Casey Exteriors has replaced our roof twice in the past 20 years due to hail damage. The guys are hardworking, show up on time and clean up before leaving. I've recommended them to family and friends over the years and they are wonderful.

A great experience from start to finish. Casey fixed our roof (when another contractor wanted to replace the whole thing), replaced our siding and our under porch ceiling. Casey Exteriors was the first company I thought of to fix the storm damage that occurred on March 14. Casey had done our last roof and did our siding several years ago. We were very pleased with those two projects so we wanted them for these repairs. The process was so easy and we're extremely happy with the finished product. Bill and Blake were great to work with. Casey Exteriors is reliable and professional. They replaced the roof on my house and my parent's house as well. Last week they replaced six windows on my house. I gladly share their phone number for anyone who needs a roof, windows, or siding.

I was very upset when a hail storm damaged my home. Mr. Casey met with me personally. He understood this little house is my biggest investment. He made upgrades important to me affordable. Skilled craftsmen did the work. There was a short delay in completion due to a supply issue. The office manager called, apologized for the delay and explained Casey Exteriors would not use equipment or supplies on my home that do not meet their high standards. They treat you like famiIy. I am very pleased with the way my house looks now that all the work is completed.

Don't go with them. Another company that doesn't stand by its product and work. Bought a house last year with a roof that was put on in 2022. Seller said it was transferable found out today it wasn't. And instead of being stand up company that stands by its work and product ....instead hides behind some contract.....

Nothing has been done to it or added to it, or altered. So it should still be honored. Shame on them

I needed a new roof on my south city 1925-era home. Not because of damage, just because of age, so this was 100% on me, not the insurance company. As a starting point, Casey Exteriors was recommended to me by an acquaintance who happens to be a well-respected home inspector in the St. Louis area. That said, I did my due diligence and attempted to get five bids, of which I received three. Casey and one other were very close to each other, and both came in lower than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The other way to interpret this is that Casey Exteriors is very competitive with their pricing. I mean this in a good way.

Even without the recommendation from a trusted source, Casey Exteriors would have been my choice. Of the three contractors who came onsite, Bill Casey was the only one who came 100% prepared. He already had the dimensions of the roof from his software application and therefore had everything already written up and ready to go. Along with that, he wasn't pushy at all. He made sure I understood what I was being charged for, what the work would entail, options, etc. "Here's your options, you can do this if you want, it will tack on $that, but I wouldn't. You could consider this for $that amount, that's up to you." I really appreciated his "not-sales-slimy" approach!

The process was every bit as smooth as Bill told me it would be during his onsite visit. This was in a pretty rough spring for storm damage, and I wasn't an emergency case, so I figured I'd be in for quite a wait. It was only a couple of weeks, maybe, when I got a call from Casey Exteriors, and the work wash scheduled. That was on a Monday. On Wednesday, the roofing supply company delivered the materials to my roof, as promised. On Thursday morning, the work crew showed up and got right to work, also as promised. By 2pm that same day, the crew was completely finished with their work, with no sign of old material or even roofing nails to be found!

I received the invoice a few business days later, and there were no surprises. It was exactly as agreed, and was itemized. I really hope this is the last time I have to pay out of pocket for a roof, but I'm also a realist. Next time around, it will be Casey Exteriors once again.

I hope my horrible amateur photography, complete with bad angles for shadows, doesn't mislead in a negative way. They did an excellent job and the new roof is as beautiful as a roof can be.

We are very happy with Casey Exteriors. In 2018 Bill Casey worked with us on an insurance claim. His company replaced our soffit, facia, gutters, and roof. They did an excellent job! Fast forward to June 2024. We noticed part of the gutter sagging on the back of the garage. I climbed up and had a look. To me it appeared the facia board was pulling away from the rafter tails. I contacted Casey on May 30 and set up a time (June3) for him to come take a look. Bill and Brian took a look and said they would take care of the issue. June 5 Brian came out and took care of it for us. Everyone we dealt with were top notch, Bill, Brian, and Tori. Thanks for getting us taken care of so quickly!

We had a recent emergency that one of our gutters seperated from the house after recent storms and Bill sent one of his guys out after 3 years from the original installation and made sure the gutter was resecured to the house.

This was our first time dealing with an insurance claim and Casey held our hand through the whole process. He made sure to educate us so we could make material decisions for us. Their workers only took 1 day to complete our roof from start to finish. If we have any other needs, we will be calling Casey.

In 2023, we had an estimate nailed down with Nick, who completely ghosted me, and I was forgiving as it was an understandable personal situation. Then, after weeks of zero contact, Bill, the OWNER came out and assured me I would be given some priority.

Bill then completely ghosted me and after MONTHS of delay getting our property repaired we went with a different company.

I was given a personal referral, as my grandmother had previously used this company. 100% do not recommend Casey Exteriors, as my experience with false promises and horrible communication was amongst the worst I've ever had from ANY company.

I'm sorry, but this is what reviews are here for. Terrible, TERRIBLE experience. We wasted April 19th through June 1st waiting for Nick, then June 1st through November 12th waiting for Bill.
Both simply cut off communication and GHOSTED us. Unacceptable.

I have record of all communications, or actually LACK of communication. Bill did apologize and offered to buy me lunch after we told him we were done. I did not accept.

We had two great guys put in a new door with sidelights. Brian was friendly and efficient . Theu both took great care with their work and the job looked awesome. I highly recommend this company for your home updates!

I meant to write this back in November when Casey Exteriors did my work, but holidays, etc., etc. Nonetheless, I need to express our appreciation and enthusiasm for the work that was done on our home. Prior to Casey's work on the home we were getting offers in the mail for buyers (so they could make money on flipping the house.) It looked really bad, but from the beginning, working with Bill on the details of the siding, gutters, soffit and facia to a couple of windows, from beginning to end this was a most enjoyable and satisfying experience. We were thrilled with the working relationship as well as the work itself. If you need this kind of work done, don't hesitate to call this company. They more than deliver. Five stars all the way!

This was a terrific experience. In past years roofers did not have a good reputation. They were too expensive, they cheated homeowners. They didn’t do what they said they would do, and on and on. But we found this experience quite satisfying. From the top down. Very fair! Did what was written plus some. I would recommend this company to everyone!

We hired Casey Exteriors to tear-off and replace a shingle roof on a 1940 gingerbread home in South County. They were recommended by our insurance adjuster as easy to work with, on time and on budget, and having high quality in their work. We shared a 40 page report from our adjuster with measurements and photos. Their sales manager stopped by to verify location and equipment access, and brought roof samples to choose from. He verified the insurance company’s information on the spot and gave us a date about 2 weeks out. Casey’s office kept us informed and verified start date and time. Their crew showed up at 630am as agreed and finished the project at 730pm on the same day. When they were finished, the area was as clean as when they arrived. We had a couple minor follow up concerns which they promptly addressed. We’re very satisfied with their work and responsiveness to our needs, and would highly recommend.

We had purchased a door from Casey Exteriors in the past. The weather-stripping was tearing, creating leaking water to the interior of the home during rainstorms. I called and spoke to Beverly and Tori in the office and they scheduled Brian the service tech for a same day evaluation. He came the following day to repair the door. Very professional and speedy service!

Promised the moon by sales only to be delivered the exact same thing that every other roofing company offers. Non-English speakers at your house all day that can only tell you they DON'T speak English after you were promised to have someone on site at all times that speaks English. Unfortunate and certainly not the fault of the workers. Your deductible from insurance doesn't change regardless of who you use. The customer service BEFORE the work was second to none! The customer service DURING and POST work was a lot of self work and follow up which shouldn't have to be done. I won't hold you to it, if you do don't promise it.

Wow! I am so impressed with the prompt response when I called Tory at Casey Exteriors to get my gutters replaced after the strong winds whipped through STL. Brian came out in the rain to fix my gutters. I tried to tell Brian he can certainly come back when the rain stops. He politely responded, “ It’s only drizzling”, I will be ok!
