I had a disappointing experience with Eddie from United Roofing. He came to my rental property to assess a leak from the siding, initially giving me a quote of around $3,000. When I asked for a more affordable option due to the property's short-term status, he surprisingly dropped the quote to $650 with a one-year warranty, which I appreciated. He assured me the repairs could be done in just a few days.

However, after that initial meeting, my attempts to follow up were met with complete silence. Eddie ignored my calls and texts, even though his “read” notification indicated he had seen my messages. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating, especially with water leaking into my house—time was of the essence!

It felt like he wasn't genuinely interested in the job once he realized the lower price wasn’t worth his effort. If he didn’t want to proceed with the repairs, he should have been upfront about it instead of leaving me hanging. This experience highlighted a concerning lack of integrity in their business practices.

I ended up calling another local company that promptly addressed my needs. Buyer beware when dealing with United Roofing!

Siding and roof repair. Painting the exterior and other minor repairs. All done professionally. They have their own crew and they don't subcontract. We were happy with their sincerity and their attention to detail. Great experience. Will use again.

Eddie and his crew repaired some soffit and painted my house. Did a great job for a fair price. Highly recommend.
