Peter Semchishin of USQuality construction came to my home . As a representative of this company !!! For an estimate on a deck ! He was the most professional young man I met in a real long time ! He was so attentive to my needs & the task at hand !!! He went above and beyond any expectations!!! He tried very hard to find a way I could get the project done to fit my budget
I would recommend Peter & his company to everyone, hands down I WOULD DO this because of Peter, his knowledge & ability is awesome!!!

US Construction tore off and replaced a deck on my house. They did a beautiful job. Victor and Nick were very professional and worked long hours to complete the project. I couldn't have anticipated how beautiful it did turned out. US Construction uses quality materials also. I highly recommend this company. Their price was also very fair as I did comparison shopped with estimates. If I ever have any more projects in the future, I would definetly call them.

We had such a great experience with US Quality! From start to finish, they were great at communicating, provided the most competitive quote and went above and beyond during installation. US Quality construction has just completed a total deck construction project for me here in Pickerington, and I have been absolutely and utterly impressed with these guys!! From the very outset, their representative Peter Simchisin who came to discuss and quote the project was on-time, and was immensely knowledgeable and professional. He easily accommodated many of my unusual requirements for out of the ordinary materials to be used, including a composite material called Lumberock, that they had never even worked with previously. Their formal quotation was an engineering grade, extremely thorough proposal!

On execution of the project, their team of Nick Boyko (project manager), Art (foreman), and the craftsmen Nick, Dima, Victor, and Bogdan arrived exactly on time to begin the project, and their talent, high level craftsmanship, and long daily hours really produced an exceptionally high quality deck, as well as a custom sized large storage compartment (16' x 6' x 40" tall) beneath the deck on a custom concrete slab.

Of course there were a few unanticipated problems that came up during the construction, and in every single case, their team worked very cooperatively with me to solve each issue to my total satisfaction!!

As this project started in December, these guys were also working in cold and wet weather most of the time, and it did not interfere a bit with their highest quality craftsmanship, which was especially evident on even the smallest of details.

At every step of this project, US Quality Construction always said when and what they were going to do, and did it exactly! Never any mysterious "no-shows" or excuses.
If I ever again have a project, I am not going to even bother getting multiple quotes. I will hire US Quality Construction immediately!!!

We had a lot of challenges with the getting a deck built. I advise staying on top of the permit process and communication. Once we got through that, Art and his crew worked very hard to get the work done even through challenging ground issues and bitter cold tempuratures. The crew leader Art, and the project manager Nick worked well with fixing issues that came up. In the end, there are some things I should have communicated better about but we do have a nice, BIG deck that should be great for years to come. Communicate, communicate, communicate.

We needed a new roof over our porch, new metal roofing on the house and new gutters. We got two quotes and US Quality Construction came in with the best quote as well as a thorough presentation of all aspects of the quote. We ended up building the roof over the porch ourself to save some money (my husband is very handy). What I really liked about this company was their communication. They were in touch through the entire process from start to finish. They kept us notified of material delivery and start dates of the work. They were genuinely interested in our satisfaction. Everyone was great - Alek (provided the quote), Nick (project manager), the team leader, and the office staff. I would highly recommend this company for any project you might have.

I had a composite deck with stairs and an aluminum rails installed. The guys did a fantastic job. The salesman answered all my questions but was not pushy. The price was very competitive. The skill and craftsmanship of the installers was superb. The only “issue” was difficulty in language communication. I would definitely recommend US Quality Construction

I 1000%would hire this company again! From the initial meeting to the end of the project they were pleasant to work with. Peter brought samples to show me of the products that they would be using which was super helpful. Daniel, project manager, helped to make sure all the details were taken care of. Quality workmanship! I’m pretty picky and do not see an area that I’m not happy with.

US Quality Construction out of Columbus, Ohio did a wonderful job with the demolition of our old wood deck. They then proceeded to build a composite deck, aluminum railing, pergola with sun shades, and concrete pad. Nick Boyko and his crew were always professional and very knowledgeable. We absolutely love our new deck!

You pay for what you get. US Quality, for me, was the highest bidder but the best product I could find. The salesperson used a drone to get pictures and measurements and had a mock-up within 30 minutes for me to see. The salesman suggested changes that were better than I wanted, at a cheaper price. The Ukrainian crew was fantastic! Very hard working and fine craftsmanship. On completion, the project manager (Nick) and I went over everything and found a couple of things to be tweaked - no problem, they were back out the next day and took care of everything. Nick responded to any of my questions usually the same day. My deck (12x18) took two days to build and one day to finish work and touch-ups. These guys cared about their work. I was impressed, and even bought them pizza for lunch (always keep the crews happy). Deck project is worth every dollar IMO.

I hired US Quality Construction to build a deck and a balcony deck, they were wonderful to work with from beginning to start. Extremely attentive to the fine details and very kind to work with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I had old deck demolished and new deck built. Daniel, the Project Manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The install team, Dmitri and Viktor were amazing. After dealing with many shady contractors and businesses and some bad jobs we were a bit hesitant to start a new project. Our experience with Peter at US Quality Construction was completely different than our other contractors. Our home was damaged by wind, hail, and rain earlier this summer. I contacted several siding companies and this one seemed to be the most professional. The pricing was fair and the process went very smoothly. They even discovered serious undisclosed water damage in the rear bedroom wall that had been caused by storm damage leakage! We did receive some damage to the flowers, etc. around the house but I think that is unavoidable. That is why I always plant perennials. Next spring the house will bloom back and be more beautiful than before!
Many of the workers are Ukrainian and most do not speak english. We used a phone app to translate so communication was not much of a problem. I will post a few pictures very soon!
Update:
After inspection we were unhappy with some work on one side of the house. The workers came and completely reinstalled the siding and corner piece the same day! Satisfied does not describe how pleased we are with everything!

We had a deck installed. It was done in one day. Daniel the Project Manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The install team was on time and ready to go. Would highly recommend and would use again.

After contacting this company, Ely came out to inspect our siding, and we ultimately decided to replace it with James Hardie. We are extremely pleased with the result and give them 5+ stars!

Highly recommend US Quality Construction for any of your exterior renovations. I love how my siding looks, and am excited to get my deck redone hopefully next spring! True professionals who met my high expectations for the quality, but exceeded my expectations for how quickly they got everything done. Also - I didn’t have to pick up any trash or debris after them. Something that you’d expect but doesn’t always happen with companies doing this type of work
