UHS helped us with a bathroom remodel that included a new shower install, flooring, subfloor, trim work. Max did an excellent job and we were very happy with the work. They were very thoughtful, hard working, and professional. We would definitely work with them for future projects.

This is our first time working with Universal Home Services and we have to say that we are really pleased with how our projects (partition wall and new window installations) turned out.

From the start, we were impressed with the quote that Dave provided. Not only the quote outbid the other contractor’s quote, Dave provided solutions to our problems -which is making the partition aesthetically pleasing. He knew exactly what to do so the partition would blend in beautifully and look as if it was there when the house was built. It was so crucial to us. The other contractor’s bid covered only the bare minimum of building a partition.

Throughout the different phases of our projects, we had different technicians coming to the house to work with us - Basil, Dwayne, Louis, Forest and Sean all did an amazing job for us and they were always able to knowledgeably answer our questions. My husband and I were both working from home when they were here and we never felt any disruption. They also did an outstanding job with cleanup after each work day.

That extra mile they went and the knowledge of their craft are truly impressive and we couldn’t be happier that we had Universal Home Services help us and turn our vision into reality.

They gave me a quick quote at a great price. I received quotes from three companies and their price was the best for my budget. Basil was the one who repaired my door and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was open during the entire process of any issues going on that he found. The work was done in a timely manor and looks amazing! Love my new door.

As for billing. I wait for several days post appointment day. Because I was told I would receive an invoice prior to final billing. 7 days after the door was replaced my card was charged and I still hadn’t gotten my invoice. When I reached out to the accounting department who sent my estimate. I received a very unhelpful email from Nathan almost immediately after I sent my question. He told me an invoice was sent the day prior and then quoted policy. When I responded and asked again for my invoice I got no responses. After finally reaching someone by phone I was told the email they sent the invoice to was incorrect. Not sure how this happened when I was given an estimate in a specific email and then my final billing was sent somewhere else.

Fixed our dry rot problems super quickly. Crew was extremely friendly and informative. Shout out to Basil and Louey for their great customer service.

Wonderful experience working with universal home services. Nathan gave us the quote, it was well priced, clear and professional. Max did the work on our bathroom and he did a beautiful job, he had great energy and worked hard. The office ladies are lovely to deal with as well. I’m so thankful. Zero complaints…Ten stars!!

Max was polite, professional and responsive to all my handyman questions. He had solutions to some of them that hadn’t occurred to me. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He wouldn’t stop until things were done right, even if it meant repainting a wall because the color match wasn’t good. Very happy with all the work he did.

Is a great company. Returned my call and came right out for estimate . We love our new bathroom .They kept us informed on everything they did. I would use them again.

We had a great experience. UHS gave us the best price quote among several business and did an excellent job matching the texture for a drywall repair job.

Nathan was great to work with and was very attentive to all of the different home repair issues we were dealing with and in a timely manner. Max showed up to do handle the repairs and he did an amazing job. He is a very good craftsman. We will definitely be using their services again when needed.

I needed some clean-up down around my house. They responded quickly and had everything done within 30 minutes. Amazing! I would recommend this company for all your needs.

Both Nathan and Victor were very pleasant and strived to do well. Very happy with remodeled laundry tub lower & upper cabinetry that also included a new sink, faucet, under-cabinet light and countertop.

Max went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the repairs. I will use the services again when needed.

Max did a great job with our window trim. He was very considerate of our home protecting our floors and even vacuumed when he was finished.

The new railing and support posts that UHS designed and built for me are a beautiful compliment to the front of my house. Thank you very much.
UHS exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality of the materials used, and craftsmanship in the carpentry, in order to rebuild a railing and supporting posts on a front porch that I had had built last year by a different company using shoddy materials and sloppy construction.
UHS took down that railing and replaced the supporting posts on my porch with the correct wood, proper construction and very professional craftsmanship.

We're very pleased with our entire experience with UHS. Nathan got a crew on our chimney residing job within a few days of our call and they did a great job. They were very easy to communiate with throughout and we will be using them again. Highly recommended.

I hired UHS to replace some siding. Nathan and the crew did a fantastic job replacing the old. Very communicative, punctual, and professional. They finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend UHS for all home improvement needs.

This company did a wonderful Job replacing dry rot around my home on trim boards. Maxwell was very thorough. Did a wonderful job very friendly, appreciated his work immensely. Will use again!

The Team From UHS are very professional. They readily analyze a job and efficiently work to completion. The UHS Team has a wide variety of skill sets. It would be difficult to find a job they can't do.

This was a great company to work with. I needed some cabinets taken down for work on some pipes and they were able to gwt me a same day quote and fit me in for the work the next day.
Andrew performed the work and he did a great job. I'll be using them again and would recommend them to my friends and family.
6/20 Update
Maxwell came to repair my drywall and reinstall cabinets. He did an excellent job. He used a lot of protective floor covering, cleaned up after himself and did a great job explaining g what he was doing.

Andrew was awesome. He kept in communication the entire time of the two day job. He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and really adept at finding solutions when things are not quite the perfect fit. We can highly recommend Andrew and Universal Home Services.

Andrew B. came to hang my curtains on the day I called. He was friendly, professional, and did great work.

I’m so impressed! Not only did they fix the considerable damage but also did it in a way that made it impossible to see that there ever was any damage. And they kept the area clean and did a walkthrough afterwards. I’m glad that I know about them, and will use/recommend them in the future.

We had a list of things for Universal to do, and it was lovely to get them knocked out efficiently and competently. Everything from replacing a fence post to covering an exposed vent hole. My favorite was the way the team installed a catdoor in our hallway and built a covered space in the garage for the catboxes. Nor more stinky cat boxes in the house! Universal Home Services recently built a front porch for our home. Nathan helped me decide how and what I would like built by giving multiple suggestions, showing pictures etc. The first meeting made the decision so easy for me. The crew that universal Home services sent out for professional, intelligent, knowledgeable and really nice. I would really highly recommend this company. They do it all. Give them a call. Hired UHC to give estimates for drwally and tile repairs. Their drywall bid was not competitive. The addressed loose tiles in the master shower, said the work was improperly done. Gave us ammunition to take the issue up with our builder, who informed the original tile provider, who in turn has agreed to re-do the entire shower at no cost to us. Impressed by UHC's competency and honesty. Thank you Nathan and Bryce.

This was, without a doubt the best start to finish... ON TIME! job anyone has done for us in decades. The were professional and very nice to work with. They installed heated tile in our guest bathroom, as well as putting the same tile into our laundry room, including moving appliances, and a clean, and precise, Demo.

We called Universal Home Services because we purchased a new slide in stove and the area where the current stove went was not large enough. Our technician was awesome and efficient. He shaved down the surrounding cabinets so that we can fit our new stove in. Everyone we’ve spoken to with the company has been professional and polite. A+

The workman was helpful, polite, got everything done, except one outdoor task that I told him not to do because of the excessively hot weather (108 degrees!).

They returned my phone call and came over within 24hours to look and give a bid on the job. Then, showed up the next day to do the work.

Zach was all you could ever ask for while here doing my deck cover!! He did a great job and helped me in figuring out what to do next! Zach, you're a keeper!!
