Great company! Highly recommend. Bo and his team made time for my small roof repairs while they were extremely busy with all the terrific weather that’s happened in Nashville recently. They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced. It’s hard to find an honest, reliable company these days but USA still work by ethics. So glad I found them.

I recently had my roof, gutters and down spouts done by USA Roofing. Bea Williams was great at explaining the type of roof that was being placed on my house. He was good at explaining the down spouts and I learned regarding the different sizes (in choosing down spouts) which was helpful. Bea came and checked the work that was done. He had one of his workers fly a drone to take pictures of my roof so that I could see it when the workers finished. The workers were great and cleaned up when finished. One worker used a blower and blew off my sidewalk after putting gutters and down spouts up. I would recommend USA Roofing to anyone that need a roof, gutters and down spouts. I am satisfied with a job well done.

Responded quickly to repair a few shingles (done by another vendor) and explained they had come loose because of a manufacturing quirk.

I requested an estimate on a rainy day and Beau was sure to stay in contact when my appointment time would be missed due to weather and ultimately came out himself. Explained in detail what he found and what was needed, even provided photos for extra detail. Got a quote to me a few hours later and provided a financing contact incase it’s needed. I’ll be calling him when I’m ready to move forward with install.

Overall phenomenal experience from start to finish. There was a fairly lengthy battle with insurance to finally get them to pay and USA Roofing assisted to the best of their ability. The customer service is outstanding, the roof looks amazing, and the crew was professional! Clean up was amazing! The only evidence of them being here is the new roof. Truly wonderful company! Absolutely recommend. We had a tree fall through our roof and due to insurance issues I had to pay for it entirely out of pocket. The gentleman who owns helped me with the repair and even walked me through what I could take care of myself on his own time. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have!

Beau and his crew (David and others) were responsive and informative concerning the repair I needed addressed. David took before and after pictures, then quoted me fairly for the job. I highly recommend USA roofing. They exceeded my expectations and were a fraction of the cost from other companies. I got 4 quotes from other gutter companies with good reviews on google. They beat the other 3 quotes by HUNDREDS of dollars. One popular company actually quoted me TWICE as much and that was even for smaller gutters. You will not be disappointed. They are great at communicating, show up exactly when they say they will and clean up everything before they leave. I have zero complaints. I am so so happy with the new gutters on my house. They color matched and the new gutters match the older siding perfectly.
I will be using them for all of my roof/gutter needs in the future for sure.

USA did a great job installing new gutters with guards for my home. They were quick to respond, came when they said they would and cleaned up when they were done. I had some rotted facia board which they replaced. I was beyond excited when it rained and the gutters worked like a charm!!! So happy with my new gutters and By the way they are the best price as well!

The guys from USA Roofing were working on a roof in my neighborhood. They noticed damage to a number of shingles on my roof from a recent severe storm. They asked my permission to check the roof and brought down photos showing the damage - including a shingle that had come completely loose and slid down the roof! They covered a particularly vulnerable section with a tarp (at no charge) until the insurance could be worked out.

USA Roofing worked with my insurance company, gave me options in the materials used, and got the job done. I paid my deductible and have a beautiful new roof!
