I want to say that leap windows and doors are the best first let me say Carla in the office is awsome she helped me with all my questions that I had.Jeff Lennon sales manager who came to the house is the best he explained all the fine details with me and even more than that I felt at ease with him.Then later I had a meeting with Jimmy Grimes the production manager who went over how the install would go made me feel at ease.I had my 3 carport windows installed on april 14,2025 plus my new front door and storm door im very pleased with everything and would like to thank Brian and Dewayne for doing a awsome job they deserve 5 stars also I have some pics to share also for your needs use Leap Window and Doors you will be glad you did a family run and owned business in Burlington North Carolina thanks again you guys from Brian Williams in Rural Hall North Carolina.

Tony Pacheco was punctual, personable and detail-oriented. He covered everything in layman's terms and wasn't pushy. Great first impression of a local company and looking forward to the end result.

My experience with Leap was a bit up and down, but ultimately, they’re a trustworthy company that I would absolutely do business with again. Here’s why:

From the start, Josh was a knowledgeable sales rep who really listened to our values and what we wanted. I’d definitely recommend working with him. There was a small miscommunication—we had requested grids on the outside of the door, but they were installed on the inside instead. For the inconvenience, Leap offered us a solution that we truly appreciated.

Jimmy, the project/service manager, was very thorough when it came to measuring and customizing the door. When installation day came, Leap hired reputable contractors to handle the job. The gentleman who installed our door was incredibly skilled and managed to complete the job solo in about four hours. During installation, however, our doorbell stopped working due to a pinched wire in the frame.

After multiple emails and calls, Joe—the owner—personally reached out to apologize for the inconvenience. He made sure we were taken care of and demonstrated his commitment to the company’s core values.

Joe looped Jimmy back in to assess the issue. Since Jimmy couldn’t fix the problem himself, he contacted an electrician, and once the work was completed, Leap covered the entire cost.

Honestly, at first, I wasn’t planning to recommend Leap because of the early issues. But they stood by their work, kept me informed, and followed through on their promises. If I ever need new windows or another door, I’ll be calling Josh and the team at Leap Windows & Doors.

This is my Second project with Leap Windows. Tony Pacheo was absolutely fabulous on the quote process and spent time with me to get the right door to go with my stain glass entry. Others wanted to replace the WHOLE glass area, but I love my old stain glass and didn’t want to lose it. It took a lot collaboration with the installers, but they said they could do it…. Made me So happy!

Leap did a fabulous job replacing our side entry door. We had an old, bottom of the line wood and glass door that felt unsafe and drafty. We replaced it with a ProVia steel door with 12 lites and a great storm door. A digital deadbolt made the project even better. Leap was very professional. Great follow-through.

When replacing windows on my house, I received several quotes and spoke with several companies, and the difference between Leap and the others was astounding. Great education, communication, quality, and overall experience that will have me, without a doubt, using Leap again in the future.

Leap has a great sales and management team. We were a new construction site using our own contractors. The installation was easy.The Leap sales team was meticulous on nailing down every minute detail for the windows and doors. They were tenacious in resolving a minor issue with the manufacturer to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. When we damaged a window, (our build site is 75 miles away), the gave me the parts and demonstrated the simple repair. I could not be more pleased

Very pleased with our window purchase from Leap Windows, Doors & More! Smooth process from start to finish with the help of the knowledgeable staff. The Production Manager Jimmy was very thorough and detail oriented when it came time to inspect the final results of our installation. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Joe and his team at Leap were great! We needed custom sized large glass sliders to our patio. They were able to order them and did a great job with the install. We love them. They also were great with follow on one very small touch up. Highly recommend them!

When we moved into our new home our back patio doors were in rough shape. We gave Leap a call and Joe and his team came out and helped us evaluate our options. They gave us a number of different options and went the extra mile to provide a solution that fit our budget. The installation was seamless and we have been remarkably pleased with the quality and durability of our new sliding doors. After the install Joe even came back out a few weeks later make sure everything was working to his standards! This has been a great experience and we plan to use Leap again for our next project!

Leap Windows, Doors & More did a wonderful job on my front door replacement. The salesperson was very professional and explained all the options to me and helped me decide on the final product. Then they measured everything to ensure that the door fit perfectly and i would he happy with what was installed. Finally the installers came to put in the door and it is perfection. Just what i ordered and they did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything when the job was complete. Very pleased with the final product and highly recommend this company.

Great service, and quality of the final product. The people were a pleasure to work with, very patient and helpful in deciding what to get! Definitely recommend!

UPDATE 9/12: To note I'm still unhappy with this company - as the new doors they ordered for us - the other side began to leak with heavy rain. They had to seal the top on the outside - which does not live up to the quality of the doors.

I'm highly disappointed in this company. We paid this company over 10k for a french door system/installation. They promised QUALITY care - they don't even have their "own guys" - they hire out subcontractors. The sales people are very well in terms of showing off a presentation to get you "in". The sales people also lied about some damage they can fix - which we were in for a surprise when we had to spend another 2k for someone else to come fix it instead...because the project manager said they couldnt complete that work.

The first issue is when our door came in - and it was the WRONG size. So they had to cut into our walls. Which they had no choice to do, considering the sliding door the sub contractors took out in pieces. Otherwise we would've had a huge hole in our house.

They had to reinstall our door about 3 times.. the first time the project was so sloppy and our door was leaning down as they put it on shims. When they got the door installed and fixed the second time - water was leaking through it on the inside - and we had to go to square 0 again and get a new door ordered . our door allows in condensation, paint is already chipping and it requires force to open.. everyone makes a comment on it when they come to visit.

EVERYONE who comes over to open the door to people we had do our deck and siding has told us there is issues with the installation. I cannot recommend this company based off our experience.

We had 2 Sunrise sliding patio doors installed. Joe the owner was very accommodating with our needs. Michael installed the patio doors and was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He made us feel comfortable and ensured everything was working properly.

They did an incredible job with the installation and follow up to make sure everything was working properly. I'm very happy with the end result.

Tony has been amazing! He is very knowledgeable and walked us through all our options. Tony was personable and didn't try to push anything on us.

Update: Door arrived sooner than expected. Andrew came to install our French doors. He was professional and friendly. Install was quick and he cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied! Looking forward to future projects with Leap. Thanks!

We have had our windows for over a year and they are great. Highly recommend these guys. Can't go wrong.

They installed a new entry & storm door for us. They were very professional & they kept us updated about everything. There was a couple issues but they were resolved as quickly as possible. We would definitely use them again!

MIguel and his sons did a wonderful job on explaining every step of the window installation to me.
They offered to take down my blinds and they put them back up again which is way beyond my expectations!!
I've enjoyed working with Leap Windows from my signing of the contract with Matt Downs, to working with my contact for any and all questions that i had, with Jason, to my installation with Miguel. The windows are of superb quality and I'm already noticing how much more comfortable the temperature is in my house even with keeping the thermostat on low.
I would strongly recommend Leap Windows to anyone whom is looking to purchase new windows, and I'm already thinking that after I pay off my windows, I'll use them to replace my doors!!

We have used Leap Windows on two different occasions and have been very pleased with the product and workmanship. We had an issue with one window post installation and the problem was corrected promptly. Installers were professional and very neat. They gave us thorough instructions on how the windows worked and made sure they were spotless when they left.
I gave a 5 star rating for the product and workmanship.
If there was a separate rating for communication it would be a 4.5. Our first job with them was amazing with communication and providing updates on the production status and installation but this most recent was not quite as good. I had to call them to find out the production status and then there was a two week wait from when windows arrived until we were contacted to set up an install date. Not a big deal but noticeable change from our first time using Leap.
I highly recommend this company for windows.

The whole experience was good….from Tony, Jason, Andrew . Andrew and his partner did a phenomenal job with installation!! Cleaned as then went and we’re very efficient……they were like a well oiled machine!! I recommend Leap Windows to anyone who needs their services!!

Last year we had replacement windows installed by LEAP Windows. From reviewing the plans & contract with the salesperson to the final installation of the windows, LEAP did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. We love the new clean look of the windows on our house. Little did we know though that the best was yet to come!
With springtime this year came the pollen and the first time I needed to do thorough cleaning of the outside of our windows. When I was cleaning one of the windows it got jammed and would not come down. Thinking I had broken something, I called LEAP for help or advice as to how to fix it. What incredible service! Not only did someone come to help – but the owner himself came to our house (which is quite a distance from the LEAP office) to make sure that we were helped and were satisfied with our windows. We are very satisfied with our windows and let’s just say the problem that day was embarrassingly a “user error”. I recommend LEAP to anyone who is thinking of replacing their windows. Great product and fantastic service!

Took longer than expected to get our windows, but I guess that's just the way it goes these days.
After they were finally installed, we were certainly glad we took the Leap.

I purchased 3 doors from Leap; front back and basement. The doors were well made and look good but the door framing trim that had to be replaced on the inside looked terrible. See photos after installation. These are pieces that Leap installed after removing my original unmarked trim. They came back out to “fix” some of the broken and gouged trim after I complained on two different occasions, but did not replace all pieces with new trim. They said the trim was supposed to be paint ready after installation but it was far from it. If you use this company make sure you look carefully at the trim before you let them leave.

From the sales visit to the post-instalation follow-up visit, everyone has been professional, dependable, responsive, friendly...I only have positive words to describe our experience with Leap Windows.

We replaced all our windows and our front door with Leap. The selection and quote process was thorough and professional. The windows and door arrived even earlier than anticipated and installation was scheduled soon thereafter. It took two days for all the work to be completed. The crew made sure everything looked good before leaving, walked us through how the windows work, and left everything clean. The windows look very nice, and they look like they could be original to the house, which is what we wanted. They are high quality and a reasonable price. No nice window replacement is cheap, but I feel we got good quality for our money. The new door is beautiful. We have been very pleased so far.

From start to finish Leap got it right. They presented a great product and offered flexible financing options. They delivered on time and did great work. The whole team was extremely professional. My favorite part of all was the communication! This is something many company's struggle with but not Leap! I highly recommend using them!

Great business. The contractor they sent out was very good. He went above and beyond to install my custom door. They only downside was how long it took to get the door ordered and made, around 3-4 months. Other than that very happy.

Nothing but a positive experience from the salesman, to the owner, then the installers. All very professional, respectful, kind and very efficient in installing the door with minimal intrusion to our home. We have a long entry hall and wanted to have windows at the top, but obscured so no one could peak in to our home. The style and superior quality was well worth the cost. So many great things to say about this company! We have had our new windows for about two months now and I still can't get over how beautiful they are. They make such a difference and add to the whole vibe of our home! We got several quotes from different companies, and Leap delivered better quality windows, in a shorter time frame and for less money than the other companies we got quotes from. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone we spoke to at Leap was kind and courteous. I have even met the owner Joe who took the time to listen to our needs and fulfilled those. Throughout the process, the office staff stayed in touch and kept me posted with updates every step of the way. So many things are delayed right now, but Leap was on track with the dates on our order and installation. I have referred a couple of friends and family members to Leap and they are excited about their new windows as well. I will absolutely use them in the future on other properties!

We stumbled upon Leap at the Raleigh home show in spring, 2021. We were in the market for new windows, replacing 22 windows in our home. The whole process was excellent. Had to wait several months for production, but that was expected. Leap called every month with an update, until finally we were ready to install. Ended up taking 4 days, which was fine with us. The installers made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and we could not be happier. We have noticed a significant difference in one room that has 8 windows...there's no longer a large temperature difference! We highly recommend Leap windows!

Our rep did a great job at explaining everything to us. The installation crew did an extraordinary job installing our 31 new windows. The job looks very professional, and actually looks better than I imagined. We had a problem with the mechanics of one of the windows. But the local owner came to the house and solved the problem.

Leap windows were installed at my home several months ago. I chose them because of the quality of their windows , as well as their professionalism, work ethic and great customer service. Leap staff was very professional. Installation was quick. Windows look beautiful and let in more light than our old ones. We broke a window and this was covered under the warrenty. Very friendly and responsive staff.

We had siding and doors replaced and I couldn't be happier. Joe made sure things were exactly the way I wanted and was always available to answer any questions. The installation team was very professional and it was a wonderful way to update our home. They are experts in their field.

I contacted Leap after examining several other window companies. I had originally planned to go for the cheapest overall window (Window World), but my better half wanted something aesthetically pleasant AND affordable. After getting our measurements, we were really pleased to hear the price for our much less for 11 windows (our entire house). They were specific (no back of the napkin numbers), clear (what cost what) and most importantly, transparent (they explained their business model, and how they made an honest buck). I appreciated their flexibiilty, as we broke our installation into two phases over a few months, and the second install included an evaluation / touch ups of the first at no charge. I recommend them highly.

We recently had Joe and his men install gutter protection on our existing gutters. Because of nearby pine trees our downspouts were perpetually clogged. So far there are no clogs and the guards work as advertised. The work was done promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Replaced windows and door in sun-room , we reviewed plans from three contractors and selected Leap. They provided quality products & fair pricing we were kept informed through each phase from selection to after job follow up .Skilled craftsmen removed the old windows installed new windows cleaned up in two days and left our home without a trace they were ever hear.

The workmen were excellent at the installation of the Hardie siding and trim. The window replace also went very well. The process went a whole lot quicker than expected even though there was some days of rain and the clean up was immaculate. The windows they offer are the Sunrise brand. Our windows came in and were installed earlier than scheduled, which was great. The installation crew were very nice as well, knowlegeable, quick, and did great work. We are very happy with the finished product and our whole experience with Leap.
