The Window Source did an excellent job replacing our windows on an older house (80+ yr old). All were professional and friendly, sales person, office staff, installer.

The Window Source of Raleigh was very easy to work with and helped us get exactly what we wanted! We’d picked the color we thought we wanted and they followed up independently with samples to ensure we got it exactly right. Their pricing was competitive and I loved supporting a local, family run business.

The window source did a great job on complete window replacement for my home. I interviewed six different window companies and window source made me feel the best, explained their process, and was no nonsense with their sales approach. The project execution was timely and thorough. Would recommend.

The Window Source did a thorough job of installing windows on my house. The installers paid attention to the small details to properly install and went above and beyond - caulked, sanded, a bit of touch up paint. Firstly, the value. I shopped around and received multiple quotes and was very happy with the pricing offered by Window Source for a high quality product. Secondly, and just as importantly, the people. The sales rep gave us the best price (compared to two others) for what we wanted -- no extra lengthy sales pitches. The windows arrived within the expected time period, and installation was arranged within two days of their arrival. The two installers were particular about their work, and cleaned up afterwards taking away the old windows and blinds

I had shopped around for some replacement windows elsewhere and wasn't pleased with pricing offered. I then called into this company and spoke to Tyasia who set me up with their local sales guy. I was quoted a good product for very fair price in my opinion. They kept in contact providing product updates and promptly completed the service when the windows came in. Even with a minor manufacturing issue, they handled the issue and went above and beyond for my total satisfaction.Their
installers were awesome as well. Big shout out to their professionalism and customer care all the way around. I will definitely have them back to replace a few more moving forward. If you're shopping around, just call them and get the job done. Glad to know great companies still exist.

We had 3 windows and one sliding glass door replaced at our condo in Chapel Hill. Beginning with Tyasia, who coordinated much of it; and Paul who came to our place to show us options; we were much more impressed with them than what we got from Lowes or Home Depot, who also gave us quotes. Paul was very knowledgeable and honest; no pressure. He was really the reason we went with this company.The installation was done by James and Calvin. These guys knew everything about it, They have a skill and I hope they're well paid. The owner, Kim, jumped in as needed and kept the ball rolling. We LOVE our new glass. Definitely recommend this company.

We absolutely loved Kim the owner. She's very professional and her quote was unbeatable. We replaced 3 sets of double windows one with a custom arch up top. 6 single windows. A rear entry door from our deck. Installation guys for the door and James and his cousin did our windows all were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Top notch Installation on doors and windows. We had ordered in February windows came in June. Somehow 3 sets of double and the custom arch was measured wrong. Kim reordered those after taking new measurements. Those windows came in the end of August. Kim had them Immediately installed. Very pleased with Kim the windows and her complete staff.
Highly recommended ! Had immediate comments on our windows from neighbors.

The Window Source of Raleigh were a dream to work with. I had two sets of sliding patio doors installed, and the installers were courteous and professional. Would definitely call them again for my replacement window needs.

The service Kim provide, and the quality of the windows, greater exceded my expectations. I was quoted a turn key product and they delivered, and even better, 2 weeks early. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. I must add I am a Real Estate Broker with plenty of experience dealing with vendors and it is very rare to find one with the level of integrity and ethics as this business!

Very nice family owned company to work with. Easy process and no hard sell (unlike some other companies). I researched the windows they sell (Gentek) and they received high ratings. The windows came in quicker than anticipated and the installation went smoothly. Shout out to the installation team (James was lead) for working on a record setting (literally) hot day. Very good experience with this company. They had the best quote but they also had the best ideas. Paul was the only bidder to consider how we will be opening the door. He also came out to paint the door when the manufacturer sent the wrong color.

I needed 8 windows installed after talking with several places I settled on the window source of Raleigh. I did this because ok Kim and especially Tyasia who fueled all of the phone calls, she is extremely nice easy to deal with constant communication through the whole process. Also I would like to mention that the installer James and his crew came out on Labor Day of all days when he should have been at home with his family. He was fast, and very organized. We had a miss communication about installing brick molding that I realized a few days later. I contacted Kim and she did a great job communicating with James and he was eager to get back out and fix it. Definitely will use if I need anything else.

Very nice people to work with, the windows turned out great,great price. The installation was great,they cleaned up every thing and windows. It took a little longer to get them in because of covid 19 , that was to be expected. Window Source is a very good choice of people to work with.

Affordable Window Magic!!

I felt compelled to leave this review after dealing with Kim Perrino, Tyasia, and James at The Window Source of Raleigh.

I was jaded by two previous estimates we had gotten from other companies that had sky high prices and questionable lead times on when our windows would arrive. Kim came out personally to see the job we needed done. She handled the site measuring, showing us the product display options/demos, and answering all of my picky questions with confidence, style and grace! It was a pleasure to see a demo done by a pro, with honest, knowledgeable, and clear information. I was absolutely sure we were going with them before we even got our estimate because I already felt like I was in the best hands. Kim is great.

When we got our estimate a short time after Kim’s visit, we were surprised that for the same exact job, Window Source of Raleigh came in noticeably way less that the other two. Probably close to 20% cheaper! We called back right away and set up our job.

After calling and giving the green light to start the estimate, Kim mentioned that we would be dealing with Tyasia Worth to facilitate the process and that she is awesome. I would say that’s true! Tyasia’s customer service skills are high level. She made sure we had concrete lead times, and was in contact with us all along the way, before and when our windows shipped early. When the windows were in, Tyasia mentioned that James would be coming out with his team to install.

When the morning of the install came up, James and crew showed up on time, when I was told they would. They knocked out the installation of the windows I ordered quickly, and correctly while dealing with a less than perfect build site. They really must do a lot of these installations because they had all the right tools and made it look really easy to do, (it’s not!) and did not stop until everything looked and worked great!

I applaud this company for bringing back old-school customer service and highly professional installation at a fair price. We will be recommending them to family and friends. Five stars well earned!!

We had a great experience with the Window Source of Raleigh and would definitely recommend them for windows. The price was very affordable (especially compared to some other big names we got quotes from), the quote and scheduling process were simple and timely, and the windows were produced within the time frame estimated when signing the contract. The install process was also great - the team was quick, did a great job, and cleaned up so well you can barely tell they were there. Very happy with the final product!

James and his crew were fantastic, Calvin was excellent with his trim caulking ( which is a pet peeve of mine) his was perfection! I will always use this company for installation and repair/replace and capping frame work! Great job guys!

We had a very dark living room and decided to install 2 small windows. Dave consulted with us on choosing the right size. Kim kept us up to date on when the windows would arrive, as things were delayed because of COVID. The fact she stayed in touch made all the difference. We appreciated the communication. When the team came to install the windows, it was a great experience. They were friendly and professional, and had the work done in about 6 hours! The only criticism I have is that one of the windows wasn’t cleaned and had lots of smudges. This made it hard for us, as the window is up pretty high. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend this company!

We recently replaced all of our second floor windows of our townhome with Kim & team. From the first phone call to the final sign off, we experienced nothing but professionalism. They were available to answer all of our questions and help us decide what windows were right from us. After getting multiple quotes from other businesses, we felt that we were getting the best value and happy we made the right choice. Later this year we plan on replacing all of the first floor windows and will definitely be using Window Source of Raleigh.

This was an excellent service from start to finish. David showed me a sample of what I was purchasing and clearly explained the entire process. There was NO pressure with some special deal only good for that moment. I sat through three of those, so David's approach was refreshing and exuded honesty and integrity. Tyasia did a great job with scheduling and keeping me informed. James was the consummate professional. The installation was smooth with minimum disruption. It was a pleasure to talk with Kim, who provided the many details I wanted about the product. I would HIGHLY recommend this business with no hesitation.

Great company to work with. Kim is awesome. Very responsive and communicative. She managed the entire window replacement project from start to end. Their technician who installed the windows was probably the hardest working person I have ever met. He was quiet, courteous and very neat and clean.

I discovered late in renovating a house that I was going to sell that all of the windows needed to be replaced. I called a couple of companies that said it would be 10-12 weeks to deliver new windows but I had to get them as quickly as possible. I found Window Source of Raleigh online and was nervous about trying someone new, but they have been wonderful to work with: very responsive and delivered the windows on the date they promised.

Kim's so responsive and easy to work with. Not only do my new windows look great, Kim made sure to involve the manufacturer of my home's walls so that these newly-installed windows would not void my warranty. Grateful for Window Source's care!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Kim and the family of Window Source. She worked tirelessly on finding the perfect door for us and meeting all our specifications. The installation was seamless. We will definitely be working with them for future projects!

The Window Source of Raleigh recently replaced 12 windows in my home. We worked with Kim from Window Source on the project. She was very helpful in explaining all aspects of the process, explaining all of our options. She kept us well informed at every step of the process. The person who measured the windows, James, was also the one who did actual install of the windows. We are very happy with the install process, the quality of the installation and the look of the new windows.

Even though Kim didn’t have the windows we were looking for, she took her time to help me figure out exactly what I needed and referred me to someone who could help. And she did all of this with the flu! Thanks for all the help!

From beginning to end the window replacement process was great. The initial consultation provided me with some options I hadn't considered which was very helpful. The in-house meeting was quick and on time. The work crew did a great job of keeping the work area clean and were very efficient in completing the job. The new windows look so much better.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a contractor. All 8 windows were measured wrong. The guy tried to lie saying my front windows were new construction and we'd never have new windows fit (we had the front windows replaced a year ago, so knew that was a lie) we had also already signed a contract for our siding that was also damaged in a hail storm. Insurance was covering only 2 sides damaged in the storm, the rear and right. All paperwork/communication was clear it was only those 2 sides. I come home and the left side of my house had its siding ripped off. What proceeded from there was the most disgusting display of unprofessionalism. Kim decided that before they were going to fix their mistake she needed to "see it for herself" which was code for wait until my husband wasn't home, threaten me with a lien on my home and try to manipulate me every which way into paying for their mistake. She lied saying there was damage to the left (quickly dropped that when i told her the claims adjuster took multiple pictures and that she could take that up with him) she screamed in front of my children that I had to pay now or she would take me to court. I of course would not sign, nor pay her the insurance money for work that was not done. It wasn't until I told her to leave and that I was reporting her to my insurance and The BBB that she changed her tone. We finally got the work fixed - but it wasn't until multiple reschedulings, filing a complaint with the BBB and calling my insurance company that they came through with their work. I am appalled and should have gotten a lawyer the second it happened. Lesson learned.

Had 2 windows installed in my garage. From estimate to install, it was a great experience. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My install was a little tricky because my garage was older construction with Dutch Lap wood siding, but the crew came out and kicked butt. I can be a little obsessive sometimes and am always anxious about weather contractors are gonna do work properly. I can assure you from my experience that the Window Source of Raleigh will do a clean, professional, on time, and on estimate installation of your windows. Kim the owner was great to deal with and really takes pride in her business and the work they provide for their customers. Would definitely recommend.

This was a good experience with my windows . The man came in and took the time to measure the windows . Once I got scheduled they did a great job with the windows . They did a great job and the windows look great . They left no trash behind and they were very professional . The woman I spoke with during the process was nice and informative. She cares about her clients .

I met with multiple companies to scope out a project to replace our sliding patio door. The Window Source of Raleigh outperformed on all fronts. They gave me an upfront and competitive quote without the icky sales tactics I experienced with other companies. I was concerned about an unusual arrangement of our deck outside of the door to be replaced, and Randy at The Window Source was the only one to take the time to think about the problem an offer a creative solution. All other companies insisted they would just "figure it out" during installation. The Widow Source ordered and installed our door in a fourth of the timeline the other companies could offer. The installation team was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Jeff went above and beyond to fix some short cuts that were taken when our old door was installed many years ago. I could not be more satisfied with my experience, from start to finish. I highly recommend The Window Source of Raleigh!

Loving our new windows! We have so much more light in the house now, and they look great from outside and in, esp the woodgrain trim and grids. My favorite is the sliding glass door with the Prairie grid--- I love how it goes with our Mission style living room. But we kinda miss seeing our friends from Window Source--- such nice folks. Removing our ancient steel casement windows presented a real challenge, but Jeff and his crew just wouldn’t quit ‘til the job was done right. We chose Window Source because of the great price and how comfortable Kim and Jamie made us feel that we would get their personal attention--- so glad we did! ---Kris Y, Durham NC

The best customer service I've received in years! My patio door replacement became a mess through no fault of the installers, both them and the owner went above and beyond to figure out a fix and finish the job that day. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Great service. Great product. Unbeatable prices. One of the big box stores told us it wasn't even worth their time coming out to give us an estimate because they couldn't even come close to these prices.
Only possible negative might be that it took a while (5 weeks) for the windows to come in but we were told that up front and maybe that is standard for all window companies. Windows were installed within a week of them coming in.
Installers were super friendly too!
Would definitely recommend!
