This company was incredible from start to finish—super honest, helpful, and genuinely focused on making things right rather than just making a quick buck. You can really tell they care about the people they help, not just the job. It was such a relief to see a company so dedicated to doing the right thing. Highly recommend!

We had a water pipe burst in our daylight basement (June 21, 2025) and met with several different companies (including ServPlus) and felt the most comfortable with ServPlus, which seemed to be the most service oriented company of the bunch. The guy who oversaw our project was Rick. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, straighforward, and very nice to deal with, and he went out of his way to do a top notch job. He did what he said he would do and did it when he said he would do it. Generally, I feel 100% certain that the experience we had with ServPlus was much better than the experience we would have had with the other companies.
PS #1Be sure you deal with ServPLUS, though, NOT ServPro. They are completely different companies.
PS2 One thing I learned from the experience is to make sure that the water valve (controlling water coming into the house) is working properly. Those valves seem to go bad after years of use, and we were unable to turn off the water. The Portland Water Bureau's emergency dept. came quickly, though.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a few minutes to share my experience. A couple weeks ago, a water line burst in our basement out of nowhere. It was late, the water was pouring in fast, and honestly, I was panicking. Within minutes, we had several inches of water and I had no idea what to do.

I called a local water damage restoration company here in Portland, and I’m so glad I did. They answered right away and had a crew at my house within the hour. No exaggeration—these guys moved fast and knew exactly what they were doing. They jumped into action, pumped out the water, and got industrial fans and dehumidifiers running almost immediately.

What stood out the most was how professional and calm they were throughout the whole thing. They explained everything, took photos for insurance, and even checked back in a few days later to make sure everything was drying properly. You could tell they genuinely cared.

The ServPlus team — Chris S, Jordy, Phillip, and Christian — did an amazing job removing and drying out all the damage caused by a failed kitchen faucet water line. Each one of them was professional and knowledgeable. The leak also affected my HVAC system, which made the hot summer days even harder. Wish I could leave five thousand stars! ServPlus was AMAZING to work with in my sewage emergency. I discovered a severe sewer backup rising through my basement floor one evening, and found many belongings sitting in blackwater. My house reeked and I assumed most items were destroyed. Enter ServPlus!—they dispatched a couple wonderful people to my house after hours, and within an hour they arrived and promptly got to work. CHRISTIAN and CHASE are angels on earth and the true heros of society, I cannot thank these guys enough. They were professional, sympathetic to my loss, explained each step of the process to get our home and personal items sanitized and deodorized, and were thorough in the work they performed. Just pleasant personalities too; they patiently listened to my concerns and reassured me every step of the way. I know I could have easily been much more stressed than I was and it was largely thanks to them. I want to shoutout Michael as well, who I was in touch with continuously over the phone. He handled my case compassionately and was very communicative. He helped navigate exchanges between my insurance and property manager, advocating on my behalf to receive reimbursement for the loss of or salvaging of our personal belongings. Ultimately our insurance was unhelpful, but I believe Michael’s kind, professional, and direct communication ultimately encouraged the management company to cover the costs. Huge win for us! God forbid this ordeal ever happen to me again or anyone I know…I’d know exactly who to call. :)

Marco, Deacon, Phillip, and Mike Dubois from ServPlus have been phenomenal. After an out of state funeral my family came home to a sewage leak that affected the entire garage and the front entrance to our townhome. The entire situation could have been a complete nightmare. Deacon and Marco worked for days in my garage, handling my property with care. Unfortunately for them the garage was packed full. They never made it feel like an inconvenience or a burden. Mike handled the communication with my insurance company tak. Thank you so much for making this experience as pleasant as it possibly could be. When my plumber discovered the extent of damage from a broken pipe in my home, the first thing he did was call ServPlus, who he's worked with many times before. They were there the next day, and pretty much every day after that for an entire week. By the time they left, my home was free and clear of all things wet, damaged, and undesirable.

My overall experience with ServPlus was wonderful. Everyone who came to the house was polite, respectful, professional, and happy to answer my many, many questions about this experience which was brand new to me. Corey & Finn did an excellent job surveying my home for mold after we were informed by a home inspector that there was possible mold related to a roof leak. They went through each item in the inspectors report that had conerns of "possible mold/mildew" and addressed them with me that day. It was discovered that we had some mildew on a few of the windowsills that are regularly left open, which they throughly cleaned and treated. They were on time, respectful, and took care of my problems immediately. I can't say enough good things, I would definitely recommend this company!

I had an overall excellent experience with ServPlus. I called at 6 am, someone answered, and a crew was here by 9 am that same day. Austin, Mario, and Chris got through my project really quickly and kept me in the loop as things progressed. They worked a crazy long day to knock all of the demolition out in a single day.

At first we hired a different contractor and they immediately began drafting change orders with intentional scope gaps in the work proposals. There was (3) toxic molds in one of the rooms, and the contractor didn't do anything about it for two weeks while we went back/forth about warranty language. I fired them.

I would first like to say how nice and helpful everyone at ServPlus is. We had a water leak issue and not more the 30 minutes after calling I had a team at my house ready to help. My wife an I have very different schedule's, but the teem a ServPlus work with us to make this process a smooth as possible. Found mold and it turned out to be pretty nasty in the end. Finn and Chase were the crew to help me get the situation evaluated. They are professional, efficient, and understanding. First time for what I never thought would ever happen to us…a water leak; well, more like a gusher. I was lucky I was not out of town because over the 8 hours or so that the water was running inside the house it created a monumental mess. Michael, Phillip and the rest of the team conquered what I thought was an impossible task. The bathroom, the bedroom as well as the ductwork; which the water used to travel throughout the house from the vent in the bathroom, created a mighty task to cleanup and repair.

The first step was to mitigate the damaged areas and the second step was to document by video and something like 700 pictures for the insurance company so that nothing would be left out if there were any questions that needed to be explained regarding the extent of the damage. The work that ServPlus accomplished was dramatic and set forth the foundation that was needed for a successful build back to the bathroom and all other areas that were compromised.

ServPlus has served us up with a miracle and we can’t thank you enough for what you have done. This personal attention by Michael, Phillip and the whole rest of the gang made it more personable, defused lots of concerns and made the best of the worst possible.

A few months ago I had a leak in my attic from a bad HVAC exhaust pipe. I can't remember the workers names (they rhymed) but they were professional, gave me a fair quote and went to work right away. They examined my damaged ceiling, taped everything off, did the repairs, and cleaned up before leaving. I recommend.

Both Justin and Deacon came exactly when they said they would, were very respectful of our home, and did the job in even less time than they quoted. Hopefully we won’t need them again, but if we should need any other help with a leak in our home, we will definitely go back to ServPlus!

Burst pipes in my home meant the need to quickly find an available water mitagation company. I lucked out that ServPlus had a cancellation and was able to get to my home earlier than all the other companies I had previously called. I typically like to use referrals or reviews when identifying companies to come to my house for work but, in the case of massive flooding in the Portland area and companies being swamped with requests, it was a take what you can get situation in order to get my home taken care of. ServPlus beyond exceeded my expectations. From the first point of contact, Rick and Nick were communicative, respectful and professional. They kept me regularly updated on what they were finding and what they were doing to address the issue. They did an excellent job of keeping the house as clean as possible by wearing booties, putting down butcher paper on the floor and plastic on stairs to prevent stains/traveling dirt, minding where cats in the house were supposed to be/not be and sectioning off areas with floor to ceiling plastic to prevent drywall dust from traveling to areas of the house that hadn't been impacted. Rick and Nick were personable but not chatty, maintaining focus on the task at hand. ServPlus was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them. I hope to never need mitagation services again but if I do, they will be the first company that I call.

We had an old water heater give way and it flooded our master bathroom. We call ServPlus and they were spot on! They came out right away and tackled our water damage quickly and efficiently. Justin, their foreman, was excellent! He was friendly, informative, professional and communicated with my wife and I every step of the way. They also helped us with our insurance claim. Just a week before Christmas we woke to a hot water leak and besides turning off the water and circuit breaker, had no idea what to do. Through a referral I called ServPlus and they came out almost immediately, gave us an estimate and explained the process. Here we are now 6 days later on Christmas Eve and although the demo is done and they’re almost through with the drying process but not yet started restoration, I wanted to sit down and write this. How often do you leave a review when a job isn’t even complete? I have that much confidence in ServPlus. We may not have hot water yet but due to their quick action, were able to stay in our home during this crazy holiday week that also happens to be the first week of a new job for my husband. Things could have been much worse. Rarely do you feel so well-taken care of by a company and it seems like this family-run business also treats its employees like family. We’ve had six technicians in our home over the past week and not one of them hasn’t been highly competent, empathetic, friendly and thorough. I especially want to thank Rick and Chastity who came back to check the work done on the previous day and found moisture previously undetected which surely saved us a lot of heartbreak and frustration down the road. I also want to thank Mario who, along with Rick, I’ve seen the most of. He’s young but has been well-trained and obviously takes pride in doing a good job. Rick and Chasity did a fantastic job of removing rat debris. They moved out a dishwasher and stove to clean and sterilized the area plus a stairwell wall and shelf also tainted.

I had just taken my husband to the airport and went downstairs to find our bottom floor carpeting like a sponge. I immediately googled emergency plumbers and after an initial visit through Rescue Rooter to determine what was needed...within minutes Justin and Deacon were knocking on my door. They were friendly, professional and very reassuring. I showed them around as they ascertained the source of the leak. They took a lot of pictures. They identified the source of the leak as coming from the furnace and asked me to notify that company to come check, which they did and fixed the leak problem. Now on to the mitigation work.They continued to kindly reassure me that they could address the damage and described exactly what needed to be done. They very carefully moved furniture and valuables so they could pull back the carpet and get moving forward on the clean up. Justin and Deacon were here for 2 long days pulling out damaged insulation, drywall, carpeting, setting up dehumidifiers, fans, etc. They kept me informed of their progress and next steps all along the way. I have been very impressed by Justin, Deacon and ServPlus!

Had a leak somewhere in our wall and called a plumber to help, he recommended ServPlus to come out and help locate the leak before the plumber could do anything. ServPlus sent out Mario and Trevin to do the work. These young men were polite, professional, and really good at what they do. They opened up the wall, found the leak, removed all the damaged and molding drywall and insulation and cleaned everything up afterwards. I’m super impressed thus far. Still need to get the pipe fixed and the wall repaired, but ServPlus gets an A+ for what they’ve done so far.

Sewage erupted from a toilet flooding a good portion of our main floor living space. These guys did a great job responding quickly, mitigating further contamination and damage, and removing all contaminated materials. Justin, Austin and Cory were great!

Had rick and kalani working on my house let us know we had a multitude of problems and they were willing to get started right away.

I had an issue with my new plumbing, plumber called them, they were there within an hour, brought in a big 'r2d2' dehumidifier unit, said they would leave it for the weekend, problem solved in about 10 hours, called them back (in the middle of the night, much apologies to the night guy, who did answer the phone even though I thought that I would just be leaving a vm) to say "please come get this big thing out of my bathroom!", and it was gone by 9am... great work, ServPlus, specifically Vanesa and Austin!

I called asking about their services with hopes to use them for some clients of mine. The receptionist asked me if I was making a sales call then rudely hung up on me. I'm sure they are a good company but they need a new receptionist. If the owner see's this I would have a conversation with her - you are losing potentially good business.
