Howard Roofing recently completed multiple repairs on my home caused by storm damage including a new upgraded roof. Ultimately four separate crews that specialized in certain facets worked on my home. From Jake, the original estimator, and including each crew, they were ALL highly skilled and professional. They also went above and beyond by finding AND repairing (at no extra cost) a couple necessary repairs not even included in the original scope of work. They even sent out a quality inspector to inspect my home to ensure the work met their own lofty standards. I highly recommend Howard Roofing. 5 stars does not seem adequate!

I normally don't write reviews but Howard Roofing did an amazing job on our roof and my Mom's roof replacement in Wentzville, Mo. They were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. The complete process was smooth, beginning to completion. All of the people at Howard Roofing are very responsive to questions and always followed up with “is there anything else I can help you with”. I had an issue with my insurance company, long after the roof was on and the roof was paid for. I called Darryl and he was very understanding and went out of his way to resolve my problem, he went above and beyond. I thank Darryl, Deanna and the rest of the team at Howard Roofing for making my roof experience on our roof and my Mom’s roof topnotch.

Would not recommend this company. We have had no communication and it’s been 2 months. Our roof is grey rather than the black we chose. Our neighbor got his roof with a different company and it’s black like we wanted. Everyone on our street chose a different company and their houses are DONE! I don’t think they put the right color roof on our house. Our fascia is still not fixed. Our AC and shutters are not fixed. The gutter people came out of the blue. No phone call they were going to show up. Just woke up to the loudest noise on our roof. I urge you to stay away from this company. We have no ETA on our fascia because the person who does it is working on a condominium which is more important and more money so we will be brushed off. We should have went with the company everyone else went with!!! $7,400 to this company, NEVER AGAIN. Go with Boyster! That’s how did our whole street and who we should have chose from the beginning!

My insurance company directed me to this company only to be told they do not do siding which they clearly show they do on there website. The lady I spoke with acted like she didn’t even want my business. I’ll make sure to let my insurgence company know this is not a place they should recommend since they can’t do anything but roofs and it takes 2 months for an estimate.

I consider Howard Roof to be the only roofing company in town. Their responsiveness and attention to detail are the best I have seen. Even the management gets very involved in the entire process. If you have an issue, consider it done.

Jake Bell, from Howard Corporation, came to our home to investigate what I thought was a leak in our roof. After thoroughly checking out our roof, Jake determined the roof looked very good and was intact. Being we still had a leak, Jake went above and beyond to troubleshoot the source of the leak and he was able to determine it was our plumbing i.e. rainwater would run down the vent stack protruding from the roof and leak via a crack the PVC or a loose PVC joint within the walls of our home. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Jake and Howard Corporation for helping us identify the source of our leak. We’ll be calling a plumber for our pipe leak. We’ll be reaching out to Howard Corporation in the future for any our roofing needs.

I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with the job Howard Roofing did I wanted to share my experience. My Estimator Brent went above and beyond in working with my insurance company after a storm. He met the insurance adjuster at my home on very short notice so he could be there during their inspection. The crew that installed the roof were friendly and did a great job from start to cleanup all in one day! The office staff was also friendly and professional.

Howard Roofing did an amazing job with installing our new roof. They also took the time to answer my questions without rushing through or making me feel like I should know already. Highly recommend them.

Howard Roofing earned loyal lifetime clients today. We had a leak in a ceiling and a friend suggested Howard. We called and had an appointment for an estimator the next day. Jake, our estimator was on time, professional, and super friendly. His inspection was thorough, he explained everything clearly and he was able to make a fix for us same day!

The roof installers came at 6:30 in the morning and worked until dark. It was a large crew and they were very professional. I was very happy with the finished job and love my new roof. The whole process went very smoothly from the appraisal to the final inspection. I would recommend using Howard Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

So happy with the customer service of Howard Roofing. They installed our roof in 2017 and when I called for a repair (due to a raccoon visit, not workmanship or materials) they they were professional and timely. While there, they even did a quick walk around just to verify everything else was up to standard.

I can't believe how easy it was to work with the Howard folks. Everything they said that they would do, was done. The clean up was perfect. All of the workers were friendly and professional. I knew that I got a great job, when I saw some of the workers picking up small bits of material on their hands and knees . The roof looks great, the flashing looks great. This job was well worth every penny. This is an A+ company.

Howard Roofing & Home Improvements (HR&HI) was recommended to me by a friend. I couldn't be more pleased with their services. Our zip code was hit pretty hard with a hail storm. HR&HI's response throughout the entire process was phenomenal. The communication is excellent, the teams for each process were fantastic, the product recommendations, and the follow-up were amazing. If I sound overzealous it's because we haven't had good customer service with anything lately because of COVID this and COVID that...and it was such a joy to work with someone who actually cared about our home and any concerns that we had. Most of my concerns were interpreting the proposals between them and my insurance company. They explained everything to me. I was a little nervous about the whole process. Howard was there for us all the way. I called them based on a referral and it was an excellent referral.

Howard Home Improvement does outstanding work. They worked directly with our home owners' insurance. They stand by their work for the life of the work they've done. They're the standard by which I judge home repair.

From the very beginning of the process Darryl St.John was super knowledgeable with handling our storm damage claim with our insurance company! He fought for us to get every penny we deserved from them! He was always very responsive and returned calls and emails very quickly! The material selection process was smooth and he provided all samples we needed to re-do our entire exterior of our home! The crew in the field was excellent and communication was awesome from them! Our overall experience was perfection from start to finish and our home is better than ever!! Wonderful to work with! We were dropped from our insurance carrier shortly after submitting a claim for hail damage. They worked diligently to get the estimate pushed through and the roof repaired in time for us to pick up with a new insurance carrier.

Howard Roofing was recommended by my insurance company after my house was damaged in a hail storm. They were very responsive from the first call through the completion of the project. They worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure the damages were accurately identified. This included the need for a complete roof and gutter replacement. Once the insurance adjuster agreed to a settlement, Howard roofing moved rapidly to get my roof replaced and even installed a temporary patch to prevent the roof from leaking until the final roof was installed. They worked within the estimate amount and completed all of the work professionally and on time. They even completed their own final inspection and punch list items to ensure the job was done right. The cleanup was thorough. I highly recommend Howard Roofing for any roofing job.

This company did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. This is my second experience with this company and I've been very pleased both times.

So we contacted this place on March 30th to have them send someone out to give us an estimate. April 13th the man named guy finally calls and says he'll be out later that day. He comes out let's us know what needs to be done and says we should receive a call or email with our quote. June 4th now and I have to call and ask the lady who answers their business phone number where are quote is and why we haven't received it yet she looks us up and apparently guy never gave them and info about our house since he was here . So she says he will call me and give me my quote. He calls finally 3 days later and says he'd be out to measure our roof guess he didn't do that the first time he was here like he should have and would give us our quote by end of week. We'll guess what guy it's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard from you. It's June 19th now. I'm fed up with this place they are so unorganized. I do not recommend this place unless you like your time wasted

I was impressed with everyone and everything connected to Howard Roofing. From the first meeting with Brent Cooper until his last visit to pick up a final check was flawless. I would highly recommend Howard Roofing to everyone.

The quality of the roof/skylight is great. The roof looks awesome. However, there seems to be an issue in communicating to their customers (unless this was just me). Initially I got my bid and picked out a color. I just assumed they would call me when the supplies came in to set up a date. The estimate says 30% down to schedule. However, on a Friday afternoon I just hear footsteps and banging on one end of the house. The supplies were being dropped off without anyone notifying me they were here. I assume based on supplies being dropped off that someone will call Monday to schedule a day for my roof replacement. Instead I'm woken up at 6:20am on Monday by my doorbell and dog barking. A gentleman said that he was here to start the roof and if I needed my car, I should move it since the driveway would be blocked in. Since I work from home, I actually had to cancel virtual trainings I was setup to instruct that day because the sound of the roof was too loud. If I had been given a heads up that it was being done that day, I would've moved my meetings to another day ahead of time or arranged to work on campus. The roof was finished and no one knocked on the door to say they were done. Then a few days later I get a bill that is two thousand dollars more than my initial quote. It does say on the estimate that plywood replacement is $80 more per piece, but no one told me that day or called me later to tell me that they had to replace 27. A little bit of a notification on all these things above would've been nice instead of me finding out literally last minute. The quality of the roof is very nice, but there is room for improvement with the communication to customers.
