We've owned a home for 10 years now and I can honestly say that Orlando and HF Roofing has been one of, if not the best, companies we have ever worked with. Even before Orlando came out to provide an estimate, his communications were better than the other roofers we contacted. Then, he showed up on time for the estimate, provided it within days, and got us on the schedule quickly.

That's all before the work started, and it only got better.

The crew did our entire roof, including replacing a good amount of rotted wood, and new siding in just about a day and a half. That causes a lot of debris when you are ripping up 70 year old wood/siding, and yet I haven't found one piece of material in the yard or flower beds. Their cleanup was amazing. They also protected our flowers/shrubs/trees perfectly.

As for how the work turned out, the roof and siding exceeded our expectations. It all looks amazing.

HF Roofing did a fantastic job of replacing my roof. It was a difficult 2-day roofing job due to multiple roof elevations and steep slopes that required working from ladders much of the time. The quality of the work was excellent. I found HF roofing to be friendly, communicative, and fairly priced. The work was during a very rainy April and HF Roofing was continually in touch with me to update me on the start date. I would highly recommend them if you need any roof work done.

The folks from HF were very up front and descriptive about what they were going to do to get rid of our old roof and install a new one. Their pricing also was transparent and fair. Professional company and roof for an affordable price. I had Hf replace my entire roof. Called them out to get a quote and the owner came out and accommodated my schedule. He went over what needed to be done and gave a great quote. I asked more details on the materials and what the work consisted of and he seemed knowledgeable. I went ahead and scheduled the work for next week. The owner confirmed coming out the day before and his crew came out on time. The crew was very courteous and professional, they brought their own trash trailer and setup multiple tarps and mats to protect the property. They completed the teardown and install in one day on my townhome. The crew payed attention to the small details, which is a great indication they were experienced and have been doing this type of work for for a long time. I would definitely use Hf again in the future.

I had a great experience with HF Roofing. One of our skylights was leaking. We were considering replacing the skylight, but the team at HF was very honest and guided us to a very cheap repair (seal it well with silicone). You do not always get honest contractors, but HF certainly bring integrity to their work. They also were very responsive via text and were available to come out and help us immediately. We will certainly keep working with HF for future roofing needs.

Affordable new roof and excellent quality materials and service! I'm more than happy with HF Roofing. My roof was over 20 years old and it was time for a new roof. Herbert (the owner) came out to see if there was any water damage in my attic and climbed on top of the roof for an inspection as well. I had a few plywood with water damaged that were replaced along with a brand new roof, new gutters and gutter guards all at an affordable price in my opinion. They did an excellent job! Herbert even came back out the following day to do a final inspection after the work was complete by his workers. Heriberto went on our roof, took some measurements, inspected it and called our attention to the hot spots that will require immediate attention, discussed material choices and options, educated us on the complete roof system he was going to install for a long lasting experience and satisfaction, and sent us a complete description with details of what will be done each step of the roof replacement process. Heriberto came with samples for us to select our shingles. We picked our color. The next day, he sent us suggestions to look into the designer shingles because they will provide a better color accent for our roof, shutters, and siding. All 5 stars! We could not be more pleased with our roof and HF Roofing Company. Herbert came the same day I reached out on the internet for roofers. He is kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He first quoted only on what I asked for, not trying to sell me more. As we discussed our situation further, and I asked questions about our roof and skylights, only then did he tell me about his further observations when he personally walked and examined our roof. We agreed to upgrade (our choice) to replace all 10 of our leaking skylights, and to a better quality shingle. His final price was less than other roofers quoted with no skylight replacements. Herbert visited us two or three more times with information and samples of materials. He was on hand for day one of the job, even coming indoors to spread dropcloths under the skylights as they were replaced. Herbert took photos as the work progressed, and shared them with me as they went along. The crew did perfect cleanup inside and out each day, and did a beautiful job. They re-roofed our 10x12 shed to match the house at minimal additional cost.

Stop. Don't waste your time contacting any other roofing contractor. HF just replaced a roof for me. I called to ask about an estimate. HF roofing came out asap, gave an estimate and provided photos from the roof to show me what the issues were. I had this leak repaired before and now with bad weather it was right back. I wanted someone more professional do the work this time. I had a roof leak after a thunderstorm a month ago. The same leak was acutally repaired by another contractor just over a year ago. I called HF Roofing and the owner Heriberto came out, provided an estimate, and had his workers replaced the susceptible pieces of sidings and shingles all on the same day! He also provided a 3-year warranty on his repair. Finding a reliable and reponsive contractor is not easy nowadays. I would not hesitate to hire HF Roofing again for any future roof related work.

Working with HF Roofing was a fantastic experience for me in what was otherwise an unnecessarily difficult situation. After hoping to enlist a roofing company for a simple roof leak repair through Homeadvisers - I was met with a torrent of phone calls by other roofers soliciting my personal information - only to be told at the end that they did not repair leaks, but would replace my roof - by the way, my roof is about 8-years-old. I was insulted by the fact that of the multitude of professional roofers I called, none were willing to come out and do a simple fix. He stopped by, got on his ladder, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He told me the fix was so easy that he wouldn't charge me for it. After fixing the leak, he did a detailed walk all along my roof and checked for any potential problem areas. He stayed and we chatted for another 20-minutes. He showed me pictures of all the work he did on other roofs and reflected the pride he had working in this industry for over 20-years. I mentioned my frustrations with the other roofers and he said that's part of he business, but he liked to do "good things for people". I'm not one to post reviews but when you have an issue and are seeking advice and estimates it's only fair that the company be respectful of your time and communicate properly. Unfortunately, I did not get that with this company. I have reached out twice for two separate quotes with this company and both times they were a no show. Truly disappointing.

Background: When it came to the day of my appointment, the Contractor was a no show. When I called the contractor back to see why they did not show up, they said someone was supposed to be at my house and they would call me back. Unfortunately, they never called back.

Again, this is the second time I have contacted this company for estimates and this is the second time they have failed to show up after scheduling an appointment.
With regards to my previous estimate, after they no showed, I called several times and kept getting the same response "someone was supposed to be there". When they finally they came out , will say they quoted me less than their competitors, however, because of the no show, giving me the run around and lack of communication I decided to go with a slightly higher company. It's horrible when you schedule an appointment with someone and they have no consideration of your time. Unfortunately, I will not be contacting this company in the future. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Lesson learned! :(

HF Roofing did a great job on our roof! We live in a 3 story townhouse and our roof is over 40ft high, but it was no problem for them. They completely replaced our entire roof including 11 boards in 1 day. They were on time, very nice, professional and very reasonable as far as price. I am in the construction field, so I was very impressed to see the workmanship on the roof; it was flawless. They even angled my gutter, so that it could drain properly. I can highly recommend this company. Yesterday during a chimney inspection the technician discovered that an animal (raccoon likely) had damaged my roof. Since this repair involved a different contractor, I googled and found HF Roofing. Mr. Flores answered the phone personally and he was able to come and execute the repair early the next morning. He was kind enough to check the attic to make sure that no animal was present before affecting the repair. He’s a local person which I like to deal with. He was prompt and professional and I believe his work was comprehensive. I’m going to have him come back and install gutter guards when the dust clears from this current set of repairs.

This review is for a roof replacement in July 2019. Mr. Flores was highly responsive, scheduling a visit quickly and thoroughly inspecting the roof. He made excellent recommendations on shingle type and color. His crew was highly professional and efficient, completing the replacement in a day and a half.
