Chris at A+ Exterior Cleaning is very professional and kind. I got 3 quotes to have quite a bit of moss removed from my roof and have my gutters cleaned. Chris is the only one who actually got up on my roof to check things out before giving a quote AND he came in about 25% less than the other two companies I contacted. He also threw in a free cleaning of my solar panels. Chris also cleaned up the yard of any debris that came off the roof or out of the gutters. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris and A+ Exterior Cleaning for moss removal.

Chris was prompt with his communication - with the estimate and scheduling. He provided photos with the estimate and as he completed the work. Chris showed up when he said he would and left no mess when he completed the work. We will definitely call A+ again!

We asked Chris Powell from A+ Exterior Cleaning to come clean and treat the moss on our roof, clean the gutters and soft wash the front of our house.

Chris came out to clean our driveway, retaining wall, stairs and front door area. I never heard of soft washing. Even though he explained it, I was expecting it to be clean but similar to when we power wash our driveway. It was much cleaner than we imagined it would be. A regular power wash will clean the surface but will not brighten it. Everything was clean and brighter. The sidewalk in front of our house is whiter than the rest of the cul-de-sac, anyone would be able to see that difference immediately. As a plus, Chris is a super nice guy and patient. They are reasonably priced too. I would totally recommend him to anyone.
Can’t wait to see what our house will like after he cleans the siding and roof.
Update 5-26-24
Chris came to clean our roof and siding. He uses a low pressure wash on the siding. So even if it is old siding the paint will not come off. Then he uses the cleaning solution. On the roof, he first used a blower to blow off any debris that would come off. Then he used the cleaning solution. It immediately turned the moss white/yellow, meaning it was dead. He told us with the rain it would wash off the dead moss, which it has been doing. We have a dark charcoal concrete roof, but I would imagine his process would be the same for all types of roofs. The back of the roof looked darker with moss all over it from the lack of sun. We just thought it was dirty but Chris said it was a type of algae that was the dark stuff. Once he sprayed that solution on, it killed the algae and is now the same color as the tiles in the front. He did mention we might smell Clorox for a few days, which we did inside a bit but that dissipated. Plus we turned on all our vent fans inside, which helped too. The roof and siding are so clean. It was worth it and we are very happy with the results.
You know the old saying, you get what you pay for. That is so true. Chris is a great guy, super hard worker and definitely stands behind what he says.
Would totally recommend him to everyone.

I will use A+ Exterior Cleaning again. The overall work and the cleanliness was Great. I needed to call at the end of the day to ask for a bit more street clean up as it was a bit muddy. They sent another worker over within 30 minutes and the finished product was wonderful

First-rate! In spite of rain wind and cold, our gutters were cleaned out; the mountains of fallen leaves clogging our gutters were scooped out, then gutters & downspouts were washed and rinsed, ready for Oregon’s winter downpours. There was no sign of this messy work when the job was done. Our yard and walkways were also looking better as a result of the thoroughness employed. Very nice to work with. Great value. Highly recommend!

Chris was super fast in responding to my email request for an estimate to treat my roof for moss as well as for pressure washing my patios. He also gave me a bid to clean and brighten up my gutters. He showed up to my house exactly on time and was clearly an organized and professional individual. I received his estimate later that day as he promised and he even followed up to make sure that I had received it. His gave me several options for the work I wanted completed. His pricing was exceedingly fair. He was able to come out to my house in short order and did a fantastic job. He took pictures during the job to show me his progress.

I had another opportunity to use Chris on my rental home that was having a lot of moss buildup. He responded to my call very fast and had me scheduled right away. He did a great job as I expected. The tenant even reached out to me to tell me how much she liked Chris and how professional he was. I give A+ Exterior Cleaning an A+++!

Chris and his daughter cleaned the roofs on our house and shop. They did an awesome job. We have used Chris for several years and will have him back again next year. I highly recommend Chris.

We have a two story home with a basement, which makes it three stories on the south end. Chris quoted us a great price to clean both our gutters and the roof! He coordinated each phase of the job and completed them on time as promised! After the job was completed, we noticed the gutters were leaking in a couple of the corners. Without hesitation, Chris offered to come back out and seal the leaks for us. We are extremely pleased with his work and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their roof and gutters cleaned!

Chris did an excellent job of cleaning the rain gutters on our two-story home and my parents' home. In addition, he treated for moss on the composite tiles on the folks' house and on their metal shop roof. The gentle chemical treatments worked very well and I was amazed at the before and after views on the shop. In general, Chris does a great job on communication and scheduling for our convenience.
