Also met the owner Austin Waddle who took me to breakfast these are former big roofing companies now doing family biz the right way.

Roof was done in a day not an easy job - garage similar got new gutter guards and composite trim on garage replacing rotting wood most of it thru deductable comps we didn’t need making our out of pocket a minor up charge for the value received! Nick Allen our scheduler also great communication far better than the bigs.

Can’t thank Nick from Urban Co enough for his exceptional customer service. We had a complicated leak discovered on a Friday afternoon. Nick had a crew out here in 30 mins to rule out any issues with the roof. Based on the pics his team took he identified the problem was likely with the chimney. Given the urgency and late hour he contacted a mason on my behalf to get a quote and followed up with me the next week to see how we were doing. I have never worked with a company who treated my emergency like their own, and saw it through even when it was outside their scope. So grateful to Nick and I can’t recommend them enough, it’s wonderful to know there’s a company you can trust.

The company itself was very professional. The crew arrived on time and impressively completed the siding and window job in just one day! That saved me a ton of time and hassle. But their commitment to quality didn't stop there. Brian even came back personally to review the work and make sure everything was done exactly as agreed.

Cannot recommend Urban Exterior Co. enough. They were extremely responsive after we noticed some water leaking after a big storm. They came over and assessed it, even showing me pictures and helping me understand what needed done. They took a look at the rest of the roof and provided peace of mind that the repair would stop our issue.

Urban Exterior did a great job on our roof and siding. The customer service was one place they really shined. Joe worked closely with us to pick out the perfect design, and went above and beyond to make sure we spent our money in the best way possible. We had some hiccups along the way, but Nick really bent over backwards to make sure everything was resolved.

WOW what a deck. We had contracted with Austin to repair a leak in our sun room. The sub-contract did a less than expected job. Austin came out and looked at the finished project and said it had to be replace at their expense. Over the next few months it was replaced and additional work performed that had not been done before. The leak is fixed and the deck was replaced and it is great.
I would have no hesitation about hiring Urban Exterior for any other work that I need done, in fact they are preparing a bid to replace some gutters.

He was honest and trustworthy, in that he shared his knowledge that our roof was in good condition and did not need repairs. We used Austin for both our roof last year and siding this year. They handled the entire process extremely well from dealing with insurance to the actual labor. We opted for the insulated siding he suggested and our AC unit is having a much easier job keeping up with the heat! Last year we could not keep the house more than 10 degrees cooler than outside temps, this year we're able to set it at the temp we want. Before we met with Austin Waddle (Urban Exterior) we were nervous because we needed a lot of work done to our home and had a specific budget. After Austin left our home and during the project we felt supported and knew we were getting our work done according to schedule, on budget, and that it would be done with precision.

When they did our roof the materials were great quality, it was clean and they went around and cleaned up all the debris in the yard. We still get compliments on the job they did. Austin was there with us every step of the way and worked with our stingy insurance company until any issue was resolved. Once the roof was done we wanted them to help with all the updates needed on the house. We completed windows and downspouts/gutters next and at the end our house was beautiful and didn’t cost a fortune.
