Hooray! It's repaired!
Thank you to Fabian of Unlimited Construction Pro for coming out the next day after his inspection and quote, on a Saturday, and repairing my raccoon damaged roof and soffit!
He was friendly, courteous, did it all properly and with great care, cleaned it all up and repainted the soffit...all in 4 hours!
I can sleep better tonight knowing those creepy raccoons are no longer a few final bites from making it into my attic!
Now on to ordering spike strips to go along the house corners and around the downspouts!
Very happy with my roof installation that unlimited construction did for me, bf I got my solar panels installed..Great quality

If you’re looking for an honorable company, that is family owned, who does great work and actually knows what they are doing..hire them! They have been nothing but amazing. They installed the roof on our gazebo and we love it. Can’t say enough good things! 100% recommend.
