I had a new structure put on the back deck of my house at the beach and US Home Exteriors did an awesome job. The worksite was always left very clean and organized. The communication was fantastic and pictures were sent daily so I could follow the progress. There was a slight issue with one of the panels in the ceiling and they took accountability for letting me know up front and worked with me on a fair compensation for this irregularity I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and look forward to sitting on the back deck under the comfort of some shade from the direct sun. The installer, Miguel, and his team worked tirelessly to complete the project in one day. When they finished, not only was the end result beautiful, there was zero mess left behind! They installed doors and windows at a rental house. The orders were delayed several weeks than the six week estimate. The products installed were great quality but my gripes were there were trash screws and drill bits all left around the yard by the installer. The old press pad locks were drilled into the new doors leaving exposed holes when the new locks were installed two days later.

I recommend this company and everyone at the company is very professional and kind. Bryan and Toby did an amazing job on our patio, we're very pleased. Thank you!

Excellent service. We used US Home Exteriors in 2015 to install gutter guards on our home. Called them recently about adding guards to our outbuilding and our sunroom. They replied promptly and were able to install both within a week. Very professional , prompt and willing to listen to our needs.

We used US Home Exteriors in Summer of 2021 to put vinyl siding on our home, replace a 3 windows and put trim around the rest of our windows. The siding turned out great .. BUT, here we sit in February 2023 and they have never finished trimming the windows. The guys who worked on our home never came back to finish the job. The main foreman, Greg, kept promising to come out and finish it. We have called and texted him many times - got ghosted and now find out he doesn't work for them any more.
The company claims to know nothing about it, and says that they are willing to come out and do the repairs, but we will have to pay ... NOPE!!
So here we sit with six small windows that are untrimmed, while the rest of the home looks great - it makes them stand out like a sore thumb

US Home Exterior installed vinyl siding on my 125 year old house. It look so good they took their time and made sure it was right, keeping the original look of the house. We are very happy with how it turned out. Now to do the windows.

Installed a cutom front door with side panel and replaced porch railings and posts with vinyl coated posts and vinyl rails and metal vertical members.

I first used US Home exteriors for insulation and gutter cover installation in 2010 with very good results and support. When my family moved to a new home we decided to use them again in Nov 2021 for gutter cover installation. The crew that arrived were not prepared for the work, installed the material incorrectly, scratched up siding and left without completing. I contacted the supervisor multiple times to ask for the work to be fixed. The crew came out again ( reluctantly) to fix their work. They spent an hour and it was still not done properly. Guards were not lined up, joints were open and some spots overhung by an inch or 2. They said they sent someone out to check and it was “normal” and needed to settle. I was reminding of the warranty so not to worry. After another 5 months of back and forth and guards falling off, I asked for them to come and remove and give me my money back. I have since been called by the owner (Doug) and Vice President (Amy) who were great to talk with and helped me resolve the situation. I wished I had talked with them sooner.

Received unsolicited phone call from Kathleen advertising for this company. When informed that I was on the National Do Not Call registry she attempted to tell me that I had to renew it every so often. This is blatantly false, as listings on the registry do not expire. I have reported the violation to the FTC and encourage others to do the same. Repeated reports help the FTC pursue fines for companies who violate the Do Not Call registry.

It was so easy doing business with US Home Exteriors. Our rep - Bryan Whitt, showed us the windows that best suited our purpose, and worked with us to get us a price that was affordable. Very knowledgeable people and I would highly recommend using them.

We recently used US Home Exteriors to replace fifteen of the original windows on our 1947 home, they are easily the best contractor we’ve ever used. Their sales rep worked with us to stay within our budget and find us windows that we could be happy with, their projector coordinator was super responsive and kept us informed of key things throughout, and the install crew was courteous, professional, and made sure they got the job done right and that we were happy with it. I can't recommend them enough!

Great price. US Home Exteriors crew is very nice and flexible. I was given a quote from them, and their price was very reasonable. They help me installed seven windows in my house. They were very professional all through the installation.

I had the Gutter Magic system everywhere on my two buildings except above the front porch, and there the competitor's product was clogging and not draining properly. I replaced it with Gutter Magic, which was installed quickly and professionally by TJ. Now I'm confident that this will be the last gutter problem I will experience.

I’ve used this company twice now, roof replacement last year and more recently for vinyl siding. Both crews were very professional, I’m extremely satisfied with their work and I intend to use them for
future repairs. I recommended them to anyone needing exterior home repair.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company, the products and the owner! When I bought my house, the gutter guards were already installed - which is a good thing since I live on a street with "forest" in its name. I replaced the roof in 2016 and called US Home Exteriors to find out what should be done about the guards before the roofers arrived. They offered to uninstall and reinstall at an incredible price which probably saved me from unintended and expensive damage by the roofers. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable. Doug Massey, the owner, works hard to make sure every single client is satisfied with both the product AND their interactions with his personnel. That is why I would recommend this company to everyone.

from start to finish amazing. the sales rep Ben was pretty cool, knew his stuff and sold a great product. even came out at night in the cold and rain. that's dedication. the owner is a pretty nice guy as well. the roofers were very courteous, did an amazing job, very quickly, and even did a great job cleaning their mess. the gutter guys came out next and did a good job. i had to pick up a few screws and a few gutter slivers afterwards, but otherwise all good. anyone and everyone should use these guys!

My sales rep Ben is the greatest. Works with you and very knowledgeable. I had the gutters done first and I think that was Shawn Then I had them do the 4 big windows and that was Brian and his crew and they were awesome. Getting ready to let them do some more. Update is they have been in touch with me and are going to correct the mistakes that the other crew made. The other worker had misled the company about how knowledgeable they actually were. So the crew that did my original windows are going to correct things.

Our house was built in 1964, and we bought it in 2013. When we bought it, we did major renovations. US Home Exteriors tackled the job of putting gutters on our house. Based on the age of the house, fitting and matching the gutters was not an easy task. US Home Exteriors gave us a very reasonable quote and did a great job of matching the color and fitting the gutters - including round downspouts. We were very pleased with the finished product. Their staff was very friendly and professional. Their product is top quality and our gutters look great! Their customer service continues to be fantastic, and we continue to be very pleased. Thank you US Home Exteriors for great service and a great product!

The product look great, I've shopped a few types of gutter guards. We decided make an appointment get a quote. A professional character arrive on time, and quickly did measurements around the house. Then he sat in his car for 10 minutes, came back and said my wife would also have to be present to get the quote. ( I am a 55 yr. old adult, not impaired in any way) He said that the sales office would call me back in a few days, and reschedule so he could demonstrate the product. (?) I have already seen the product demoed. I do not think I will be doing business with this company, for wasting my time. Since they can't even do a simple quote, I can't imagine they deliver, install and fully warranty a product. Sorry guys, the truth needs to be told.

We could not be happier with the windows, doors, gutters and gutter guards US Home Exteriors installed for us. Sales Rep Ben and Crew leader Brian were excellent to work with. US Home Exteriors installed 46 replacement windows in two days and they look excellent and save us a ton in heating and cooling bills. They later replaced two 4 panel sliding glass doors and replaced all gutters and installed guards. US Home Exteriors is now our go-to company!

I got my gutter magic system put on in 2015 and I love them. I just got a new roof on my house just a couple of days ago and called Mickey on short notice to see if he could get someone to take down my gutter magic system. He sent Shawn out to take them down. Shawn came back today on short notice to put them back up. I just want to say Mickey your the BEST and Shawn you are AWESOME and Dedicated! These guy provided me with great customer service on the phone and in person. I'm very happy with my product. I wish I could have given them more stars. Thank you so much Mickey and Shawn.

I originally posted this review to Yelp in 2014 before Google reviews were common. Now that more people read Google reviews, I'm copying my original review here.

I wish I had read user reviews before I let US Home Exteriors into my house. I thought I had done my homework by checking them out on BBB (no complaints, A+ rating) and on Angie's List (no reviews at all). Unfortunately, I completely missed the reviews on Yelp, and I paid the price.

Experience tells me that an estimate should take about 30 minutes. Instead, I got two and a half hours of a very pushy sales pitch. I was expecting to go back to the office that afternoon and get some work done, but by the time the guy left, the workday was over and I was totally frustrated.

Although I'm convinced of the quality of their product, I have decided that this company is not to be trusted. If they had behaved like responsible professionals, and actually offered me an estimate and then left me to my business, I would probably hire them. But after the disrespect they showed me--essentially lying about their purpose for coming to my home--they can forget it.

We used US Home Exteriors for the second time recently for vinyl replacement windows and had a very good experience. (The previous time, we had Gutter Magic installed with great success.) First, the windows are great; we really couldn't be happier with them. The installation crew was also great and finished replacing just about every window in our home (15, all large) in one day. I never would ahve believed that possible. Two windows arrived from the manufacturer with small defects, and required a re-order. They still installed the new ones while waiting for the re-orders to arrive.
Everything was happening in the background to get the new windows squared away, but without knowing, I felt that I had to call. In a perfect world, they would have been proactive and told me where things were in the progress, but when I called in I was able to get a quick update.
As for the sales process, it was a time-consuming, but this is a major purchase and it should take some time. Benjamin was our sales person for both purchases and was well informed on the products.
I will say that their insistance for both spouses to be present is un-necessary and outdated. My wife and I own a custom closet/organization company and employ in-home sales persons and never make such a request. I simply told the scheduler that I would try my best but with our schedules I couldn't guarantee it.
Overall another very good experience and we will enjoy the new windows for a very long time to come.
