We were impressed with the safety protocols this company used in replacing our roof. Also, this company was very upfront about the price and practiced great business practices with us.
The crew had to take off three layers of shingles on our roof and we thought we would have to pick up debris thereafter. The clean up procedure the crew did was phenomenal! We highly recommend this company.

Had my roof done by Upside Roofing & Siding and what can I say the job was done right and couldn't ask for anything better!! Nick was great to work with! He was very responsive and walked us through the process every step of the way. He had his crew here fast to get our roof taken care of and helped me with insurance claims along the way. We would highly recommend upside to everyone.

The crew had our roof done quickly and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and we hardly knew they were here. We have been getting compliments on our roof every day, it looks like a whole new house!

Nick and his crew are amazing, they are honest, fair and did an incredible job on our roof, took the time to explain every step and the process, they got our roof done in one day! Cleaned up went above and beyond making sure there were no nails left behind for our kids or dog to step on! Overall would definitely use them again!! If you need your roof redone call Nick!

Nick the owner of Upside Roofing did the job of replacing our roof through an insurance claim, the total jo cost roughly 28K. This he collected from the insurance co. for our home. However our problem started once we signed on the dotted lines. Nick took almost a year to get to our house for the job, we heard from many neighbors after the fact he ranaway with their money and neer came to do anything. His excuse had been its winter and we dont work in the winter. Now if that was written in the contract it would be fair.
Our leaky roof problem started once Upside Roofing installed the roof and 4 skylite and gutters. we had no issues with leaks before Nick replaced our roof, but now we have leaks everywhere. we have stains on our ceiling all through out our home which were not there before. Nicks crue from Upside Roofing dameged our chimnet while installing the roof, it is cracked from all sides and we had to call a chimney repair Co to patch up his callus work which cost us $2000. His skylite install was messy and damaged the sheet rock and paint on the ceiling and not properly done. When we tried to call Nick and Upside Roofing, no one would pick up the phone or our calls. Upside Roofing does not honer its so call warranty in any way or form.
None of our texts were answered by NIck regarding this matter. When we noticed Upside Roofing working on a neighbors house we went there to talk with NIck however Nick was not responsive to our issues with the roof or the fact that we called him so many time for him to come take a look at the leaks and the damage its causing to our home. He started yelling at us and usung unsavory words and we got in a fight on the street. Needless to say Nick neer responded een after this event, and we are stuck with aleaky roof and shoddy work his Co. Upside Roofing does.

I hired these guys to do some repairs, and they were extremely up front and transparent in their pricing. They did a great job - no leaks! Thanks Upside!

Please do not use this company! I came here to verify their contact info and have found numerous reviews of other people in my same situation. I paid over $2k in November 2020 as deposit for gutter guards. No one contacted me for further details, and because of this we decided we would NOT get the guards. When I contacted them about a refund, they stopped responding. The deposit was paid almost ONE YEAR AGO and I’ve been reaching out and leaving voicemails ever since.

They ask customers to go the the BuilderTrend app, so I’m seeking help from them at this point. Stay away from Nick and Mindy!!!!

Upside and Nick Fiocca received over $4,000 in August of 2020 as a deposit for roof repair that they said would be done in September 2020. Nick Fiocca would rarely respond to texts and calls about progress and repeatedly said we were next on the list. Now, over 1 year later, they have done no work on the roof nor have they contacted us. Look at the Franklin County Court public records and it should tell you what you need to know about the owner and company. We are now in that process as well. Do not use this company or any of the owner’s other companies.

Upside Roofing just completed a roof replacement for us yesterday and did a quality job. I appreciated their attention to detail, including cleaning up our yard afterwards. Good hard working people.

I called Upside on the recommendation of a family member who had work done in the past. Nick came right out and looked at my house. I have 2 skylights that I wanted to make sure didn't have a problem after a new roof. I have heard of people getting leaks after roof installations not done properly. I have to say I have never had a problem and am very happy.

We recently had a new roof put on our home. Nick provided amazing cutomer service. He answered all our questions along the way.
They were fast and affordable. I highly recommend.
