Just finished my roof during a cold and windy week. I was amazed that they could work under the conditions. Condition of old roof much worse than anticipated. Lots of rot uncovered. We called Shelby after we realized a summer hailstorm damaged our one year old ‘hail resistant roof’ badly enough to let tons of water rain into a bedroom. Lisa Galina came out to inspect and helped us by patching the open holes in our ridge vent right on the spot and then helping us through the process of getting the roof replaced and the interior repairs completed. She worked with our insurance company to ensure we had everything necessary to get the job done right this time. We are very happy with the work and I would call Lisa again anytime we had a roofing issue!

She helped me select the right roof, gave me direct recommendations on color from her insight into how things would appear in real life when on the roof and helped me get the gutters I wanted to replace as well. We had a roof installed 3 years ago by Shelby Roofing. We had a problem with a bathroom roof vent flap . They had a full schedule with all of the recent storm damage to homes in the area. The owner explained that they guarantee their roofs and that I had a problem and it would be addressed. Keith and another coworker came out and made the necessary repairs. Says a lot about their company and owner. I thought for sure we would have a hassle getting our problem taken care of since it was several years after the install. Shelby Roofing does good work and backs that work . Try them, you won’t be disappointed. Ask for Keith.

I cannot say enough about Shelby Roofing & Exteriors with a special shout out to Lisa. If there's anyone who will 1000% go to bat for you when dealing with Insurance Companies (in my case State Farm), it's Lisa. Her professionalism, staying true the cause and going above and beyond for her customers has set the tone for the incredible work to my home replacing both roof, siding, gutters and all the in between. She has raised every bar in the roofing and exterior business (in my opinion).

I initially had some siding damage and when I called Shelby Roofing for help, Lisa quickly came out to do a small repair to lesson any further damage until they could do the full repair. This is truly putting the customers first. She is very responsive, never have to wait for a follow-up or just an answer to a simple question. She makes you feel like you're the only customer (even though we know we're not :-) ). She's very thorough and honest.

I called Shelby roofing to give me a second opinion on supposed storm damage another company had told me I had, Lisa came out and she was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and was very honest. She told me the complete opposite of what the other company had said (confirming my suspicions that they were just looking to get a check) which i very much appreciated. I may not have had to use them to put an actual roof on my house this go around, but they will definitely be my first pick for when I do really need one in the future just based on her honesty alone.

Keith Anderson checked out my 28 year old roof when we noticed signs of water damage on a ceiling. He found a couple spots where nails/flashing had worked loose and caulked them as a stopgap measure but gave us an estimate on a new roof. He was great at explaining the details of the estimate and answering all our questions. The installation took a little over a day and the workers did a great job. I actually got Keith’s card from my mother after she had a good experience with them. I’ll pass on his information when anybody I know is looking for roofing recommendations.

Shelby Roofing has done two projects on our home in three years. We had a leak and they found that a prior roofer did not roof it properly. They fixed the problem and repaired all the exterior damage. The second project was when a tree fell on our home. They helped us find a contractor to remove the tree and worked with us every step of the way with our insurance company. They fixed the roof, soffit, fascia, siding and gutters. They are always professional and communicate very well from their administrative staff, estimator, and project management. We said it the first time and will say it again: Shelby Roofing is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with over our many years of home ownership. They are the best!

Recently had my siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, roof repair and additional exterior projects completed by Shelby Roofing! The entire process was so smooth and easy! With the storms we had recently we wanted our roof checked. After we made our appointment they kept in touch, called an hour before, and were on time. The inspector, Luke, gave us an honest assessment of the roof and even fixed a minor issue on the spot. He also answered any questions we had. Strongly recommend and would use again.

I called Shelby Roofing a few months ago because we had a strange leak. We have 2 stories, but the leak was only coming in at one place on the first floor and not every time that it rained. I wasn't feeling confident that anyone would be able to find it. Keith came out and inspected our roof and informed us that the roof was in good shape and everything looked good but there was one spot where part of the second floor joined the first floor that looked like it needed sealed. He showed us a picture and it wasn't actually part of the roof. He sealed it with some super duper sealer and that did the trick. Keith could have charged us for the repair and I would have expected to pay but he didn't. I waited a few months to write this review to make sure that solved the problem. It was nice to have a company come out and not try to sell us something that we didn't need. I feel confident that I can trust this company and will always call them if I need any of the services that they provide.

This past week,Keith A from Shelby Roofing came out to our house to fix 2 siding panels that came loose due to a recent storm.We were very pleased with his skill and professionalism..

Luke came out and inspected our roof and HVAC stack as we noticed some moisture and potential leaking in our attic and on ceiling. Noticed we needed new sealant around our HVAC stack, which he immediately took care. Luke was great to explain what he saw and what he recommended to fix our issue.

I called to get a bid on fixing some shingles where the people that put my roof on six years ago messed it up. Christian came to my house and looked at it, gave me a fair price and fixed it himself immediately. Can’t say enough great things about the guy. Definitely use them if you need anything done.

I had a roof approaching the end of its life. Instead of waiting for an issue, or praying for hail damage, my wife and I decided to be proactive and replace it. Since it wasn't urgent, we took our time to research companies and get multiple quotes (all of the quotes came in around the same price). We ended up signing with Shelby Roofing and Exteriors for a new roof, gutters, and siding, and have been thoroughly pleased with that decision.

Their commitment to wonderful customer service was evident from the moment I called for a quote and has extended to after the job was completed. What stood out immediately to me was with the estimate. Other companies spent maybe 15 minutes at my house and handed me a quote. Luke from Shelby on the other hand took his time to evaluate everything very thoroughly and made me feel like everything was getting thought through. After that he sat down with me, went over the quote, options, and material until I had all of my questions answered. What really stood out was when he asked for my business and the opportunity to discuss it further if I was considering any other companies quotes.

From there communication was great about planning, and dates. I worked with Eric on those, and like Luke before he was exceptional the entire way through. With every job he came to talk to me, review the work, and then came back to inspect and answer questions. He helped me get everything arranged to what I would say is the ideal setup for my house. Even after everything was done, I was able to reach out to Eric about help with an elbow on my gutter that I wanted to add, and he was out the next morning getting it set up.

The crews that came out to do the jobs were great. They worked hard and late to get things done. I am a stickler for things getting done correctly, and I can honestly say they exceeded these expectations.

We cannot be happier with the decision to go with Shelby. While price is always a consideration, it is the customer service and workmanship that puts them far above and beyond other companies. When dealing with them you will feel important, understood, and left feeling confident of your decision. If you are in need of work that they can do, you cannot go wrong by calling them. Everything was exceptional, and they have a lifetime customer who will give out their name as a referral.

When you are jolted awake at 4am by a crashing sound this is never a good thing and during a July storm for us this was the sound of a large portion of a tree falling on our roof. We filed a claim with our insurance and began hunting for a company who could manage the repair. Several companies refused to come out until the insurance company inspected the roof, others came our and gave flimsy estimates, others said the work was too extensive for them. Keith from Shelby came out and first thing he said was we needed a proper tarp and spent many hours up on the roof making sure we could avoid leaks. This was only the beginning of their work, as they met the first insurance estimator who had no idea what they were doing and suggested a very minor repair overlooking significant structural damage. Shelby roofing stayed on top of our insurance company and eventually arranged for a re inspection and full payment of our costs. Once that was secured, they scheduled the repairs even during the cold of winter and I am happy to report my roof is now better than ever. Keith and the entire Shelby team were professional and wonderful to work with and most importantly never gave up despite the roadblocks our insurance company kept creating. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly.

Kieth came out to to at my house to qualify my roof for my insurance policy. I was thinking I was going to need a full roof. Thankfully it is not at that point yet. I called Shelby Roofing after seeing a sign in the neighborhood and was not disappointed. Keith A. at Shelby Roofing was extremely professional and helped me diagnose what work needed to be done, which included removing a non-functional chimney and repairing the hole as well as installation of gutter guards. The work was quick, high quality, and at reasonable cost. Afterwards, I called Keith with a question about my roof and he came by to look in the attic to diagnose if it was a roof issue or not. He gave me an honest answer instead of selling me work that I didn't need. I appreciate the way they do business and cannot recommend Shelby Roofing enough for honest, professional, and affordable roof and gutter repair/installation!

The team is extremely courteous and will let you know what's what. I had a small issue on my roof and was intimidated at the thought of repairing it myself. I had an agent come in for a free inspection and inspect it, let me know that it really wouldn't be that hard to fix, but that they have a minimum cost amount if they were to fix it. He also found some other issues I hadn't considered, which was nice.

Considering it was only a few shingles, I took that new confidence and fixed the issue myself. They called me back later to check in to see how everything was going, which was very kind of them.

We contacted Shelby to replace our 15 year old roof. They came out, did a thorough inspection and provided photos and explanations of the issues on the roof and how they would correct the deficiencies in the new installation. Said we were about 5 weeks out due to supply issues, but they were able to schedule it within 2 weeks. We were having flooring installed the same week and they worked with us on delivery to get both projects completed. Very competitive on price, and the crew they sent out was very professional and completed the work in a day. Did a post-installation walk around with us and contacted us twice afterward to ensure there were no issues.

Couldn’t have been more satisfied with Shelby Roofing. Jeremy took care of some minor siding and soffit repair needed as a result of recent storms. I called one afternoon for an estimate, and they were there to take a look the next day (after I got off of work). Jeremy Mills helped us select, order and install new gutter guards. Leaves and seeds were always stuck in our old guards. They really didn’t keep much out. The new ones have been in for about a month and nothing is getting stuck so far! Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Shelby Roofing was great from start to finish. We had a leak inside our home, but the cause/source wasn’t clear. Christian offered a few different solutions that could likely resolve the problem, depending on how thorough we wanted to be. It was obvious he was being honest and not trying to up-sell us. Great experience from start to finish. Fast and thorough getting an estimate, work was scheduled and done within the month despite rain and low temperatures. The crew did an excellent job removing old damaged shingles and supporting wood. I felt they took the time to do it right, as it was an unusual section of roofing connecting the original house to additions. Clean up was fantastic as well. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.
