I couldn’t give a higher recommendation for USA Insulation. They were excellent with giving my home an evaluation and their price was very reasonable. They did the job TWO DAYS LATER - literally right before the hotter days that would have been a challenge. I’m very pleased with the quality, affordability, and timeliness of the service they provided.

My wife and I used USA Insulation to have additional blow in insulation installed in our attic. USA insulation made the process easy. The quoting process was quick and straight forward. They were flexibility on installation timing (e.g. worked around our schedule). The installation process was quick and the install to did a great job on clean up. We would use them again and recommend them to friends.

I was disappointed. They wouldn't do one wall in the basement when I asked Because they said it was not necessary. So on the First floor which goes up a cathedral Ceiling. They couldn't do up top because they said foam board was up there. So I asked him to just do the bottom wall instead which is all windows and he would not. So Reimburse me the part of the FIRST floor you didn't do? Why charge me for an uncompleted job? The guys worked hard and cleaned up good. So Ill update this review in November.

I can't say enough about how well this job went. We were on a tight schedule. Matt got the job scheduled the next day. Joel and Jamie were the best, from communication, efficiency to courtesy and friendliness. Awesome guys and a job done well! I highly recommend them!

I had 1 problem, they took my brand new DeWalt drill I had up stairs, When I tried to contact you to attempt to retrieve it all I got was this "Review us".... Other wise they did a Very competent job...

It was all a great experience from the salesman Rocky to the crew that came to do the work. House is more sound proff from outside noise and warmer.

I had a horrible experience with them. From the time they were to insulate it should have taken 3-5 days to do and it turned into almost a 3 month nightmare! Recently, had a house energy audit and shows they neglected to insulate areas of my attic. They damage my house, cut into my roof and I still need to insulate my house. They fixed most of the repairs but I still need other company to come to insulate areas they neglected in my attic. Poor communication, lack professionalism. Find someone else to do your insulation. If I could give negative stars I would!

USA INSULATION IS FINUMINAL! THEY ONLY SOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED, I GOT QUOTES FROM SEVERAL OTHER COMPANYS WHICH I WILL LEAVE UNNAMED just other competitors And each company tried to over sell me. USA insulation was my choice for my home that I am currently building. I am impressed with this company because right from the start I had some scheduling issues on my end of the job and had to reschedule a few times. From Carissa in the office and Ken on The sales team , All facetswere understanding and very accommodating. When I was finally ready for the insulation to be installed , Noah, Joel and Ryan were on time courteous and very professional they answered all my questions and help me through some technical issues. The boys worked hard finished the job in two days and left the place cleaner than when they came! I wouldn't hesitate to use USA INSULATION , in fact I highly recommend them and plan on using them for my next project . Thanks to all at USA insulation For a job well done!!

Noah, River and Ryan came to my house and spent the day doing an extremely thorough job insulating the entire exterior of my home, as well as spraying blown in fiberglass in my attic. They were here on-time, got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and answered my questions whenever I asked them. I couldn't have asked for a better crew, thank you USA Insulation!

Overall I had a good experience. Within a week of me first calling them, the job was complete - that's impressively fast. Everyone I interacted with was professional and seemed to take their job seriously. They showed pictures of everything they worked on and involved me for any concerns they had. It's a little sad that doing a job properly is to be commended but a lot of home contractors these days are so dishonest.

As for the results, I previously had a room closed off for over 4 months because it would leak heat so easily; I expected with the injection foam that I would have to close it off for maybe 2 months, but the insulation worked well enough that I didn't have to close it off for any duration, and we're already past the coldest time of the year. Quantifying energy savings is hard though, because not only am I actively heating another ~375 sq/ft of my house but this year's average outdoor temperature is quite a bit lower than previous years. My energy consumption has gone up substantially, but, the house is maintaining temperature better too.

Anyway, the only reason I docked a star is because it was an expensive service. It helped tremendously for that one room but had I kept it closed, evidence suggests the rest of the house would have seen underwhelming cost savings.

Never had a company so on top of every details. From office, sales to installers .They were all a credit to their company. The house definitely feels warmer‼️

I considered this project with mere wishful thinking, and am so glad I followed through with USA Insulation. I chose this local company and proceeded step by step. After it all I would give them a ten in every aspect of technical knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness. Customer service and consideration is alive again! And I am so glad to be able to add foam insulation to my garage, which is one of the most important rooms in my house!

Noah and Jimmy were very friendly and professional and kept me informed on every step of the process. No wasted time, and the cleanup was so thorough that you could not tell that they had been there! My house feels warmer and quieter. I highly recommend!!

This has been a great experience—the 2 installers were amazing. Very kind on professional, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a terrific job cleaning up afterwards. I particularly liked how they explained the process to me. I highly recommend this company.

Filled out the online form to set up an appointment for a quote. Was called the next morning and an appointment was set.
I got 2 emails and 2 texts before the appointment reminding me of the time. Also got a phone call from a representative before the set appointment. Appointment time came and went with no one showing up. I texted the number that reminders had come from and got an auto response saying they would get back to me the following morning which they did. The rep that called said he didn't know why no one showed up and that he was going to talk to his manager. He put me on brief hold and came back to tell me his manager would reach out after his meeting. Never got a call from the manager. Checked my voicemails just in case I happened to have missed a call, nothing. That was on a Friday.
Tuesday rolled around and a rep called to ask how the appointment went and asked if I had any questions. I told him the whole story which he seemed to not know any of this happened. He asked if I wanted them to still come out or if I wanted to have the issue escalated. I asked him how I could even trust that any of that would happen if every time up until this point they told me they were going to do something, they didn't do it. He said, it sounds like you don't want to have us come out. I told him no, I'm all set, I will find someone else.

The USA insulation team was professional from start to finish. The team was responsive and prompt . The team explained everything they did along the way and made sure the area was clean when they left. I would recommend them

The guy were on time . They were very neat and clean. Very professional. Answered all my questions and did a great job.

Would rate 4.5 if given the option. Quick appointment to schedule assessment and both assessor and install crew were very pleasant and courteous.

A couple of complaints I have is the number of reminder notifications that are received prior to consultation is excessive and there was a miscommunication between the assessor and our understanding of what work was going to be completed in our eaves. Our expectations of the work to be done were not completed in the matter explained during the consultation. There were 2 ways to insulate the area and the way done was not how I wanted and expected it completed.

These issues caused me to not rate 5 stars but the negotiated price and the friendliness of the crew made up for some of these concerns.

The guys did a great job, were very neat & tidy, polite and cleaned up to make sure the job was complete.

installation service was great. Hopefully, the results will be as great. Come back after I see the results in my a/c and heating bills.

Great people to work with. They were kind young men who came to the house and answered all questions I had as they did the job. They cleaned up any mess they made. Everyone from sales, office, and on site workers were the best. Highly recommend.

Update, just got my fist big gas bill and actually used more therms than this time last year! I think most of my first thoughts and experience was the placebo effect. I was told it would be a huge difference...Now I still have high gas bill and I'm out 15k! Unfortunately was not the results I was expecting, didn't seem to help keep it cool in the summer either! 1 star is a bit harsh the workers were great and it does seem to be more comfortable in my house, I was just shocked with the bill!

While walking through the Home Show in Keene, NH we spoke with Chris Frontiero, one of the salesmen for USA Insulation. By the end of our conversation we had a consultation scheduled. By the end of the consultation, we were on their schedule to insulate our home.

On the morning of April 17, a team of two, Joel and Tim, showed up to start the process. They were both well mannered, kind and kept me well informed of the process and what to expect. Joel informed me that he was certain that they would need to return the next day to finish the job as they ran out of necessary material for the foam mixture.

As expected, they returned Thursday morning. They picked up where they left off, continued without incident and cleaned up behind them as if they were never here.

In finalizing the "Job Completion Certificate" together we walked around the outside of the house and from room to room inside. If any noted seepage was found (due to any construction gaps) it was cleaned up immediately.

I would without the slightest hesitation, recommend USA Insulation for any folks or families looking to improve their home's energy efficiency and upgraded Rfactor insulation.

I am putting on record my work order # WO 32310 and invoice # INV-5672 because there is a section in my home that is stated on the invoice notes as ; " We will need to go back and inject foam where the AC unit is once she gets it removed in 3- 6 weeks" from work order information on 3/10/2024.
This information was provided by the assigned Red Team consisting of team members : Jamie Largy, Noah Pelletier, and Hunter Morril.
I will say that the lead captain of this team, Jamie, was consistent all the way through my home insulation project. He went over and beyond being helpful all throughout the day of insulation. He instructed, demonstrated, trained on site, and made sure that the team was on top of drilling, piping in foam, cleaning, and installing the attic insulated door cover. There was a fluke w/my safety electric circuit outlet shutting off due to the initial moisture from the foam filling between all crevices around outlets, but Jamie took charge to reach out to the company and had the on call electrician sent over as soon as possible.
The Master electrician, Darren, contracted by USA Insulation, came to address the issue the very next day. It was immediately remedied, and his expertise made me feel very comfortable. I just needed to praise him as well.
Noah, the next team player was an excellent communicator and very dedicated all throughout the job, proactive all along, following Jamie's advice with on site training tips, very helpful and kind.
Hunter, the 3rd team player supplemented in supporting the team where needed. His focus was to trail and pick up the debris, wipe down and clean areas that collected residue.
As a collective team, they plowed through this project and they worked great together.
I look forward to, and will expect their return to complete and foam fill the remaining 1.5x1.5 sq ft section in my bedroom, once the wall A/C unit is permanently removed in about 6 weeks.

The home is warm and cozy now. The work was done clean and professional. However the men installed the insulation hit a wire to my fire alarm cost me 1000 to trouble shooting and fix.

The guys did an excellent job and I highly recommend the USA insulation from Southern NH.
They did broke 2 or 3 pieces of the siding but they promptly order the siding and they will be here in a few days to install.

I had a great experience with USA Insulation. I was in a really bad situation and needed attic and wall insulation immediately. I had someone come out the next day for an estimate and the company was able to do the work the following day. They offered great discounts and a payment plan that worked for me. And the two teams that came in were fantastic...quick, clean, courteous. I could not have been happier. Everything was finished in a single day. I would definitely recommend!!

Quoting process was direct and easy. Installation was pretty easy except when things needed to be done inside the home. Originally it was planned to pump all the foam in externally but due to some electric wires some foam had to be injected into the walls from inside the home, no big issue. I was working from home and unable to watch what was happening but my entire bedroom was moved around and made a mess. Spackle on curtains, drywall dust everywhere on clothes, my bedding. I would’ve covered it with a tarp or moved things but was never even given the chance. Additional debris was left in the backyard as well, the rest was cleaned up so I know this must’ve been an oversight.

With all that said I can not begin to tell you the night and day difference I have experienced with this insulation. My home is finally warm, my heating system can keep up, and while I don’t have an electric bill to compare but I am certain I will see reduced energy costs. Installation can be done with more care and cleanliness (ESPECIALLY IN SOMEONES BEDROOM) but aside from that the product is fantastic. I was a bit worried before hand I would not see as much of a difference with my home but the second they finished filling the walls, my worries went away.

Had a very positive experience here. They were responsive, transparent, and quick. During our appointment, they pointed out things that we should do but didn't try to pressure us into having them done right then and there. I always appreciate the honesty in those situations. We needed a copy of our invoice a few weeks after they finished on our attic and we were given a prompt and friendly response - got the invoice the same day. Would definitely work with them again.

Outstanding advice and attention to detail solving complex insulation issues in our 80 year old home. None of the other companies we spoke to had near the level of building science knowledge as the USA Consultant demonstrated during the free inspection. What a breath of fresh air. The process was pretty painless. The gentleman that quoted the job was personable and knew his stuff. They got it scheduled fast even though it was a smaller job. The team that did the work was courteous and listened to our concerns about spots we wanted additional focus on. Solid clean up when work was done. Can definitely feel a difference.

The whole process was seamless. Salesperson showed up, checked out the house, and provided a quote for doing just the walls (this was 15k less than another company that did an energy audit earlier in the year), i decided to move forward with the process and it was completed the same week. Workers showed up when expected, did a thorough job, fixed an issue caused by the insulation with an outlet that was in a weird spot, left the place clean and fully put back together. I highly recommend.

USA insulation did a great job working on my home. There was no insulation in parts of the attic and they took care of it. Guys were very professional and finished in reasonable time.

The guys came on time during a rain storm. They wore booties on their feet and were professional and helpfully answered my questions. What surprised me was the difference in my house was immediate. They did a great job! My house is over 125 years old, had virtually zero insulation and they had to drill almost twice as many holes to get proper coverage because of how the home was constructed. They seemed to be very thorough. They satisfactorily addressed any and all of my questions and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We felt a difference in the comfort level inside the house the very first night. With the price of oil today, I expect to save enough to completely pay for this in 3-4 years. I would recommend this to anyone with a house built in the 70’s or earlier!!!

Fast appointment and a great job insulating my house. I can feel an amazing difference in how much warmer my house is. Glad I went with the exterior wall spray foam instead of cellulose. My furnace has been coming on half the time it used to. The installers were knowledgeable and detailed with the work. I am pleased I chose USA insulation.

Great experience. Wanted spray foam installed in basement crawl spaces of my rental property. Although I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, it was worth it. No high-pressure sales tactics, was given a quote and installation date at the time of my appointment. Price was fair, install crew was professional and courteous. Highly recommend USA Insulation

This company insulated our garage walls and ceiling. The people working did a great job, were very polite and answered our questions. Also left the area nice and clean.

Regardless of what the reviews say do not use USA Insulation. They pass you along even if they know they can't do the job. They asked me for my credit card info. even though I said the job has to be completed on a Sat. and they knew they could not do it over the weekend. Then I asked them to cancel my $700 deposit and they told me to call my credit card company and to dispute it instead of giving me a refund. That is illegal by the way. There are other reviews with pictures that prove their craftsmanship is mediocre at best. If you can't even get them to schedule and install and be honest, how do you expect them to do a quality job with such disorganization within their administration. DO NOT USE USA INSULATION especially if you get Ben, Brianna, or Eric to keep passing you along only to come up empty handed and having to dispute your credit card. Great job there at USA Insulation.

Impossible to deal with. They lie about when they can do installs and still take your credit card information. They told me to go and dispute with my crwdit card company. Unprofessional and you get the run around feom them. Don't get involved with this company espwcially if you hear the names Ben, Brianna, or Eric.

So I wrote a review in August complaining about cracked drywall and bowed siding but now that it’s winter I feel really bad about that review. The difference the insulation has made is amazing. No more drafts. They did a great job and the cracks should be expected. Not a big deal and if I had to do it all over again, I definitely would. I’m sorry for the initial 2 star review and want to up to 5 stars. Once again. I’m sorry and thank you for making my home warmer.

This score is solely for the salesman, Blake. The installers did the work as trained.

During his sales pitch (similar to those of car salesmen), he had following statements which ended up being false:

-New Hampshire Energy Star insulation rebates only cover the cost of the attic (and doesn’t apply to wall insulation). Reality, Had I vetted his statements rather than trust him, I would have up to $6000 back in my pocket
-The install crew will only drill holes every 16” on center to avoid unnecessary holes and hitting studs (reality, see photo)
-The install crew will cover each drilled area with Tyvek tape (waterproofing tape). Reality, no tyvek tape applied. The foam is open cell and was plugged with styrofoam but as an engineer I can guarantee this will collect moisture. Now I need to spend more money out of pocket to have someone pull the siding off and apply tyvek tape
-insulation soffit baffles will be installed free no charge. Reality, this really isn’t a bonus, it’s a requirement when you blow insulation in, that these be installed. This is like charging to use a tape measure

5 stars Jamie and Jimmy were great in and out in a day. Very professional and friendly and very clean. Cleaned up and fixed more than what their responsibilities were. I would recommend them to anyone loosing for insulation

I am so glad I called USA Insulation to have this work done. Jimmy Willingham and James were my instalation crewthat came to my house to clean out old insulation that did me no good, instal an access to the other attic space, and reinstall new insulation. They both were such hard workers on this project doing thier best and even going above and beyond with how kind they were to both my wife and I as well as my 2 young kiddos. This summer was rough with the heat but I can take a breath of releaf knowing the coming summers and winters won't be nearly as bad. I can't thank you both enough for your hard work and I will definitely call again if I have more work I need done.

Joel and Tim came to do our service and we could not be more happy! They were on time, efficient, courteous, and answered any questions myself or my neighbor had lol. Would 100 percent be calling back when we finish off our other 2 rooms!

I was impressed from the beginning. Within less than 24 hours from my online inquiry, I received a call back and had a scheduled estimate. During the estimate, Matt was helpful, friendly and professional, answering any question we had. The individual that actually came and did the insulation installation was equally helpful, friendly and professional. He normally had a second person working with him but ended up completing our job by himself and was at our house for 10 hours to ensure the job was completed properly. We were so pleased with the outcome and highly recommend their services.

I had USA Insulation come insulate our house in 2021, it started out great. However, they came out twice to complete the job as they missed spots in our walls. When the returns were scheduled, they were extremely late. When I had an issue with a huge section they missed, Steve the project supervisor was argumentive and rude. To this day, I'm sure my home isn't completely insulated! Wouldrecommend

James, Tim, and Joel did an excellent job. I felt bad that they had to work in horrible weather, but they remained positive and professional despite how nasty it was outside, as well as in my attic. I could literally feel the difference and improvement in my house immediately as they started insulating. Apparently several sides of my home completely lacked insulation, so this will help things around here immensely. They answered all my questions thoroughly while they worked. I’m glad I went with this company compared to others. Can’t sit to see how it feels in here during winter now.

I was very pleased with the work from USA Insulation of Southern NH. The team arrived promptly as scheduled, and each team member knew exactly what they needed to do and went directly to work. Our whole home was insulated in less than a day. You cannot even tell they removed siding (blew in the foam insulation, plugged it up) and replaced it. They even blew insulation into the wall of the inside of our garage and re-plastered each area. They also patched some "sunlight" areas in our basement, and beefed up the attic's insulation. Overall cleanup was almost flawless.
They were all very professional and respectful. I would recommend them.

Jimmy Willingham and his crew accurately estimated that it would be a two day job. They did walls, attic and joists in two days cleanly and thoroughly. Jimmy did a walkthrough of the work and explained what and how they did, answered some of our questions.

I can’t answer how the insulation holds up or if it made any dent in our energy consumption and costs yet.

I think it’s going to workout quite well. I already feel the soundproofing of the insulation.

We are extremely happy with our newly insulated home. We had it done in Feb. We had them do the injection wall foam. Matt was our sales rep, low key, no pressure, explained everything fully and even gave us alternatives for our attic (existing insulation put in wrong). Our crew was Joel & Jimmy great attitude, good workers, very professional. Less than 8hrs and ever thing was cleaned up, holes covered and a inside inspection. The time between the furnace running was increased by at least 30% and after taking Matt's suggestion that we add roll insulation ourselves to the attic our heat retention improved even more. It keeps us warmer in the winter and those 80 degree days didn't turn us into an oven. Windows closed and we come home to the same temp inside as when we left. Absolutely worth every penny.
