My service technicians were very professional, courteous and worked as a team. They are well trained, certified and experienced. They installed heating and cooling system in one day. They provided training on how to use the unit and how to do simple maintenance. I am very please with the products I purchased.

Never received a call back to view the job. Ended up using Eco Clima. They did a fine job.

Highly recommended! This is the fourth HVAC company we have used in our four years in Gallup. Never going back. Never even looking again. We had our entire heating unit replaced. They stayed true to the estimate, scheduled us fast, showed up on time, were cheerful, polite and professional while doing the work, and were great about communication. These guys are the best!

They made sure everything worked as it should by taking their time and checking everything. I am so happy with the AC system that was installed - no more sweating while sitting around! We live in an older home built on a concrete slab. The duct work was underneath the house and collapsed shortly after we moved in. We used a different company to install our HVAC and troubleshoot our ducts. That company did a horrible job. We called Universal because I did not trust the other guys. Sure enough, Bryan and his team at Universal quickly troubleshooted our issue and wasted no time getting started when we were ready. They completed the job on time even with undoing and redoing what the other guys messed up. We were fully informed of their progress. They listened to our concerns. They accommodated us in every way. They were all so very kind and willing to laugh. BONUS- they all wore masks! Big plus for me as I am chronically ill. We are so happy we chose Universal Air. We will only use them from here on out.

Owner Brian McDonald is awesome!He goes out of his way to help get the job done and done right..He help me with duct work issue I was having and I know others who have used his services and were completely blown away by how he cares about his customers and how its about people and not money...I recommend his business to everyone

Have called three days in a row now to get my office air conditioner looked at... For 3 days I've been told "we'll be there this afternoon"3 days I've been waiting with no call to say I'm sorry we can't make it. I work in a medical office and have seen 30 patients in 78 to 80 degrees. I'm so disappointed. I've used these guys in the past with great service and care. I don't want to call anyone else but I'm thinking I'm going to have to.

The guys that work for Universal Air and the owner are really nice. They are very professional. They work hard to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
