He gave us an honest review of our existing gutters letting us know what we need and what we don’t need to keep them maintained. All our leaves have not fallen so he’s coming back to clean them late Fall. In the meantime he climbed the highest point of our home and cleaned out what was clogged the same day he was here at no cost to us. We will definitely use him in the future! Great guy!

We're at an age where we don't do gutters anymore. Contacted New Era because we were having problems with gutter blockage and water pouring down into our garden beds. Chris came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed things up. Truly a nice, honest guy and local to boot. Highly recommend.

Noticed I had overflow on the downspout this morning and called New Era, Chris said he could come out today and take a look at the issue. I have really high roofs and thought it would be a problem. The high roof wasn't a problem, When Chris got up there he saw the problem immediately.. Moss and Mud, He cleaned the entire section of the gutter not just the downspout. He explained what happens to the kind of downspouts I have and this was a common problem. He cleaned them out real good with a tool he had, and water hose. Then he cleaned up all of the mud and moss he dropped on the ground.
I had my gutterscleaned before but there was evidence of the other company not doing anything. He showed me the siding that was stuck in my gutters which only happens when the cutters are not cleaned. I had paid someone else before to clean my gutters but they didn't even do the job. I feel like I have a friend after calling New Era, and was very appreciative of Chris's quality work. Overall I had a great experience and. very glad I called New Era, and I will use them again in the summer for roof cleaning.

Called Chris for the first time to evaluate my gutters. Once he arrived we had a great conversation, then he climbed up onto the roof. After about 20 mins or so he knocked on the door and said he was done! We planed for a quote but ended up handling the work on the spot.

The work he performed was impeccable, and honest. I scheduled a full window cleaning inside and out for next year.

Chris was awesome! He was very good about explaining the cleaning process of my roof, and why it needed to be done a certain way. I appreciated Chris took time to explain the details of the process. It is an old roof, and in bad shape, it needed a gentle touch. He carefully removed the moss, and treated it with a safe alternative to bleach, a hydrogen peroxide mix. They did a great job! I'll be having them back in the future to clean my windows, and surface cleaning on the house. I had contacted him to do the work, and the next week it was completed. Very highly recommended!

On this sparkly day, with blue skies, my sparkly clear windows are a joy to look through. Rob did an excellent job and made sure that my window tracks were also cleaned out, screens washed, and replaced. The skylights were cleaned inside and out. While on the roof, Rob saw that I should have a moss treatment to prevent any damage from occurring later to my roof. He came back a few days later to treat the roof and clean out my gutters. He made sure that the dirty water from the roof did not mess up my windows that he had just cleaned last week. I appreciated the time that Chris, the owner, gave me in explaining the roof treatment process and why it was important. Thanks guys. Good job.
