Everything was good between snow and holiday it took a little longer but that wasn’t their doing over it was good

The United Group has been very professional in assisting me with my roof replacement. I thank them for all their efforts!!

After my roofing was done about an year ago I noticed some leakage on the ceiling. At first I thought it may be a plumbing issue but it turned out the exhaust pipe on the roof was leaking. I contacted United Group, and I was able to talk to a real person and she was able to set up inspection and repair next day. Cindy with United really kept up with the whole process and updated the progress. People came in on time and finished work on time. I am very happy and satisfied with the United services and desires for excellence.

To whom it may concern I want everybody to know that Cindy is a wonderful wonderful person she walked me and my mother through several steps to get our roof done.
Cindy called and left voice messages when she was unable to get in touch with me and I am very appreciative for her actions. She never gave up on me. If I had any questions or concerns about the roofing job Cindy would answer my questions clearly and the answer she gave me was right on point. I want to think the company for professionalism and a friendly person like Cindy to help me through the process. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family Thank you for everything.

Some reviews highlighted concerns about the customer service provided, and we experienced similar issues. They contacted my husband to sign a document for the project, which he completed via DocuSign. However, it turned out to be an HOA waiver, and now I need to replace the entire roof again. Elena called us, insisting that they bear no responsibility for this issue. To make matters worse, they provided us with a new quote that is not only higher than the original estimate but also more expensive than quotes from other companies. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Getting help from United Group was truly an incredible experience. Everyone I met and spoke to was professional and courteous. The entire process was seamless, from the initial meeting to the constant updates via phone calls and emails. I could tell that the entire team truly cares as they worked diligently and tirelessly to help me get a resolution. While we’re still waiting on the final step of the process, I have nothing but praise for United Group. Thanks to the team at United Group for your help!

I want to share my bad experience with this United group roofing..
First of all I was referred by my friend to this company, one year ago this company did roof work to my friend. And after one year I decided to change my roof and I decided to give a try to this company to do my roof. By reaching out to them. I was spoken with (“” Elena Manager”) and signed contract with them and didn’t know that previous manager no longer working there. :(((
Many staff was fired from this company and they changed policy…
I didn’t know it..
After I signed contract there was involved third company prestige to get approved by my home insurance.

What was told to me by Elena Manager that I need to pay my full deductible first before the insurance company will send them a check… But it’s wasn’t true..
prestige was cashed his part of 20% and the rest of the check his given to United Group Roofing. They took the check and cashed it without informing me… While I’m trying to asked Elena to split my payment of deductible in two checks..
she said to me that we can’t start working on your roof until you pay your full amount of deductible.

(“” which one year ago when my friend did with this company he didn’t pay his deductible until they finished his roof work”)

because the insurance company will not give us a check until I pay my part… mean while they already cashed my insurance check and didn’t inform me about…
I asked her after all this experience with her and knowing they already cashed my insurance check. I decided not to do my roof with this company. And then Elena manager start to be aggressive rude to me over the phone saying if you cancel, you will not get your money 25% back in rude way… I got upset and not trusting this company… I wish I didn’t reached out to them….
How can I be trust to this company when I already was speaking with not the same manager and policy? When my friend did his roof.. And me paying full amount and they already cashed my insurance check with inform me ?? how can I be sure they not going to disappear???

I don’t recommend this company to no one.. and if you decide to go with this company please read well your contract before you sign..

beware!!
This company may cause conflict between neighbors.

When I complained that the trees in my house were damaged due to my neighbor's roofing work, they promised to compensate me soon. (5 trees, 15 years)
However, I continued to call and leave messages for 3 weeks, but there was no response. (Business card phone number he gave me)
I was very disappointed and angry with the irresponsible United Georgia Roofing.

I'm considering roofing work on my house this month, but I want to avoid this company.

They are a liar and evasive company.

United Georgia Roofing is an exceptional roofing company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace their roof. What sets them apart from others is that not only did they do quality work on ******* using quality products but they took care of EVERYTHING. I only had to get my HOA approval and they did everything else. No hassle. They assigned me a personal adjuster that directly dealt with my insurance company's adjuster. They made everything clear every step of the way, verytransparent. Great communication. Very professional and friendly and as if that wasn't enough, I had two skylights replaced as well and they also did an excellent job on them also. Everything was finished in one day! Which is awesome for a 5000 sq ft house. They didnt nickel and dime me to death either and they were true to their quote, nothing hidden or added later. I cannot recommend them enough! My representative was Wilfredo. He was awesome! Thank you United! It was a pleasure doing business with you. I am one very happy customer! Again very high recommendations!

Our roof replacement began with a call to United after I found pieces of shingles in my yard. Diego came out, flew his drone and spotted missing shingles on one side of our roof, which was not visible from our yard.

At my request he met with the insurance adjuster on a Saturday in late August 2023. Photos of the drone were shown to the adjuster and a visual inspection was conducted again but with the adjuster.

As it turns out, I had a roof with contractor grade shingles, which did not meet the standards of today’s roof. The decision was made by the adjuster after reviewing the video. That the roof should be replaced. Within the next two weeks united started the job of replacing my roof.

As a special request, I asked Diego to fly his drone and take photos of the So I had them for my records. He happily obliged. The job was completed in approximately two days after Opportunity Labor Day of 2023.

The quality of the work performed by United and their service representative, Diego, went well beyond my expectations. I highly recommend United Georgia Roofing.

Great experience, they help me a lot with my denied claim recently, in less than a month they filed a claim, got it approved and I have a new roof before Christmas❤️❤️❤️

1) They keep knocking my door, even though I live in a non solicitation HOA.
2) they keep saying I need to replace my roof because it is damaged (4 times so far), but when I get it inspected by professionals, no issues were identified

Don't fall for their free roof replacement. They r charging the insurance way more than a regular roofer would charge, which raises ur premium. so u end up paying for the roof replacement from your pocket eventually

As a realtor and homeowner, I feel absolutely blessed to have UGR in my network. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

My main point of contact is Carmen who is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She has an eye for what homes need new roofs, and what homes are good for a while longer. As nice as she is, she will go to bat for her clients to get roof replacements approved by the insurance company so the homeowner only has to pay the deductible.

Everyone on her team is respectful, communicative, honest, and punctual. When my roof was getting done, the process was very smooth and linear.
1. Initial assessment - they looked at the interior and exterior and took pictures from the ground. They also gathered my insurance info
2. Schematic - they drew floorplans of rooms with any damage
3. Insurance inspection - my insurance company's rep came with a public adjuster to represent me (UGR works closely with public adjusters)
4. Approval notification - my insurance company sent me a letter of approval, and I notified UGR
5. Pay deductible, select color, & schedule
6. Dumpster and materials delivery
7. Roof installation & interior painting (completed same day!)

I absolutely trust them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone. Their prices are fair and calculated by the size of the roof, and type of shingles. If a homeowner is going through their insurance, they only have to pay the deductible.

If you want a new roof, I would call them first.

Diego and his team were very efficient. The work was done in a timely manner, and I didn’t have to do much. They took care of it all, and my roof looks amazing. I would recommend this company, Diego and his team. Thank you.

This company is amazing, they came to my neighborhood letting me be aware of storm damages that happened due to the last storm and were able to get my claim with my insurance approved for a full roof replacement. They offer me the best shingles in the market, Timberline HDZ and many upgrade as better felt paper and better than what the insurance paid for. They were very professional and understanding and communicative. I will recommend as they are GAF certified and BBB certified as a B+. They are the best warranty on the roof from GAF and delivered professional and everything legally not like other contractor.

Point is I recommend as they have MANY testimonials and PROOF of many homeowners they have worked for in many neighborhoods. ✅✅✅

I got the Ad from the mail. It said free inspection so I decided to give them a call. Diego came with their inspector and found the damage; he told me they found wind damage & hail damage on the roof. So he said they will process with my insurance company. Everything went smoothly.

I was very happy and referred to several friends of mine. I’m highly recommend this company. They are very honest and professional.

This company goes door to door soliciting. They've come to our house on numerous occasions and I've told them every time that we do not need a new roof!! Each of our neighbors have the same flyer with the same damage reported. Coincidence huh? Stop coming to our house. We live in a non-solicting gated neighborhood.

No joke goes door to door in a neighborhood that states "no solicitation" and knocks multiple times during the day to sell their roofing work. Not cool. Not saying you don't do great work, but having your employee's barrage people to get work isn't the answer. Hope you find a way to work on that.

Edit: LOL. Yeah, I am sure people are thrilled to hear about you coming door to door at all hours of the day (up until 7PM mind you) and trying to get the "damages" covered by insurance. Don't send people door to door, especially to random people's houses.

The fact that people come to your door and tell you your insurance will pay for a new roof turns me off every single time. Yes we're aware that roofers like this hike prices because its going through the insurance. We don't need a reminder....secondly the fact that I have your flier and looked through your reviews only to notice a response to each positive review but no response nor apology to your negative reviews says a lot about the company. I will for sure pass on this company.

It was an absolute pleasure working with United Georgia Roofing! Their representative Jimmy was 100% professional from start to finish. The project manager,Ms. Stephanie, was very professional and demonstrated integrity, staying with the process from beginning through to completion and answered all our questions professionally and pleasantly .She remained on site while the roofers worked, supervising the process as needed and making herself available to get supplies etc as needed.to was admirable.
The roofing was completed in one day.Our property was left as clean as how they found it.

They are very professional. They are efficient and finished my roof in 1.5 days. After they finished, they cleaned up my yard nicely. Emmanuel Bravo was great and very responsive and helped me with all the insurance claims.

Astrid did a great job and was very responsive. She was the one who looked at our roof and recommended roof shingles replacement. We proceeded further and our insurance also agreed on the replacement needs . Astrid got our roof replaced immediately. I recommend Astrid and United Georgia Roofing for any roofing needs.

Subsequent to a hail stormy in June 2020, Georgia United Roofing has replaced the roofs on 20+ roofs in our neighborhood, including ours. The Project Manger on our roof was Jimmy Montiel, we could not ask for a more professional experience. Jimmy explained the process from start to finish. Worked with our insurance adjustor, met the adjustor on site. Further explained the process, provided the roofing samples. Eventually the crew showed up at 0630 AM on the day of installation and completed the tear off and installation of 38 squares in one day. Did an excellent clean up job. I have spoken to several of our neighbors regarding their experience. We all agree this was the most seamless installation possible. Thanks to Jimmy and United Georgia Roofing for a great job.

THIS is an unforgettable BAD experience with this roofer! First the Sale person Jimmy Montiel got my husband (who has mentally issue) to sign an agreement (without explanation). Jimmy said is for them to send in to start an insurance claim. We didn't realized that by signing that agreement they are entitled your whole entire project if Insurance approved the claim. So we did the roof, then Jimmy will not give you the invoice for the roof, just said to give him the first check. However, this is a scamp!!! The work maybe okay, but the business is shady! We decided not to give the entire project to some company we don't trust!! - My Story. and it is not finish yet...

“This has to be the WORST roofing company you could ever use in your entire life! Stay so far away from this company if you want to keep your sanity!
The project manager we were assigned to is Jimmy Montiel and he made us sign a contract before even inspecting our roof stating that we had to go with them if insurance approved our claim for our roof replacement. We had known someone with a positive experience, so although this was unsettling we decided to proceed. Down the road our insurance approves our claim for a roof replacement and some interior repairs. Jimmy then adds later that the interior work HAS to be done by them and we have no option to go with a ceiling expert for that work as their contract locks us down to using them. We explain that we understood the contract to be only a roofing contract and the office manager David kindly lets us out of that portion of the agreement as it was very misleading to any consumer. We wait several days after our roof installation trying to get a final invoice from the company while our project manager is basically harassing us to pay via text. We call numerous times to insurance and they say our roofers have not provided what is needed to release our second payment and that the roofers are also trying to get additional costs added to our bill for "upgrades". A couple days later after calling daily to United GA Roofing & our insurance we finally get our invoice and pay same day our invoice via the Paypal option on their site. We then get an email a day later from their office staff saying our payment was unacceptable and we could not pay via Paypal and had to pay via wire transfer due to fees. WHY HAVE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE THEN?!!! They then demand we try to stop payment although it has already processed and pay them AGAIN via wire. Otherwise, they are going to bill us for the PayPal fee they had to pay on their side!

This is where we are now and they are also withholding our warranty information as collateral from us. “

I worked with Astrid to replace our roof and I am very pleased with whole experience. Astrid made the process very easy for us and hassle free! She was more than helpful and involved through the entire process. I was very impressed with everything from start to finish.

What can I say, this company did both my roof, repaired my siding, and painted my whole house. They did it fast, efficiently, and with great care and professionalism. They made my house the best looking house in my community. I would use them again!!! The cost was better than most and they work with you through the entire process. Just awesome!!!
