Restoration Techs was excellent to work with! We are in the process of selling our home and some attic mold was noted in our inspection report. I called and was able to connect with Andrey. He came out the same day and did a free inspection and reported some very minor areas of mold. He treated it for a very reasonable price and was able to send me before and after pictures of the mold he treated to satisfy the new home buyers. Would highly recommend Restoration Techs!

Hi, I would give them a 10 star if I could. I Called Restoration yesterday toward the end of the day and one of your tech’s Antonio or Andreas. Sorry I don’t remember exact name. I had reached out to restoration because a plumber said he wouldn’t fix a pipe because of mold and rat feces and that we need to get it all cleaned up before he would do the work. Restorations tech was able to see that there was no mold or feces whatsoever. We are very much appreciative for His for his honesty!

We had Restoration Techs out to investigate our crawl space and attic because we had an unpleasant mystery smell and were concerned it might be moisture related. They were able to come out same day for an inspection. We didn’t find any moisture but we did find some attic mold that we’ll definitely be having them handle in the near future. Excellent customer service, very responsive—we were so thankful to get immediate peace of mind.

Andre of Restoration Techs and his crew came out and assessed some water damage to our bathroom floor. They were courteous, respectful and informative. They started work almost immediately and worked with us as our insurance was slow to issue the payments needed to cover the work.

We had some concerns that arose as they finished the bathroom, Andre of Restoration Techs immediately took action and addressed everything professionally and ensured all was satisfactory by the end.

Not only did Restoration Techs do a fantastic job replacing our water damaged kitchen ceiling, but they had great communication and follow-through throughout the whole process. My farm house in Canby had a burst pipe while I was out of town on business. Great restoration work after we had a pipe burst in our house with water leaking into the basement and both main floor bathrooms. My HVAC company hired Restoration Techs to repair water damage in my finished basement. I was very unhappy with the quality of the work and wrote a negative review. Shortly after it was posted, Andrey sent me a text saying that I had no right to review his work (since the HVAC company paid for the work, not me) , and if I didn't remove the review by the end of the day, I would be sued for $100,000 for defamation of character. Crazy! Prior to writing my review, Restoration Techs had sent me three separate requests to review them on Google. Guess they only accept positive reviews!

I’ve worked with hundreds of contractors over my career and Andrey who I worked with on this project stands out. Highly professional, responsive, swift, accurate, high-quality deliverables, great communication—all around a pleasure to work with. When we had a mold issue that needed mitigation on a short time frame he got it onto the schedule and his crew got it done on schedule, on budget. Results exceeded my expectations--our moldy, dark attic was transformed and looked almost like new wood. Highly recommend working with his firm Restoration Techs.

Restoration techs was amazing to work with. Came out the night we found damage, gave us advice on how to fix it, and treated the area after it was fixed. They had the ability to fix it themselves but we already had a contractor working on something else.
They even sent their roofer out to inspect our roof to make sure everything was OK.
Would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone.

Andre was excellent to work with. The home that he restored back to a brand new state was by far the worst condition of a home I have ever seen or smelled. Dead cats, poop, urine, etc was thru out this home. This was a year long job and now the home is once again a brand new beautiful home. Andre went above and beyond any contractor I have ever worked with. He supplied this home with a new microwave oven, kitchen supplies, new home decor, towels and much more just so the home was ready for the owners to move back into. Thru out this past year Andre has spent a lot of his own money and time just to make the home more complete then what the insurance was paying for. Look no further, you have found your water mitigation company.. Andrey is very through. I wish I would have called them first, but a pipe broke at 2 am and State Farm had me call the people in a green van. Andrey showed up to do an estimate for repair and told me mitigation wasn't done properly by the green van company and I had mold. He had it tested and was right. He was the only one that caught it. Contractors and the insurance inspector even missed it.

I came home to a door tag from the city regarding high water usage. Upon looking under the house, a pipe break was discovered. The valve to shut off the water in the house did not function. Andrey came out after hours and got the water off. He also got a plumber in right away to fix it the following morning, at a reasonable cost. I'm so grateful for his kind and fast service. We had the unfortunate situation of a water leak in our laundry room. Andre and his team was extremely professional, walked us through the process of what to expect and exceeded those expectations. We ended up gutting our laundry room and converted it to a more functional space since we host a lot. I had a toilet back up while we were out of town. We called Restoration Techs and they were there within 30-45 min. They worked fast to clean, vacuum water and sanitize areas and to prevent secondary damages. Will use them again in the future.

Thought I saw mold in my attic while storing my camping gear. I called Andrey and he was out same day. I was wrong but he didn't charge me for his time.
