I run a video production company, and Upfrog has been a client of mine since January. From day one, they’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with. They’re a marketing agency that specializes in generating high-quality leads for HVAC and roofing companies, and their dedication to delivering real results is clear in everything they do.

What impressed me most is that they didn’t need to invest in video content to get results, but they chose to anyway. 3 Monday morings in a row I came to work to see an upfrog lead sold , great way to start the week .

We have been collaborating with Upfrog for a few months now, and we are thrilled with the experience! The staff is incredibly attentive and has helped us connect with more customers than any other platform we have tried. Chad puts in a lot of effort on our account, guiding us every step of the way.

Update: the owner of this company is a mess. He keeps going on about jobs and all this stuff. Today I get a call from their sales rep telling me the COO is having him call to make me change or remove my review. I ask him what has changed to make me change anything when the “owner” said he would “think about it” when it came to him calling me to do business. I truly felt bad for the sales rep because when a business misses multiple meetings and continues to bash the prospective client because the owner isn’t listening, it is shocking that they sent this sales rep out to call instead of the COO or CEO picking up a phone and asking what they could do better. The sales rep saw that when meetings were missed, that I called multiple times and there was not a single outbound call to try and rectify the situation. The guy tells me he will have the COO reach out since the owner doesn’t care about his business.

The owner keeps mentioning that I was wanting to pitch him something and never once did that happen. I simply said we wanted to demo the system in an office and have the possibility to offer it to our 205 nationwide locations. That could have been a great client to have and he can’t pick up a phone call and instead continues to gaslight me by saying “you are what is wrong with the country”. Is that expecting a business owner to be professional?

I have tried everything to come to a resolution and even asked the sales rep what he thinks a solution would be and he had some great ideas but had no authority to do anything (which was why having him call me was ridiculous) so I told him to have someone call. Instead of mending fences, they go on attack and then try to bury my review we fake reviews right after they responded to mine.

AGAIN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Do any phone numbers work? I don’t want to leave a negative review but I can’t get in touch with anyone. I have had missed meetings and the number listed in google and also another one on the website goes unanswered.

This review had nothing to do with a job posting and was about a meeting for their services. Leaving a bad review did get the owner to reach out extremely quickly and I will update the review when there is a conclusion

*update* since they wanted to say i didn’t have anything in their schedule, here are the 2 meetings I had with confirmations from their system that say otherwise. The owner did text me very quickly to tell me that they “cancelled” the meeting because I wanted a job just because I had talked to them in the past. No matter how many times I told him that that had no bearing on the meeting, he kept resorting to it.

My concerns to him were, there was never a cancellation notification sent when their system sends notifications for everything else so I know that was a lie. 2nd is that their webpage and google listing both have different phone numbers and neither one of them actually go to a business. I then asked if we could have an actual call and his response was “I’ll think about it” and it has been radio silence since then.

We are a company that has already done over 1.4 million this year and wanted to find a good partner in one office with the possibility to expand to our nationwide network that is on track to do 1.9 billion this year.

I will gladly post text screenshots to show evidence of every claim I have made. I am beyond disappointed with a company that said all the right thing in their ads

Our company used Upfrog for 4 months or so. We stopped because I didn’t feel we were doing a good job getting the most out of their platform and I’m not opposed to going back and trying them again as we are better staffed and prepared. You have to do your part though and stay on the leads with a solid sales process. Regardless of whether we come back or not I wish these guys success. We have been using Upfrog a little over a year now. It took a little time (maybe a week or two) to get the hang of navigating through the dashboard and learn the process but with constant training from Chandler, we quickly became on the road to success! We have given over $1m in estimates in the year and closing in on half a million in sales. Not bad for first year with just one person navigating the platform. We now have 2 regularly navigating Upfrog, cannot wait to see what year 2 brings.

So I started my company over 30 yrs ago and 90% of my clients were builders & new construction jobs. So 6 yrs ago I switched to all lived in houses for homeowners. I’ve been running myself into the ground doing everything for the company myself over the past six years. no outside help from any companies. No marketing companies no SEO companies. So here we are 6 years later and I’m almost in the same position as 6 yrs ago. So I’ve been researching multiple companies that are the best at marketing to help me out. With growing my company. I now T have it down to three different companies. Upfrog was top on my list. I got a call from Edward Riley, we had a great conversation. He told me upfrog was representing another company in the area that he would not be able to help me, because It was a conflict of interest , and he wouldn’t do that to me if the other other company was looking for help from Upfrog, if I was paying them. So Edward stayed on the phone with me for at least a half an hour, i was going to give a retainer today. if he would help my company. But he couldn’t because of the conflict of them helping a company in the same area. We stayed on the phone and He gave me invaluable information. He even gave me numbers of people that he trusted. I was going to hire upfrog on the spot today. You don’t find too many companies out there with integrity Or any integrity at all. Most marketing firms want as much money as possible out of you every month. that’s the goal to get as much money out of you as possible every month. And they will give you all kinds of excuses why the systems not working like they promised. But not Upfrog. I can’t speak highly enough for Edward Riley. This was the first time that we spoke on the phone. We had a couple text messages, but today The first time we spoke.

Well, maybe in the future if I move to another location we might be able to do work together. Anyone looking to hire a solid marketing team this is the company you want to hire.

I know the other company that Upfrog has brought from 1 or 2 guys to approximately a 3-5 million dollar company. That’s how I found Upfrog from researching other companies in my area that are growing exponentially. That’s how I found Upfrog from this company.

When you found out, you weren’t gonna hire me you still stayed on the phone for a half an you knew I was hurting and needed help. So you found some numbers for me to call. These fine folks put an ad in my Facebook feed that was targeted to people who own HVAC companies. Which I do not. That’s fine. I quipped about it in good fun - figured since they were advertising for cold call help that trains people to call folks like me (which I despise) I could have a little fun with them. Their reply was an attempt to gaslight me and super unprofessional in terms of the insinuation they made. No goodnicks!

I highly recommend Home Front Heating and Air. Their customer service was excellent and they made sure we got our AC fixed ASAP!

We worked with Chris the owner and we feel we made a good choice. Our ac was very old and it didn’t make a ton of sense to repair it but we were had sticker shock with another quote. It’s going to be over 100 for the next several days and are glad we have a new and more energy efficient ac unit. Quick install and reasonable prices vs competitors. Would recommend you give them a call.

I use Upfrog for my HVAC business to pre qualify customers looking for a new HVAC system. We gather tons of leads from their service which allow us to get a tech into the home and go over replacement options. This has been a great way to keep my techs busy and the schedule booked with opportunities!

Updated: unfortunately we’ve discontinued our relationship with this company because they didn’t do what they promised.

I reached out to Justin through a recommendation from another contractor. We’ve been on the program for a month now and I can honestly say I wish we had started years sooner. We are doing more in-homes than we ever have in the past. Justin and Noah have been very easy to work with and I couldn’t be happier. If you are open to a transparent way of doing business, then the Upfrog program is a must
