The fan works good in reducing attic temperatures and helps the air conditioning to cool the house. My husband and I want to give a big shout out and thanks to Regal!! We had a bad leak from our flat roof and Joe found out exactly where and why. He found many more problems and took pictures of them b4 proceeding. We thought the price we got was very reasonable and Joe did a wonderful job correcting a very terrible situation. It was done in a timely manner and the job site was always left clean. We would not hesitate to call Regal again with other repairs or new construction needs. It was nice dealing with a reliable company.

Regal did a great job on my roof replacement. They’d done a couple repairs for me before and were VERY honest in telling me that I still had a couple years left of roof. When the time came, Joe met the adjuster and walked through everything and their pricing was very fair. Joe was very respectful, they cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess. They do other exterior work and I plan on having them back out to replace some windows and some of the wood around my columns. I would recommend Regal to anyone who asks.

I had regal exteriors do extensive work on all of my 16 rental properties and my own house. The service was excellent! The owner and manager and workers all treated me with respect and attention to detail. I can’t recommend them enough. They are dynamite

Aside from the owner being a complete and total belligerent jerk, a year and a half after having my roof done I am still having roofing nail damage repaired on my car's tires. Clean up after the job was horrible. Gutters clogged with tar paper and shingle pieces was the least of my problems. Treating my dog's paw because she stepped on a roofing nail in the grass was the worst. There are plenty of roofing contractors out there, avoid this company at all costs. I wanted to leave zero stars but this app won't let me.

Regal Exteriors replaced my roof back in 2022 and coordinated the insurance claim and HOA paper work for me. They are awesome to work with!

Our roof siding was recently damaged by last week's windy weather. I submitted a request on their site and they gave me a call the next day. They had it repaired by the afternoon. My experience working with them has been great!

They did a great job of replacing my roof and my patio sliding door for my 20 year old house. They were very knowledgeable with the insurance replacement process for the roof and took care of all of the details and paperwork.

I’m so impressed with Regal Exteriors! They’ve done several projects for us. They have fair pricing, do fast quality work. They are so kind, thoughtful and honest. That is not easy to find!

Regal Exteriors recently dealt with a fascia board replacement, as well as a re-hab of an older wood rear porch. The fascia replaced was on a section of the house which was not built to traditional standards (built in Mundelein, early 60's, under loose building codes.) They took both on, and made it good. They will be doing more work for me this spring. I deal with contractors where I work, and they have been as good as any. Easy to talk to and kept me up to date regarding the progress when they were out.
Regals pricing was very fair, and included a list of what was to be done, and amount of material as well as material and labor cost. I can't think of anything that was left to question.
I have no problem recommending them.

Regal Exteriors replaced a damaged roof, gutters and fascia due to hail. They did a wonderful job coordinating with Allstate Insurance to make sure that everything was taken care of. They're very easy to work with, honest and I would definitely work with them again. The installation was fast and the roof continues to be in great shape. I highly recommend them.

Regal Exteriors stole our money and left our house open to the elements. They have no control over their hired subcontractors. They never pulled a permit for the work they started and lied about doing so (confirmed with the county). The owner of the company, Rich is a liar and thief. Do not ever trust this company or work with them.

Joe was great to work with. Prompt, kept us informed, didn’t increase the price when it got a little bit more complicated. Result looks great.

At first everything was going well. We eventually realized their shady finance dealings and their terrible costumer service.
after the job was done. The insurance company eventually paid for the roof replacement and we paid $7000 for a down payment to get work started. Our insurance company gave a total cost to pay for services which included ALL MATERIAL AND SERVICES which we paid to them. After all said and done we were approached for $1000 more. After talking with insurance company again we discovered we were not liable for anymore payments. We wer trying to be kind and offered a smaller amount but they would not accept it. Joe refused the check was very angry and disrespectful. The owner called me was insulting, all out disrespectful and even accused me of being drunk because of lower financial offer. WOULD NOT RECOMNEND THEM!!

Joe and Alex are the best! Couldn't be happier with the work they did. They take their time, pay attention to detail, and go the extra mile. They installed windows and helped identify a leak source from a poor previous installer. They are the BEST! cannot say enough about them, they are someone I would highly recommend!

Great people. Alex was Easy to work with. Very responsive. Did a good job on the roof and we have a warranty on the shingles. insurance wanted to play games and they got it approved.

I learned from Regal Exteriors through my neighbor. Alex called her for a roof inspection after a storm. She made a claim through her insurance, they approved and Regal Exteriors installed her new roof. In my case my insurance denied the claim. After inspection Alex said don’t lose hope I’ll try try to fight it with the “brittle test”. We’ll it’s been 5 months and I’ve never heard from them. Will never try to use or recommend them.

These guys are too notch. They went out of there way to tarp off a section of the roof until they came back to replace our roof. The price wasn’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive. Thanks!

Joe from RE did an amazing job on our chimney. He communicated well throughout the whole process and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

I had a great experience with them and their work looked fantastic in the end. I will be using them for future work.

Dealing with Regal Exteriors to replace my roof last summer was the worst experience of my life. If I could give them 0 stars I would. When the work was completed we noticed that the shingles are sticking out in couple of places on the roof, but were told that it's fine and we are just trying to get out of paying. We also noticed that since the dumpster was left on our driveway overnight with the pieces of old roof in it, there were huge pot holes on our driveway. (We have pictures of before and after and also pics of dumpster on our driveway) When we asked them to fix it, we were told that it happens to older driveways and other people in the subdivision have the same problem. When we were negotiating the contract the owner agreed to splitting the balance into a couple of payments, but after the work was completed he demanded that we pay off everything and we started getting threatening calls, were we had to call the police for them to stop. Every time we were trying to talk to the owner he would just start yelling and threatening us. I am currently working with BBB to resolve the issue.

This company does not stand by their word, or their work. I am unsatified with the work they completed and the way I was treated. My opinion is to steer clear of Rich (the owner) and Regal Exteriors. They agreed to repair their own work for free and continuously blew me off until a little over a month and a half l later they decided they wanted to charge me for it, after agreeing to fix it under warranty. The sales pitch sounds great agreeing to lower your deductible to 1000 when doing insurance work but save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company. One that stands by their work and doesn’t try to nickel and dime you after completeing a 20k+ job.

I was recommended to them from a close friend so I figured why not. At first everything went well but with insurance checks going to me, then the mortgage company, then to them so checks were hard to find.

We were working on getting everything settled when my daughter was bucked off a horse, broke her back and we were in the hospital for 2 weeks then rehab for 7 weeks! Did not expect this......

I kept in contact with them through this whole situation and told them as soon as I get home we can figure this all out and I apologized over and over and told them I would give them a Doctors note if needed.

A worker Adam soon sent a guy Joe after me and I explained everything again. The owner is afraid to do his own job!

Well, as soon as I got home I started getting threatening voicemails and texts that they were going to send the police to my house if this doesn't get settled!!!!!!!!

With everything I have going on (mind you I haven't worked since her accident) I wrote them a check for the amount they stated......

I just wanted them off my back!

They still owe me 3 screens and it isn't done.

Everything is signed and sealed, marked done but they are still waiting for a $200 check from my insurance and won't put my screens in until they get it!

Well, I may have to file a police report against them!

The owner said he doesn't care about what I am going through, HE WANTS his money!

I wonder what he would do if his child was living in a wheelchair and needs 24/7 care?

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( I regret sending him all the referrals that I already did. One of them is having problems with them to!)

Last year Regal was paid over $7000 to do the siding on my house after a tornado rolled through. Today they knocked on my door asking for $50 for the permit and $200 from a check I got from the insurance company for depreciation. I told them let me call the insurance company and if I was supposed to pay it to you I will. He continued his screaming that people like me are always ripping him off, he is taking me to court, and I'll pay all his lawyer fees. I tried 3 times to tell him if I owed them the money I'd gladly pay it. He wouldn't listen to me, only yelled and screamed all the way down my driveway. Stay away from this company! He treats people like crap. I asked 2 weeks ago for a quote on my garage. They never delivered and have now lost my business forever.
