Valenz Roofing did a great job.
The workers were hard working, polite, and considerate.
And, one day, when I said there was going to be a 30% chance of rain the next morning, Francisco rushed to cover our unfinished roof with plastic, with only a couple of hours of sunlight left. He then followed up with a call to assure us that it was weather tight.

Highly recommended for roof job. I had them for a roof repair, they communicate very well and the job was done well.

We had the entire roof replaced on our house, granny flat and garage. Francisco and crew did a great job for a reasonable price.

Our house was built in 1952 with very little maintenance so there were a lot of boards that needed replaced. Yes, it bumped the price up, but Francisco kept us informed and it needed to be done. We were very pleased with the work.

Work had to be scheduled in between rains. It wound up going a little long because of the extra repairs that needed to be done, and they worked through the weekend and holiday (President's day) to get it done before the next rain.

They also did the rain gutters for us which was nice as well as replace some of the fascia boards (including painting). They worked nicely around electricians and internet providers who had to come and re-install wires to fascia and the antenna, so our electricity and the internet services were interrupted only for a minimal time (less than 2 hours).

The crew is very friendly and they did a fantastic job cleaning up (not just at the end of the job, but every day). There was never any debris left on our patio or sideyard overnight.

A friend from work had a quote of 75k from a different roofing company. You won't be getting that from these guys!! Highly recommend.

After researching some local roofers and collecting multiple quotes, we decided to go with Valenz Roofing to completely replace our composite tile roof with shingles - including uninstalling and reinstalling our solar panels. They offered a fair and competitive price estimate, and were very responsive by phone and email.

Francisco was who I turned to after a really bad experience with 619 Roofing for a roof leak. Francisco was punctual, respectful, and was happy to give consideration to my special needs for the job. Also, he was fast. He did the estimate the first day after I called him, and did the job the morning after. 619 Roofing's estimater had said all kinds of extra things needed doing to fix the leak and requested a staggering figure for the work. So I got a second opinion. Francisco asserted most of their claims were false upon inspection and gave me a fair price for the only work that actually needed doing. Call him for a quote--you'll be grateful.

We have many broken tiles on our roof and I contacted a few roofing contractors for cost estimation. Fransisco responded to my phone call and quickly set up a visit the next day to check the roof. He identified the issues and they were consistent with what other roofers identified. He was able to provide me a cost estimate on the spot and it was a competitive quote. We decided to go with Valenz Roofing for the tiles replacement and fine tune work and the work was carried out as soon as we wanted. Francisco and his coworker replaced 40 tiles, fixed 10 slipped tiles, cut to enlarge the existing valley to standard and replaced mortar caps, sealed the vents in about 4.5 hours. Everything was done as discussed. The workmanship looked good and everything was cleaned up before the contractor left the site. Francisco was responsive after the completion of work when I asked for receipt of the payment made in cash for the job. It was a very good experience with Valenz Roofing.

Valenz did a great job on our home. The owner oversaw every step and when there was a miscommunication which was no-bodies fault, he sent people back to fix it at no cost. I won't go into detail about it, but many people might have pushed back, but they stood by their work, and made us happy. Highly reccomend.

Francisco from Valenz Roofing recently performed an emergent roof repair for us. The cost was great as compared to the other three estimates we received, and most importantly the quality of work was outstanding. He even sealed a couple of pipes at no cost. Highly recommend Valenz Roofing!

Valenz Roofing was willing to perform a smaller repair that the bigger companies wouldn't touch. They showed up in less than a week, and got the repair completed just as they said they would.

No sketchy looking employees and nobody blasting gangster rap while they worked on my roof.

After the heavy rain I had 2 roof leaks. Right away Francisco came out & diagnosed the problem that the solar company did not seal a conduit through the roof & they didn’t install a vent correctly.Valenzuela Roofing fixed those problems and replaced plywood we initially didn’t know was damaged. Valenzuela Roofing was very honest, very correct, very efficient and very good. Nice people too !

Very professional, thorough, explained everything in detail, and got the job done in one day. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if needed. The final cost was exactly the same as the estimated cost.

The flashing on my chimney was rusted in places and was causing water damage.
Fransisco came out the very next day and recommended that the tiles be replaced up to the peak of the roof, which he did at a very fair price.

We used Valenz Roofing to tear off and replace the roof on our commercial building. They delivered on all discussed in the contract and went above and beyond to keep the site clean and safe. They did a very good job replacing our flat roof that was leaking in more that one place, and replaced some boards and weather barriers that weren't done correctly the first time.
They mostly cleaned up when they were done.

We have used Valenz Roofing through the years for wood replacement and went ahead and used them to replace our roof and a lot of wood. They clean up every night, very professional, Francisco is trustworthy and has integrity. I have all good to say about them. Their prices are also reasonable.
