Mike is a solid guy! Knowing that he wanted to do business, Mike drove all the way up to Lake Stevens to check out my roof. We got up there and inspected the roof, and he reassured me that although my roof was approaching it’s 25th birthday, my roof was still in good condition and there was no need to replace it, talk about honesty! He then started to compare neighboring roofs to show me what to look for when a roof does need replacing. Mike is knowledgeable, timely and professional when it comes to roofs, and I’ll be looking forward to doing business with him in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Upper West Exteriors! They installed my new roof last year, and the quality of their work was outstanding from start to finish. But what really sets them apart is their incredible service when disaster struck. A few months after the installation, a tree fell on my house during Thanksgiving week, causing significant damage. I called Mike right away, and within just a couple of hours, his team was at my doorstep. They jumped into action, clearing debris and providing everything I needed for the insurance adjuster that same day—no small feat during a holiday week!
The insurance process went smoothly, with approval coming through in just a couple of days, and Upper West didn’t waste a moment. They had my roof repaired and my home back in shape within a week, beating the next storm by a day. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and expertise are unmatched. Our house had multiple trees fall on it during the “Bomb Cyclone” storm. The roof, gutters, interior ceilings were all damaged. Mike and his crew responded quickly, made a fair quote, and did excellent work! From the exterior work, to the interior work, we are very happy! They also did excellent clean up and touch up painting to complete the job!

We had an amazing experience with Upper West Exteriors! Mike came out to inspect our roof in West Seattle after we noticed a few small leaks. He walked us through our options, offering both roof repair and a full roof replacement. Since our roof was getting older, we decided to go with the full replacement and the price was incredibly reasonable!
