Josh and his team provided exceptional service. I initially requested for my gutters to be cleaned; however when Josh came out to complete the service he recommended a more sustainable solution. After doing some researching about the solution offered I was able to confirm that the suggested work would indeed be more cost effective in the long term and add value to my property. To say I am pleased with this company is an understatement.... Josh and Courtney were absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! I live 4 hours from my elderly parents in Burlington, and was so worried about finding an honest roofing company to replace their roof. Not only were their prices reasonable, but they went above and beyond to ensure my parents were well taken care of. Courtney is an absolute sweetheart! She kept me in the loop the whole time and had the job completed in just a couple of days. It was such a pleasure doing business with Superior! If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m behind schedule on this but I have to say that hands down Josh, Courtney and the crew at Superior Roofing & Gutters are awesome! They helped us through all steps of the insurance claims (even showing up to help reinforce to the insurance adjuster the extent of damage). They went out of their way to make sure we got our roof put on and installed properly. The Crew knocked it out of the park on the installation and were very friendly. Josh and his crew are amazing!!! My wife and I rent but we have taken pride in our place and have spent a lot of money on landscaping and these guys took every precaution possible to protect them. When they left after the job they left our yard looking just like it did before they showed up. The work they performed (removing the old shingles, repairing the damaged wood and installing new shingles) is absolutely amazing. Had a gutter that was leaking and Josh and his crew promptly returned my call and scheduled the repair as well as caulked all other gutters to prevent any additional leaks. Did full inspection of all gutters and roof as well. The cost was more than fair. I contacted Josh about a leak in my roof midday, and his team came over to provide an estimate that same day. After inspecting my roof, he explained that they could do a quick repair of the leaky area and reinforce a few other spots right then for a very fair price. He noted that the roof was pretty old and that many of the shingles had worn thin, so it was likely I would have more leaks in the future. (An inspector had told me the same thing when I purchased the house a little over a year ago.) He said that if other shingles blew off in the future, he could document it for me so that I would be able to make a better argument for my insurance company to cover the costs of replacing the entire roof. Two big storms later, I haven't noticed any more leaking. I will definitely call Superior Roofing when I need repairs and when I'm ready to spring for a new roof. They are fair, friendly, and efficient.

Josh was very nice, got the job done very quickly and within the quote. He was flexible with my schedule around the holidays and installed our new guards quickly. Not only that but he blew our roof off and cleaned our existing gutters before installing the new guards.

He could easily have tried to upsell me into a whole new gutter system but saw that my current guards were not doing their job and installed new aluminum micro-mesh guards that come with a 40-year manufacturers warranty. We are grateful for his honesty and quick, quality work. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Josh and his crew were absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job! Had gotten previous estimates that were much too unaffordable and they sold different “tiers” of gutter guards but always suggested the highest. Josh was completely professional but much more personable than the other estimates and he came by to even give me a sample of what was going up before hand which I greatly appreciated and no other company did. His product was far superior and I’m so glad I got them installed. He also fixed a rotten area and corrected a water flow issue I was having that was causing flooding in the garage and for water to flow against the foundation. I have been extremely pleased with his product and only regret not being able to it do sooner. Highly highly recommend this company and will use again with next updates.

Absolutely blown away with this company! Our builders did a far from perfect job on our roof when we built almost 2 years ago and Josh and the crew came out to inspect a suspected leak. Sure enough they found things that were done so poorly by our builders and the roofing contractor they used. Josh showed me the issues and they were able to repair it the same day AND for a great price! They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more pleased. Next project is gutter guards! They did a very good job on my roof. They even blowed the leaves out of gutters and the roof and they took a light down for me that was broke. They blowed off my porch also. They were very friendly and I felt like I could trust them. I would highly recommend them if you need roof work done.

My insurance company sent me a cancelation letter due to my roofs condition. Although there wasn't really much wrong with it and the roof still has life in it, I contacted Superior Roofing & Gutters as recommended by a friend. Superior Roofing are a great professional team. I had a couple quotes and this team was not only professional but also honest. The team was in and out within a week of the initial quote. They do a final walk through to make sure you are happy and address your concerns. I will be using this team for my next house. If you are like me and do not know much about roofs - and are looking for a professional team - I would 100% go with them.

Josh and Superior Roofing did an outstanding job of installing gutter guards and snow guards on our home. They also realigned a section of gutter and fixed a few other small shingle problem areas. They were very professional, prompt and courteous. Josh even came back to blow debris off my roof. I called 5+ local roofers for the job but they either did not return my calls or follow up with quotes after visiting our home. Apparently they didn't want to work which is the norm these days. In the world that we live in today there are way too many crooks and people who do not know what they are doing & will take your money & not complete the job. Josh is not one of them at all. He is very honest, very professional, & takes pride in his work. He has been there to complete work for me regarding my roof that the previous “roofer” did not complete. He is prompt, affordable, & very knowledgeable and reliable! I got several quotes for new gutters and Superior gave me a professional quote and was able to install the same week. Josh and his team knocked out my new gutters in a few hours. He was always in contact with me and our new gutters look great.

On site within a few hours, quoted and repaired within 24 hrs. Had them back over for some additional work on the gutters. Same thing, great job. I have and will continue to support, and promote them.

I was mistaken…. My initial response was as for a different Superior roofing company. I agree with the reply and do not have any experience with this company - so I changed it to a 5 star.

Superior Roofing's price for gutter guards and installation was way better than four other companies I checked with. Product was better too - stainless steel. Josh and his team were professional and showed up when they said they would. Did an incredible job, including clean up. Highly, highly recommend Superior roofing!

I called Josh this morning about having gutters replaced. He was able to give me a great estimate over the phone and came to do the work the same day. Both Josh and his assistant we very polite and explained everything they were going to do to replace the gutters and repair the roof. They finished the job the same day and their hard work makes my garage look great again. I will definitely call them for any roof or gutter issues that come up and certainly recommend them.

I contacted SUPERIOR ROOFING & GUTTERS
and spoke with owner Josh Stout concerning
my severely clogged gutters.
He said he would come and do an inspection which he did a short time later on the same day. We both agreed that this was
going to be an ongoing problem with all of the
trees around and over my home.
Long story short, Josh came back and cleaned my gutters, caulked the end caps,
added another downspout for better flow, and
installed the "leaf blaster" micro mesh screen
over the gutters.
I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER ! It has rained
with wind and thunderstorms twice and the
downspouts have NEVER gushed water like
this before.
Checking out my roof after these two storms I found quite a lot of leaves and sticks
but NOTHING on the "leaf blaster" screen over
the gutters so they obviously work very well.
Josh's inspection, his work, and his attention to detail is outstanding and I'll
guarantee his relationship with his customers
can't be passed..........plus being friendly,
knowledgeable, professional, and having
a SUPERIOR product doesn't hurt either !

Tree fell on my house needed gutters, wood and some shingles repaired. They were able to get it done quickly and double check to make sure the work was done to our liking.

A very positive experience! Total replacement of an old tin roof. New architectural shingles have given this old office building a new lease on life! Had some damage to my roof from life, and Josh was very quick to reach out to see what he could do to help me out. He came out to see what work I need to have done at 5pm on a Friday! What other company do you know that would do that? Now let's top that, he came back out on a Saturday to do do the repairs!!!!! With out charging an arm and a leg for doing the work on a weekend! Even more impressive he spoke to me about everything to inform me about it, to share his knowledge, not like I didn't know anything roofing, he shared many pictures of the before during and after to make sure I could see the extent of the damage the weather had done and how very nice it looked once the work was completed.
