty water conditioner, working until 2am so we could have water in the house. I can't recommend him highly enough. Really affordable and super friendly. 20/5 stars.

This man is absolutely amazing.
He went out of his way on the weekend in an emergency situation and truly cared.
He not only found the problem but checked everything to make sure i was ok.

Our sewer line backed up on us late tuesday evening. I called around and mostly got voicemails from everyone except for Turdbusters. They arrived quickly and had everything cleared out in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable especially considering it was an after hours emergency call. I hope I never have to call again but if I do it will definitely be Turdbusters.

This mans service is great! It's one guy so it took some time to get a hold of him but when he could make it out to the house, he did a great job. His pricing is very reasonable too. He even came back out a day later to fix another issue for a discounted price. Highy recommended.
