I had 14 windows washed, inside and out. Mildew was removed in the tracks. The windows were cleaned perfectly and there were no chemical smells afterward which was important to me. Tom also showed us what screens needed to be replaced and which window panes also needed to be replaced. He also gave us the name of a company that could do this for us. A very personable young man who did excellent work.

Tom cleaned the interior/exterior of our home windows, cleaned the gutters, and put granules on the roof to control moss growth. He was very professional the entire time and did an excellent job. I appreciate his time and efforts. I would definitely recommend.

This is our first spring in our home and when we decided to have the windows done, we naturally called every business in town for a quote. United was one of the first to respond, and once he arrived to take a look at the job, he immediately emailed a quote. While United was not the cheapest quote we received, nor was it the most expensive, he got the job because of his prompt, courteous service, friendly nature, and ability to point us to other examples of his work in our neighborhood. We absolutely did walk and check out all of our neighbors windows.

We were beyond pleased with working with Tom at United. He did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and windows! We have years of hard water stains built up on the exterior of some windows. He not only was able to remove a good 75% of them immediately, but his knowledge of the problem helped us come up with an action plan for further removal and prevention. His service is a great value for the money, and we will absolutely be hiring United regularly. We cannot recommend him enough!

Tom has some mad carpentry skills! We needed a catio (outdoor patio for cats) made for our cats. I really appreciate the time & effort into not only building an amazing outdoor space for our kitties but also the collaboration to turn my vision into a reality. He also did an amazing (and super fast!) job with replacing all the boards in the bridge which leads to our front door. I highly recommend.

Within a few days after contacting UWC, I received a bid and was scheduled within 2 weeks. Tom addressed all of my concerns about the condition of the roof and gutters. The roof, gutters, and windows were thoroughly cleaned, and when done everything was cleaned around the home. For the price, I don't think you can find anyone better. I highly recommend UWC and will certainly use them again.
