This company has done an absolutely stellar job. United Construction Solutions has handled five projects for my husband and I over the last few years which included a home addition, basement remodel, and three roof replacements via insurance payouts.Our neighbor who has also worked with United on several projects gave us their contact info and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
When they provided the first estimate and sat us down explaining everything, not missing a single detail I knew we were in good hands. Chris K was the point of contact and he made sure everything was crystal clear and what to expect. We was our first interior remodel and I quite frankly was worrying non stop something was going to go wrong or it wouldn’t be finished in the time that was promised, I tend to be an over thinker. To my surprise, the United team was shockingly quick and clean. We did have several dust containment areas setup but the dust and cleanup was professionally done. I told the crew they didn’t need to wear foot booties in my house, but they insisted and I did appreciate the effort.

I hired united construction solutions to perform fire restoration services for my home. Initially the project manager appeared he'd be able to help get my family back in our home, but after he looked at my insurance policy he saw an opportunity for his company to make more money. My experience was the equivalent of going to the mechanic to get tires and leaving with a new muffler that you didn't need in the first place. They took advantage of the situation and gut my kitchen and did not touch the room with the fire then had the audacity to ask for more money before touching then room with the fire. I am assuming the five star reviews were made by family members. My situation when from bad to worst dealing with them.

Matt, Chris, and all the folks at United Construction Solutions were a lifesaver when my home was damaged by my upstairs neighbor's overflowing toilet. They were prompt with returning calls, and always had answers for my questions or concerns at any time of day. They willingly took on my insurance company and fought for me when the company tried to undersell the damage and completed the whole project including demolition, drywall, and flooring beyond my expectations. They made sure that everything matched and looked better than it was before and paid attention to the little details that makes a house a home. Any concerns I had were always handled excellently and in quick fashion. I would definitely recommend United Construction Solutions and Matt Laiben for any of your water damage needs!!!
