I've had the team from Associated Arborists at my home twice to take down very large trees in my yard. One was a huge fir in the back that had died. They were able to take down the entire thing and not damage the chicken coop that was only three feet from it's base. The second time they dropped the trees that were dangerously close to both my house and the neighbor's home. I highly recommend them!

Associated Arborists were great to work with, helping clean up broken branches in oak trees and pruning as needed. All branches were cut up and stacked and my trees look so much better.

The entire team was very professional, considerate and careful when doing our large pruning job and handling disease control of all of the trees on our property. They listened, asked questions to know our needs and were very informative. They showed up on time and did full cleanup as well. We’d hire them again!

Our experiences with Associated Arborist's have been excellent. From punctuality to concise bidding to the work itself. You get exactly what is agreed upon at a fair price. Not always easy to do these days.
They do feel the contract is the deal between both parties. Do not expect them to hang around and do extra work you thought of after you signed. Don’t assume the contract means something else. Their competitive pricing requires efficiency. They will be glad to do the work just likely with another contract on another day.
They are professional not guys with a saw and a pickup. A great company.

Associated Arborists provided us with great service, excellent work and a fair price. We had a tree that needed to be removed due to root problems. It was located in a spot that was difficult to deal with, but the crew did a great job getting the tree out without harming any fence or other trees around it. I would highly recommend them.

Have really been pleased with AA and their work. The crews are so professional and thorough. Their estimates are reasonable and they go to a great extent to accommodate their customer. They don’t nickel and dime you and walk you around the job after they are finished to make sure you’re satisfied. They are also very knowledgeable which is super important. We will always use them!

We had a great experience after dealing with other companies. We called, they arrived that afternoon to determine the work and give us an estimate which was very reasonable. We accepted the estimate. They scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and completed the work as promised. We are very pleased with the outcome, especially now that the trees are leafed out and we can see what a great job they did. We will us them for any future tree needs.

An Associated Arborists crew was working in our neighbor today, My husband walked over and asked for an estimate to remove a problematic tree in our front yard. Associated Arborists removed two trees from my neighbors yard that hung over my fence. The quote and scheduling was easy. The crew was early, worked hard, and cleaned up after the job was completed. Experience was great and definitely recommend.

We had 5 companies come out to give estimates for trimming our 80+ Pin Oak. In the end, the clear choice was Associated Arborists. They were the only licensed arborists that we felt comfortable with. Taylor was friendly and timely in all communications. Zack, Robert and Jason, on site, were highly professional and a pleasure to work with. I’m happy to recommend Associated Arborist for the trees that matter.

Associated Arborists (AAs) of McMinnville, Oregon are very professional. AA promptly submitted the most competitive bid of four local companies to remove a 70' tall pine between two houses. It had lifted the walkways and driveways as well as constantly dropping needles and catkin pollen bombs. Two men arrived early and began working at 8AM. The tree was expertly and safely removed. They ground the stump carefully so as not to damage any underground utilities. They worked all day through heavy rain, cleaned up and were gone by 4PM. AAs are recommended by the City of McMinnville and this writer. You won't be dissapointed.

EXCELLENT all the way around. Very fair bid, I had 3 of them and theirs was the most fair. They showed up when scheduled, a team of very nice respectful guys. Everyone had a job and they worked efficiently. They were very pleasant and left the area cleaner than they found it. I would recommend them highly.

Trimmed several large branches from cypress located on fence line. Did a very fine job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up the area well. Pleasant crew and would highly recommend.

Just had them out today, and the process couldn’t be easier! Requested an estimate via their website, and had an emailed quote within a couple of days.

They took care of contacting the city, adjacent businesses, and cutting down our tree located right under power lines. All cut down and cleaned up within a couple hours.

Quoted price was 1/3 of what others quoted, and they exceeded expectations! It can be a pain getting quotes/work done as a new homeowner, but Assiciated Arborists was a breeze to work with. Wish everything was this easy!

10/10 recommend. Will be contacting them again for our other tree needs

Zack, Matt and the other members of the Associated Arboritsts crew took down a very large Himalayan Cedar tree that was leaning over from a neighbor's property into my back yard. They were thorough from beginning through complete cleanup. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I recommended them without reservation.

We needed a huge sweet gum tree removed and the stump and surface roots ground out. We were super impressed with the speed and quality of the work. After obtaining several bids, they were the best priced and were able to work us into their schedule in a timely manner. Matt and his crew were polite and professional, even coming back again to ensure we were completely happy with their work. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Matt R. and the crew today. As a whole they were responsive, communicative, polite and did excellent work trimming the trees and taking a large Pine out of the backyard. They cleaned well and made it easy. They even cut the Pine into nice pieces for the kids to later buck up to sell firewood bundles. Thank you!

These days it is hard to get companies to respond, schedule and show up on time. Associated Arborists hit it out of the park. They were responsive and followed through with all they promised. Today Luke and Matt came out and trimmed a bunch of trees for us and they were AMAZING! Very polite, walked the property before starting to make sure we all knew what was expected and when they were done they walked the property with me again to make sure I was happy with the work. Five out of five stars for the entire experience.

Matt, Jase, and Zach arrived promptly as promised and spent the entire day removing dead branches from our many trees, thinning out two
overgrown Japanese maples, and encouraging two ailing dogwoods. Very pleasant and efficient, plus a nice ballet of tree climbing (the Where's Waldo photo). All at a reasonable price for such professional work. We'll have Associated Arborists back again when we need tree work.

These guys were great. Very professional and friendly. I had three trees pruned and thinned and there was not one leaf left on the ground when they were finished and the trees looked great. I highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises. Their prices were extremely reasonable and their quality of work was superb.

AA provided a fast and professional response for quote, and the tree removal team quickly and safely removed the tree and conducted cleanup afterwards. Very polite guys. Highly recommend!

They had a cancellation, so we were pleasantly surprised to see them within a couple days of our call.Matt and Luke spent a good part of a very warm (!) day to get our large Rayburn Ash under control and trimmed up our curly willow nicely. Beautiful job - all very balanced now - no worries for cold weather storms.They left it very neat - they were concerned about cleaning up enough! Great job, guys. I had 2 trees removed recently. This is the second time I have used them. Robert and Jesse and another member of the team did a very nice job. One tree was around 80 feet tall. The business was timely and professional, the crew was courteous and they communicated well and did a good job cleaning up. Thank you for your work!!

This is the second time I have used their service. I appreciate their thorough and professional communication. We have a willow tree that had a lot of dead branches and needed trimming as well. I was out of town when the work was done, but am pleased to say that when I got back, the tree looked great.

Update: Just had them out again 3-4-2025 at a different house with new challenges. 5 stars again. Two nice guys did the work. They were respectful, worked safely/carefully, and did a good job. They did exactly what the company said would be done in their estimate.
