We are very impressed with Tom and his team from Urban NW Construction. They installed a new roof on our 1910 house and garage. They were professional and very efficient. Tom communicated with us each step of the way. We are delighted!

Tom and the team at Urban NW Construction are great. They just put a new roof on our house. They were fast, efficient and their communication was great. They were also very reasonably priced. You don’t see this type of quality and service in todays market. I would strongly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a new roof or gutters.

We called Tom because he had done the roof on my grandfather's house the prior summer and had done a good job. He quoted us a reasonable price for our manufactured home and detached garage for both a new roof and gutters, and had space in his schedule to accommodate our timeframe for listing our home for sale.

I had a lot of questions and he was always available, polite, and knowledgable, and when the day for the replacement came his crew was able to get the entire thing done in the same day. The new roof and gutters look great, and we're grateful for the quality of workmanship, customer service, and expedited timing we received. We would definitely work with him again.

Tommy was professional from the start. His company was on a short list of roofers I'd been referred to (4 total), and he was out of town while I was gathering bids. He returned my call promptly, and promised to be in touch when he returned. He called when he said he would, scheduled the inspection, and arrived on time. He got his bid to me within hours of me choosing my shingles, and his bid was in line with the others, not the lowest, but far from the highest. My roof was to be started after two scheduled projects, but then it rained. And rained. And rained. Tommy was great about keeping in touch throughout the weeks of bad weather, and when it was my turn, we had more rain. I was so appreciative of the fact that he didn't want to tear off my roof in those conditions! Finally, a couple of sunny days arrived and the work got underway. His crew arrived on time and were very professional. No loud music, no yelling over the noise of the work, and very careful about clean up every day. The day after the job was finished, Tommy himself came back with a blower and magnet and went over the whole area again, picking up anything the crew might have missed. His crew worked very well together and it was easy to have them on my property. They worked solidly for hours with one short break, and a lunch break each day. I had a two layer tear off on a single story 1600sq foot ranch house, and the job took three working days. All in all, this was an excellent experience. I feel like I have a new friend in Tommy and while I never expect to see him on my roof again, at least not for 20 years, I have confidence that he'd be here right away if there was any issue. I highly recommend this business.

Tom & Urban NW replaced the roof on my garage, and working with them was great. They were very quick to get our project quoted and to get us on their schedule, they had very clear communication, and were both professional and friendly to deal with. I got quotes from 5x companies and their bid was the lowest, but also I found them to be the most straight shooting with what they were offering, being honest and knowledgable about what my project did and did not need. They made multiple improvements vs my previous roof, without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary (which I can't say about the other companies). In the end the work got done quickly, the results look great, and they left my property cleaner than they found it. I would 100% work with them again.

I am happy with my new roof. Tom and his crew did an excellent job in replacing my roof. They finished in two days. Tom and his crew were punctual, polite, and hard working. They also did a good job at cleaning up afterward.

Tom walked through all the details both before they started and after the job was completed - which made me more confident in the work they did. They finished in record time - 2 days - and it looks great!

I have used lots of contractors for over 30 years and have had a house built. Tom Parham from Urban NW Construction is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. When obstacles arose, as they often do, he always handled them quickly and at his own cost to ensure everything went smoothly, on time and within estimates. I not only would recommend him, but would also encourage friends and family to use his services.

I called about 10 roofing companies and got 5-6 of them showed up and gave me quotes. Half of them seem to be sales guys. But Tom showed up himself and gave me a reasonable bid (I checked with my next door neighbor who got his roof replaced last year with a different company). So, I went with Urban NW. Tom also monitored the work from beginning to end. I recommend using Urban NW for your next roofing project.

Urban NW did an excellent job on our new roof and installed 4 solar tubes for us. Their pricing was reasonable compared to most of the quotes I got. Our roof was large, steep and complicated and we had a number of unexpected issues come up after the old roof was torn off. Justin and his team adapted to the situation and took care of the problems. They showed up early every morning and worked long days to meet the timeline. The finished product looks fantastic.

Tom and Justin were very responsive by phone. There were a few follow up items that needed to be wrapped up, and Tom came to the house immediately and took care of it. The roof looks great. When I asked that they move their trailer, Tom did so immediately. I would use this company again and recommend to others.

Urban NW replaced my cedar roof with a new composite roof. The crew was very professional and completed the work on time. I am extremely happy with the finished product and total cost. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

I have had at least a dozen larger projects done on my home in my lifetime and this is by far the happiest I have been with any project. I highly suggest finding a smaller company without huge overhead to get the best value for your dollar. Justin and Tom's company fit that bill for me. I had Urban NW Construction install a metal roof. They did great. Not only did they have the best bid (by a significant amount) they had a professional and courteous crew. Justin was also able to save me extra money by recommending other companies that he likes. Justin and Tom seem to enjoy their work and were pleasant to work with.

From the quality of work done, the reasonable price, to the crew, to the owner; this company takes great care of it's customers...easy to work with, great communication, the work crew and owner is so personable and friendly and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. The re-roof went smooth and my skylights I had them install look amazing! They do very good work and I would highly recommend this company.
