Shingles are not installed properly, when I asked for fixation, they are saying new shingles are built that way where U cant clear the bumps at the bottom line of roof. That doesn't make sense to me also beware of the scams, their Agent promised me to give discount of $1000 for advertising their business. When he came to asked for payment, he said he will process the discount after getting approval from the higher office and send me cheque but its been more than a month they didn’t send my cheque. Last email where they said they will come back to me regarding discount payment on 5/08 but did hear nothing after.

Did a good job on roof but was the siding that wasn't all good. Yes they can come say they did the job but from saying to get work done in 2 to 3 days became over a month. Even when the job was done it was the details like caulking and cutting stuff that looked awful. There was so many mistakes and was sad that I had to point out myself. They didn't have manpower or used people who expertise is not siding. If I had know this l would have gone with someone else who wanted to do the work right.

Had our roof replaced in April 2023. I must say we were skeptical at first. Roberto came out to meet with us and start the process. Roberto and the office personnel worked with the insurance company to get an adjuster out. Carlos and his crew came out and did a great job removing and replacing the roof and skylight. Carlos kept us informed over the course of the 2 day install with any issues he found and fixed them. We have to say that the process from start to finish was much easier than we expected. The new roof looks awesome. Would highly recommend these guys anytime.

Everyone that we worked with at UC&R was helpful and knowledgeable. Rob was great at helping us work with our insurance company on the repairs. The new roof looks amazing. Now when it rains I no longer have to panic and worry about the leaks! Instead I can relax because I know the roof is solid.

UCandR sent 5 hard working and thorough roofers to put on my beautiful new roof. It turned out so nicely! This will be a long one!

This company is, quite frankly, the most amazing company with whom I have ever worked. I found them when they were going door-to-door (I know, I know), but there was something about Josh that told me that he knew his stuff. The deal was that they would try to have my insurance company pay for a new roof (there were some problems, but not very evident) and if he couldn't, then I had no obligation to work with United.

Well, he talked the insurance into replacing my roof.

It wasn't long before they started replacing the roof. The workers who did the actual roof replacement were outstanding. On one corner of the roof, a squirrel family had taken up residence and built a nest. For no extra charge (I had no idea about the squirrels!), they rebuilt the wood that had been chewed away. Also, they fixed siding that had broken loose or fell off. They were kind, efficient, and they made sure that all nails were picked up.

I have worked with many, many contractors and they are by far the best.

Josh was the rep who I worked with and he was so responsive and available. He even texted me an answer I needed while he was on vacation (!).

I know that I sound perhaps overly effusive, but I am sincere in my review. If you need someone to replace your roof, please consider UCAHN. You won't regret it.

This is the best company ever. The workers are very professional and they were on time. The installed a brand new roof for me. Took the old shingles off and put news on. They arrived at 7:30 AM and they were finished by 2 PM. Very nice. I recommend this company

United Construction replaced my roof. They came out and performed a free estimate and worked with my insurance company. Robert informed me of the process from start to finish. There were no surprises. Deborah kept me up to date with delivery and installation dates. Both were very responsive any time that I had a question. Carlos, Santos, and crew were excellent during the installation, especially in 90-degree heat. They told me that there would be no damage to the grass when hauling away the old roof and they were right. Excellent customer service all the way around. They cleaned up everything around our house. No nails at all! I had a question about wood rot and they are sending someone out tomorrow to check it out.

Very easy to work with, very professional staff and crew. Left my house with a nice new roof and a very clean yard. Would highly recommend.

I had a good experience with the company. I most appreciated the work being completed on time. We found them to be responsible and helpful answering questions.

Some years ago before covid, we hired the United Construction and Restoration to change the roof for us including the inside ceiling water damage work due to roof leaking. After the roof finished we paid them, but they never came back to finish the inside work. We called them so many times and the answer was always they would look at it to find someone but never came. So far the roof is no warranty, and because old water stains on ceiling are still there, we are not sure if the new roof is good or bad or any leaking, we don't know. We made very bad decision why we hired them to do the work...

Emily,TJ , Paul and Obieda were great to work with and are definitely an asset to the company. I'm very pleased with my roof and the workers who did the installation were great as well. United Construction and Restoration has replaced my roof well. Sales and contracting were handled great - they explain the estimate, line by line, and provided answers to all of my questions. The replacement was then scheduled and the entire roof was replaced in one weekend day - I didn't even have to be home for it. Great company - will recommend to my friends and relatives!

Our roof was done by United Construction & Restoration in March 2021.We were very happy with our new roof. The work crew did a excellent job. Eric Lee was our Salesman . He was very helpful , nice , patient and always ready to answer our questions, even on weekend. He help us to cooperate with getting contract and HOA documents , etc.done. Very poor cleanup after roof installation. My car picked up a roofing nail in my driveway causing me to have a flat tire. They left a large blue tarp filled with nails and sharp metal pieces, I found razor blades, nails, pieces of roofing shingles, and metal flashing in my lawn.
Flashing on the front of my house is unacceptable. Very poorly done. Roofing shingles on portions of my house do not lay flat. They mangled pieces of my gutter and every time it rains water overflows down the sides of my house which it never did before.
I had to power wash the driveway because their work trucks were leaking some oily substance which left stains.
I asked before I signed the work contract what brand of shingles they were going to use- I was told certainteed-HOWEVER what was written on the contract said IKO not certainteed. I wasn't even given the option of choosing the manufacturer of the shingles. If I knew I was getting IKO shingles I never would have agreed to hire them. Not happy.

They replaced the roof on my house 6/21/21. I was very happy with the result. The work crew completed the job in one day. The work was neat, and they left the property as they found it. I would recommend them for this type work.

Not a good experience. They over charged us for everything and did not even complete the entire work. We had the roof replaced through insurance which they overcharged and cammed us and the interior work from the damadge on the roof was not completed after paying additional money. Did damage to our home and will be contacting our insurance company to hold them accountable. I have called over several times and keep getting pushed off. They're all about the dollar that's it! We paid thousands for poor work!!!! Think twice!

UCANDR replaced our entire roof and a water damaged wall in my garage. It was done in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the results. UCANDR was very helpful in walking us through the process of the insurance claim and continued throughout the entire process. If it was not for UCANDR’s pointing out that my shingles were missing we could have had much more damage from the weather. They did an excellent job for us and we recommend them highly.

Our roof had damage to it from recent storms, and we decided to go with United Construction and Restoration. They replaced the entire roof, the services were great, and overall we had a great experience. The process was smooth and whenever we had questions the responses were prompt. UCANDR did a beautiful job on my roof. I had a couple meetings ahead of time one with Patrick, one with the roof foreman, and one with Barry. they were right on in providing the timeline for my roof replacement. The workers were there for 2 days and were very efficient.

They also were able to meet our schedule needs and the project was done in a timely manner which was important to us as we have kids with special needs and they can sometimes be sensitive to noise for extended periods of time. We recently had our roof replaced by United Construction & Restoration. Deborah Zetts was responsive and great to work with! She answered any questions that I had. The process was fairly easy and the roof looks great!

I am very pleased with the new roof installed by United Construction and Restoration. The project coordinator Deborah Zetts was great. Barry the sales consultant helped me file an insurance claim and was available to answer any and all questions along the way. The insurance company paid for the new roof and I could not be happier.

The materials arrived as scheduled and the roofing crew was punctual starting the project the next day. The job took 2 days but the crew was hardworking and did a pretty good job cleaning up the property once the project was complete.

Roof was inspected and pictures were provided of the completed product.

Great company from start to finish. Contractors showed up on time ready to work. They even showed up two weeks after the completion of my roof to double check for any nails or roof debris that may have been missed. Very responsive to my phone calls and emails through the job.

I had United Construction and Restoration replace my 20 year old roof. They were professional and quick to get the job done. The whole process was easy and pain free. Will use them again.

Hello, it gives me great pleasure to share my experiences with United Construction & Restoration.

In early October 2020, I contacted United Construction & Restoration via phone about the conditions of my roof and was greeted professionally by the staff. All my questions were answered with indubitable clarity.

United Construction & Restoration dispatched their experienced representative to my home and covered the materials used for roof replacement and or repairs. At this time, I felt very comfortable with my decision with United Construction & Restoration. I also was impressed with the warranties.

United Construction & Restoration also scheduled their staff to inspect the conditions of my roof and explained what was needed.

United Construction & Restoration exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time as scheduled for each appointment. The installers cleaned and removed the excess debris around my home as well.

After the completion of the installment, I received a call from United Construction & Restoration regarding my approval of the installation.

Again, I wanted to let you know that I gratefully appreciate the effort of your company for proper professional guidance. I would recommend United Construction

DO NOT USE UC&R. DO NOT EVEN CALL THEM.

I have a leak in my roof that is damaging my internal ceiling. I contacted UC&R at the recommendation of a family member. That was 3+ months ago. Since then, this is my experience.

1. I called and left a message that was never returned.

2. I called back and got a person. They said they would have their inspector contact me to schedule a time to come look at the roof.

3. I never heard from anyone.

4. I called back and was told that the inspector came out, didn't see any damage, and closed the file. I then requested that the individual return so I could show them where the damage was and where the source of the leak was.

5. The inspector came back out and met with me. He then proceeded to find the source(s) of the leak(s), marked the roof, and took photos. He told me that someone would be in touch with an estimate.

6. Two more weeks went by without a call. In the meantime, I've been mitigating the leak with buckets in the attic and had my handyman caulk part of the area on the roof.

7. I called back and was told that they were still waiting on the estimate and to be patient with them.

8. After more weeks without a call, I called them back and was told that the ticket was closed out stating there was no damage to my roof. After explaining the reality of the situation, I was told that I would get a call from a specific person between 4 and 7pm the following day.

9. The call never came.

10. I called back and got nothing but voicemail.

11. This morning, after heavy overnight rain, I woke up to a damaged dining room ceiling and damaged dining room furniture.

I couldn't make this up if I tried. It appears that unless UC&R smells a full roof replacement that your insurance will pay for, they deliberately avoid you at all costs. In nearly 50 years of life, this is one of the FIVE WORST customer service experiences I have EVER had. DO NOT USE THEM.

I cannot say enough about this company! Prompt response time, great customer service. The entire project of roof replacement went without a single hitch.
And they did a fabulous job of cleaning up when they were finished!

A friend recommended United Construction and Restoration to us as we were in need of a reputable company to help work with our insurance company to replace our roof. United Construction came out to our property twice to make sure they take all the right pictures to share with our insurance agent to obtain full approval for our roof replacement. We worked closely with Eric and Deborah, along with other staff at United once we have received approval from our insurance company to replace our roof. The process moved very quickly after approval and once the supplies were delivered, United came out the very next day and completed the project within one day, FANTASTIC!!! We are extremely happy and thankful and we have recommended family and friends to United whenever they need to replace their roof. United Construction & Restoration company recently replaced the roof on my house. Everything went well and smooth. The sale representative Paul was very responsive, helped with the insurance claim, and met in person to explain the whole process and to show the shingle samples. In a few weeks we had our roof replaced. They installed synthetic underlayment, ice & water shields, flashing. They also replaced a few damaged plywood boards. Now our roof looks very nice. I would definitely recommend this company.

United Construction and Restoration sales person knocked on my door offering to inspect the roof to assess possible damage as a result of a storm we had a few weeks before. Their inspector said that they found several locations with damage that is covered by the homeowners insurance and they will follow up on a claim once I report it. They replaced the roof with IKO shingles and associated synthetic underlayment ice & water shields, drip edges and flashing. They even went an extra mile to replace a few damaged plywood boards and flashing for an addition that was not part of the insurance estimate for no charge. The IKO shingles have a 15 year replacement warranty and prorated to 45 years. They finished the work in 2 days and followed up with the insurance for all payments. I am satisfied with their work and I hope to use them again for other projects.

Highly recommend United Restoration & Construction. They use quality roofing material and will recommend the best roofing system for your home. The sales reps are knowledgeable and professional. They help explain the proper way of filing a claim and they offer free roof inspections. Very impressed with the roofing crews, sales reps and all the way up to the owners of this company.

Moved into my new home in the spring and noticed a leak over the garage mid-summer. United had installed the roof for the previous owner less than a year prior. Within a week after contacting them, United's QC manager had a repair team at my property mitigating the problem. All the work was covered by the roof's warranty.

Check on your Maintenance and Storm damaged roofs, they will send their Inspector to check and work on it with your insurance company to pay for it.

I am completely pleased with my experience with United Construction and Restoration. From the initial consultation to the finished roof repair and beyond, everyone I have been in contact with has responded quickly, been professional and helpful. Every aspect of the process was thoroughly explained to me prior to signing the contract and my roof was completed well before the initial date given. I would definitely recommend this company.

In April, 2020 a hail storm in central Virginia Damaged many roofs in the area. Several companies stopped by My house and dropped their business cards and asked me to call them if I wanted to inspect the roof. Nikki, a United Construction & Restoration was the only person to take the time to explain to us how the entire process works and provided assistance with the claim process. She immediately gained out trust, and we decided to replace our roof with United Construction & Restoration. They say of the install, they showed up on time, finished the roof, cleaned the area, and did performed other minor works around the house. We are very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Nikki and Patrick were extremely helpful during the entire process.

This Company installed a new roof on 02/27/2020.The day that the work was completed someone stopped by to pick up the initial check. I then mailed them my deductible and on two occasions other checks received from Insurance. It is Corona time and I can understand delays but they had no problem making three deposits and also doing additional work in my development. They promised me a warranty which they tried to E-mail Unfortunately who ever scanned the doc needs training. All I want is a copy of my warranty. Whatever you do with this company withhold payment until you are satisfied. Piss poor customer service

Had them replace our roof, but had a "wait" on the interior work.... The roof job was done well and in a timely manner. There was also some water damage in the inside of the house. At the signing of the contract, we were not sure if we wanted UCR to do the work or not, but "trusted" them with the check from the insurance company. Later, we determined that we would like another company do the interior, and request that they return that portion of the check. I have called MULTIPLE times and been given the run around....I have been told that the money would be sent.. I have been told that another department handles THAT money... I have been transferred around from department to department... I can post the time stamps and duration of my calls. I would love to give them a good review, but not when they owe us hundreds..
My lawyer says we definitely have a case, but I would like to avoid that...

I am very happy with the service that United Construction provided. The installers took there time to make sure the job was done right. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up after the work was complete. Highly recommend.

Great service. We were delayed a bit by my solar panels company who was to disassemble the panels. UCR was patient, and as soon as the roof was ready, they moved in and for the job done in no time.

I have had the worst experience with United Construction. Back in October, I signed a contract with them to have a new roof and siding installed. We decided on the color of shingles and siding and the new roof was going to be installed in Novemeber. They showed up November 26/27 to work on the roof and said they would come back to install the siding. Days went by and we had to reach out to United to find out why they have not come back to install the siding. They informed us the siding we chose was out of stock and would not be in stock for about another week. December 6th came around and they showed up at my house unexpectedly just to drop off materials on the driveway. We called United again to find out if they were going to install the siding the next day and we did not get a clear answer. I am sick and tired of United Construction they are such a shady company. All they want is your money and once they have it they could care less about you. It is now Christmas Day and thanks to United we did not get to hang up Christmas lights because they did not come to install our siding. We have materials taking up space in our driveway so we can't park our cars. During the day the materials are just laying out for anyone to come and steal them. United Construction is the worst company I have worked with, STAY AWAY DON'T LET THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOOL YOU.

We were very pleased with the roofing project with United Construction and Restoration Inc. They provided excellent customer service, helpful advice, and constant communication through from the beginning to the completion of the project. The roofing crew was punctual, hardworking, and did a great job cleaning our property once completed. We are definitely satisfied customers and will highly recommend United to friends and family.

United Construction and Restoration did a wonderful job on my roof. When I first spoke with the agent Mike and he explained their business with detail; and the material they used. I had to go with them. The warranty and years that went with the complete roof repair is outstanding. My roof is how should I say it. It’s like brand new. If you want to chose an outstanding construction company who will take care of you it is them. The crew that came out were professional and also cleaned up better than I thought. They get five stars.

UCANDR replaced our entire roof and part of our living room ceiling over the summer, and we are pleased with the results. We have never filed a claim before on our homeowners insurance policy, and it was a great help to have UCANDR handle most of the interaction with the insurance company. Fact is we probably would have still had our old roof on if UCANDR hadn't handled 80% of the process, which made it so much easier. Definitely cheaper for us, the insurance paid for everything except the deductible.

I'm writing this review 3 months after the new roof was put on, and it's been great so far. It's noticeably quieter than the old roof, now we can barely hear rain hitting the roof in rainstorms.

Martin from United C & R was so helpful through the whole process! We got a new roof over the house and separate garage! 5 star installation and they worked on it as soon as weather allowed! Highly recommend this company.

Overall I was pleased with the work performed by United. Paul worked to allow me to select a different roofing solution, and still stay within the budget of the insurance allocation. There were some lengthy delays in communications, but I understand that to have been mostly due to internal changes with their computer system. Workers showed up early and worked all day and returned the next Dayton complete project. I was never introduced to a site foreman/person in charge, but again, workers seemed to work hard and do quality work and clean up was good, except for one box left in driveway. The next day the box was removed however when someone came out to inspect completion of work and workmanship. Natalie was very good with communications and informing of next steps to close out contract. We also did have United replace gutters under separate contract, and that project went smoothly. With the exception of some drop off in communications during the process, we were happy with United and their work.

Excellent workmanship and customer service.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our roofing project with United Construction and Restoration. The project manager, David Lee provided excellent customer service, helpful advice, and constant contact from the estimate all the way through to the completion of the installation. He was the only roofer from three companies who actually climbed on the roof and conducted a thorough inspection prior to providing an estimate. A roofing crew were punctual, hardworking, and did an excellent job cleaning our property once the project was complete.

Our new roof looks great! The work was completed quickly, and was of high quality. Had a minor issue with a few nails from the old shingles being left behind on the roof and ground, but someone was out the very next day to take care of the issue! We've had a few high-wind events and heavy rain, and the new roof has performed like a champ. Very happy with the results.

Finally, completed all the repairs.
All the work process went fast and smooth.

United Construction and Restoration did an outstanding job with my roof replacement. They helped us understand that the wind damage was covered by insurance, which made the roof replacement much better. They arrived according to schedule and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no debris.

My friend has had his roof done for about half a year and despite multiple calls to this company asking for the fee, I still have not gotten it.
