They were able to find a small odd leak in my roof and we set a time for them to repair it and clean the roof. They showed up at a time convenient for me. Got the work done for the price they gave me. I will definitely be return Customer.

I had a new roof and all new gutters and downspouts installed by H & L Roofing. I am beyond pleased. They were fast, efficient and competent, as well as knowledgeable about best materials and roofing practices for the challenging coastal climate. They were excellent at problem solving and clearly communicated the pros and cons of different options to myself the homeowner. At no point was there anyone just standing around. They demonstrated phenomenal attention to detail, tarping the surrounding grounds for complete cleanup.

I went down the list and called all the roofing companies in Band checking to see how much it would cost for a company to remove snow from our roof, H&L Roofing was the last company on my list. I called the number and Louis answered. He said he was located in Oregon City but his brother owned Larabee Roofing in Bend. Although he was in Oregon City, Louis took the time to answer all my questions regarding the snow removal process/cost. The fact that he took the time to answer my questions speaks volumes. After getting multiple quotes, some of which were people using high pressure sales. H&L Roofing was refreshing in that they looked at the roof, emailed a quote, and answered all of my questions. It was an excellent price, everyone has been so professional, and I am so happy with the job that they did. 100 percent would hire them again and highly recommend them to others. Next up is to get my house painted.

Began starting date, new roof great job and clean up. New siding on chimney stack. New roofing and chimney sidings looks great.

These guys replaced my roof when it was heavily storm damaged a couple (2021) years ago and then replaced my skylight when it was damaged earlier this winter (2022). They got their guys out quickly in the skylight and did a great job on the repair. Would totally use them again.

I hired H&L Roofing for a new roof installation. They gave a competitive quote and they offer military discounts. The roof is great looking and so far is holding up to the windy weather we've been having. I'll update this review in the summer after the roof has really been put to the test through the winter.

The only problem I had during this project was communication related about project scope and miscommunications between staff about what was actually in the contract so the roof installers had to return later in the week to finish a few things.

They didn't offer me any choices in material type or color. I'm not sure if they offer multiple choices or not. It would have been nice to see some options. However it is understandable if they are trying to keep costs low by limiting the different types of material choices.

There was a minor amount of debris left over on the ground. But such things happen when tearing off a roof with hundreds of rusty nails. Just make sure you double check everything before letting kids play in your yard again.

Spray off your driveway before parking your car or even walking on it. The magnet sweep they use works 95% of the time except it missed a couple of nails and one of the rusty nails ended up in my foot.

From the beginning till the end their communication has been very clear, prompt and reasonable in pricing.
Lewis is awesome, professional, polite, and of all, he cares and want to do the best for his customers.
Miguel and the crew was professional, very much respectful of the property, did a fantastic job in cleaning the site after the work has completed. I couldn't find a single nail, their magnetic sweeper seem to be so powerful. :)

H&L Roofing replaced my Roof, Gutters, installled facia boards, replaced back deck, replaced front porch and installed awning over porch, replaced header over garage door and replaced garage door, put in retaining wall, put in patio pavers, they painted and stained as well. This company and work crew are absolutely amazing. They promised me that they could roof my house in 8 hours before the rains came. We ran into some problems. My old roof was a 4 layer tear off. We found that there was no plywood sheeting under the old roof. 45 sheets of plywood were installed and they still met their promise. This crew worked so well together and everyone showed up to work! It was an amazing sight to see and I absolutely love my new roof! I highly recommend this Roofing Company!

Hired H&L to put new roof on single family home. Once quote was accepted, job was performed in timely manner. Workers were professional and courteous and even performed a few extra small tasks for me as they were up there anyway. The project manager responded quickly to a small issue and took care of it to my satisfaction. Cleanup was performed within one day of the job being finished and the roof looks good. Easy to work with company and I would use H&L again.
