Just In Time Roofing & Restoration

One year ago, on January 11, 2024, i had a leak from the eave in the front of my house. They sent a gentleman out to assess and fix it. I was charged for this repair and then referred to another repair company to have the plaster/dry wall repaired.

Fast forward to last night. The leak starts again in the exact same 1st floor location, as you can see if the photos. I call and today, a young man comes out to assess - he acknowledges he knows nothing about repairs, doesn't work on them, has to ask questions and talk to his boss. He asked questions about the roof - when clearly there are no leaks on the 2nd floor - walks around asking other irrelevant questions, calls his boss, and comes back in to tell me it's the mortar this time.

Excuse me?

Basically, it's JIT"s way of saying I am responsible for paying for the repair they didn't adequately fix the first time around. IN fact, this guy, Ben, tells me that the guy who did the repair last year was NOT actually a repairman! How was I to know that?? I trusted what I was told and paid what I was charged. Apparently that's no longer enough.

To now be told that I am responsible for something they didn't fix the first time around is inane and insane. And to make matters worse, when I call to talk to the owner, he's unavailable to talk.

I am furious. I have a leak that will start up again with the next rain and a business that won't stand behind their repair work.

It's fascinating that the owner can respond to a google review but still not return my telephone call. The repair that your non-repairman, Jeff, did last year, Justin, was what your company assured me was all that was needed. I was told that everything else was in great shape and caulking was what was needed. It's difficult for me to believe that I have the exact same leak now due to a totally different issue. I trusted you and your company as the experts. To now be informed that he was not, indeed, an expert, and to be told this is my fault is unacceptable. (And please don't make accusations in an attempt to distract from the real issue of your not standing behind your work.) I have maintained all of the texts, emails, photos and communication from your prior "work". I had hoped you would stand by your work and your company's word. There's still time to do that and make things right.

Justin and his team did an excellent job throughout the whole process. Justin was not pushy nor did he try to sell me on things I did not need, but was courteous and understanding of my timeline and expectations. Workers were very efficient and worked non-stop all day to make sure the roof was on in time.

We were pleased with the quality of the work. JIT replaced our roof in a timely manner and did a nice clean-up after the work was completed. Ben Jenkins was our representative. He was professional and kept us informed every step of the process. I would highly recommend JIT and especially Ben Jenkins as your sales representative.

Service was fast and easy. From quote to install, everything was well communicated and done well. Would recommend to others.

Justin reroofed our house a couple of years ago. Some of the portions of our roof are particularly steep. In addition, we had an existing gutter system which is intended to keep the water flow away from the joints where the roof meets. Both of these situations complicated our roofing job. We got multiple quotes and Justin’s was the most affordable by a long shot. His crew did great work, cleaned up thoroughly and he was knowledgeable and effective working with our insurance to get the most covered.

I was happy at first with our new roof. Two years later we developed a leak through the roof and ceiling. I have tried calling 4-5 times over several weeks with an active leak and can't even get a call back, much less someone to come and look at the problem. Even if this wasn't their fault, the fact that they won't even call me or come look at the problem speaks volumes.

After recent storm damage, Justin McCormack quickly provided a thorough, competitive quote to repair structural damage and replace shingles and gutters. They started quickly, and the crew worked very hard over a day and a half to complete the job. The new roof and gutters (with guards) look great. A first class experience - we are very satisfied.
