Spoke to David. Gave me a good price. Then after confirming everything he stopped texting me and I never heard back from him that day. I understand he may have gotten busy, but at the same time on a professional level at least let me know instead of leaving me hanging like that. The next morning I shot him a message and in an u-sympathetic way he told me “Sorry I got busy”. Really? Did you plan on letting me know when you will be showing up to do an estimate or at least let me know what the next steps are or do I have to figure it all out on my own?

I mean if that is the way he does business so be it, but you will NOT be getting my business. That’s for sure.

1. You left me hanging without telling me why.
2. You never reached back out to me.
3. He gave me a really good price and I personally think he messed up. He didn’t catch it until afterwards so to squeeze out of it he ditched me instead so that I don’t take him up on his low offer.

Come on guy….really?

Dave and his crew installed new gutters on our home. We are very pleased with the work that they did. Very fairly priced and professional. Did a total cleanup. I would highly recommend them. Plus they are local which I liked.

Had David repair and area where two roofs meet and so far everything is perfect. Great response time and pricing.
