These guys did a great job. They did great work with a beautiful roof on My house now. Would recommend them all day long. The crew was out very polite the gentlemen running the job kept us informed on Everything they had to do. If you need a roof these are the people you want to call.

Once the solar company had the panels removed, the roofers were fast and professional. They made the repairs quickly and efficiently. Great coordination with the delivery of the roofing materials and repairing the internal damage. When finished, there was not one flaw with the repair work. All trash was removed.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Reina was very responsive/helpful. I was really impressed by how hard working the crew was. They truly went above and beyond and cleaned up the property well before they left. The roof looks amazing, and I can’t thank you all enough.

This team was incredible. I had an urgent need for ADA devices and they responded next day. Hand rails on stairs and bathroom grab bars are a life saver.

The initial assessment provided by Anthony was great! He was very attentive and receptive to my concerns. Anthony provided an ample amount of information about his assessment and how his recommendations would address my concerns. He answered my pleather of questions and provided me with a combination of quotes via email to ensure I selected the option best suitable for my home. He was very kind, courteous and patient.

The physical service was good as well. The workers were very organized and respectful of my property. They cleaned up nicely and finished the Ridgeline and pipe repairs more quickly than anticipated. I am thankful it’s taken care of.

The communication was good in regard to scheduling and I was kept abrupt of unexpected changes due to the weather. On the day of and after service, communication could have been a little better. I was initially told my repair would take place during the morning and after no arrival or communication into the early afternoon, I had to call the company late in the afternoon to inquire if the repair was taking place at a later time or date, versus being informed by staff with their initiation. Once the crew arrived, I was made aware. I was not made aware when the repair was complete as expected. With no verbal communication after completion, there was no dialogue on if I had any questions etc. I was not made aware of next steps (in regard to final payment) and had to call the office to inquire. It was then, that I was advised the next day. The ladies in the office were all very polite and helpful each time I spoke with them, but it would have been nice to close the deal with communication to answer any questions and advise of the company’s process for final payment. I would like to suggest an option of before and after pictures for repairs that may not be a full roof replacement. Anthony showed me a number of images from his assessment and it would have been nice to see or been provided with before and after pictures of the work via email for over all customer service and satisfaction.

Excellent support, great communication, prompt work and excellent service. They fixed my leaking roof at the furnace pipe so that is doesn't leak any more. Highly recommended.

I needed some repair work done on my roof after a strong storm came through early January 2024. I had contacted St. Mary's Roofing a few years back, maybe 2017, for similar work, so reached out to them again. Anthony was punctual and very personable for estimate appointment. Mike and Reina were both very responsive to my inquires, which are usually via email. I am not sure who came out to make the repairs, but work was performed on day promised and very well done.

Professional, friendly staff, good customer service. The only downside was that they had a ''minimum charge" for a repair so it cost $450 and it probably took them less than 20 minutes to replace two shingles that got blown off in a storm.

Replaced the shutters on our house and roof on our shed. Both look great and all done in one day as planned!

It's Nov 2021. I had to do a high expense repair to my home ($14K) I second-guessed myself whether I did enough online research and did I hire a reliable, honest company for the job? Nobody in my neighborhood had a roof done recently so I couldn't get a trusted referral. I selected my choice and Mike came within 48 hours to give me an estimate. Folks - I can't say enough good things about St. Mary's Roofing before you think this is a paid endorsement. Mike provided a written estimate the next day. His team showed up on the appointed day literally at the crack of dawn, worked relentlessly the entire day, and left me with a new roof as the Sun was setting. It was if I was visited by Ninjas. They tore off the old roof, installed the new roof, completely cleaned up the yard of all debris, and left. I l searched for overlooked left-overs (nails) and found nothing! I paid exactly what the estimate said - no hidden surprises. If you're reading this looking for a positive endorsement, you got it from me. Hire them. No regrets and happy I found them.

I've had several neighbors stop and admire the roof. All saying how nice it looked. I was was initially concern as I didn't know what a brown metal roof would look like. It's one thing to look at a sample and something else to envision it on the entire roof. I had seen many different colors, but no brown. I'm more than pleased with the result and Alex and his team were efficient and kept the mess to a minimum.

I needed new carpet, vinyl, and baseboards thanks to hurricane Isaias. The repairs look great! I corresponded mainly with Kaitlin who was very pleasant and professional.

They're a local company who y did a complete roof replacement on our townhouse including replacing an old skylight with a new one. They took great care to keep the area as clean as possible from the debris, and did an excellent job. They ran out of daylight and finished the last hour or so using headlamps. The rook looks great and not a single leak anywhere in all the storms we've had since (a nice change). Their price was thousands lower than local competitors and over $10,000 lower that what some of the "big roofing" companies quoted us for a year ago. HIRE LOCAL!

I was very impressed with St Mary’s roofing from start to finish. They provided a competitive initial quote for their service that they beat by providing better shingles than initially requested. Their office manager Trina set up the initial date for the repair. Spring weather messed with that a little but she kept me updated throughout the process making sure that I was satisfied with the change on dates. The work was completed on the rescheduled date. The roof looks very good and even though I was not able to be there during the replacement the crew did a great job and totally cleaned up the site of all debris. Couldn’t tell they had been there except there was a new roof!

I used St Marys roofing to replace the shingles on a 4 apartment building and they did a great job. I found they picked up any debris after the job was done. The shingles look good. The forman on the job called and asked if he could leave his trailer there for the next day. He filled me on on where they were on the job, and it only took 2 days to complete. I got pricing from two other contractors an although they were all competitive, St Marys was a just a little cheaper.

The contractor replaced old ceiling tiles with drywall, painted walls and ceiling , and remodeled two bathrooms. . The quality of work was excellent and all was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. The workers were polite, helpful, trustworthy and took pride in their work. Our house is 40 years old, so some of the drywall had issues due to settling and such. Plus some ceiling areas that needed better repairs. St Mary's roofing fixed us right up and painted the entire upstairs area. Very satisfied with their work.

Company did not clean site after working on houses in my neighborhood. Ended up with nail in my tire, my fiances tire, and my neighbors tire! When confronted to resolve this issue they evade phone calls and ignore emails. I would find a company that actually cares about doing a good job instead of this one.

This firm was great. They installed a new roof, gutters, sided my very large shed and repaired by laundry room floor. The price was great and the workmen very pleasant.

I was able to get a free estimate appointment for a new shingle roof within 3 days of calling. Mike was very knowledgeable of what I needed, what my options were and when it could be accomplished. After less than an hour and making a couple of measurements on the house, I received a quote from him before the end of day which came in substantially lower than 4 other quotes. After accepting the quote I was able to contact them for an install date which however was 21 days away. On the day before install a crew showed up and tossed the shingles on the peak of the roof and set aside other materials just inside my fence. The install crew of 4 arrived 7:30 in the morning and started working removing old shingles at first. More of the crew maybe 3 more showed up a little afterwards and pitched in to help. It took approximately 3 hrs to remove all the old shingles and to start laying the water/ice barrier. By then I had to leave for work, I saw what I needed to see which was all the sheathing to see if all was is good condition. By 3:30 I got home and the roof was done and the crew had left leaving the area nice and clean although they did miss a few pieces of old shingle, tar paper, and a nail here and there which I can't really blame them for that.

I called Friday morning after a major wind storm that ripped a substantial section of shingles off of my roof. Mike came out and did the inspection and I had a very reasonable estimate that evening. I accepted the estimate and the work was complete by lunch the next afternoon. Outstanding customer service, excellent quality of work and extremely fast and responsive. I will definitely be using St. Mary's Roofing for all my future needs (although I really hope not to need them).
