It was great working with the RoofPRO Team. Quick for the estimate, scheduling, and I didn’t need to be home for the work. They left the place clean and I’m hoping that the work they did helps with airflow in my attic.

My husband and I had an unexpected experience where our new homeowner's insurance company assessed our roof and demanded we get a new roof within 20 days. We were told if we failed to do so, the insurance company would no longer insure us. Having no issues with the roof, this came as somewhat of a surprise to us. That made us feel quite on-edge. However, we contacted RoofPro and shared our story, inquiring if planning and executing a complete roof-replacement was even feasible in the limited amount of time we had been given. Thankfully, the owner, Tim Taylor, spoke with us on the phone and came out to our home himself (on Labor Day) to assess the roof and provide options for us. He assured us that RoofPro could get the roof replaced within the time period given and he talked us through what RoofPro would be able to provide (pictures and certificate of completion) to the insurance company to verify for them that their requirement had been met. We were very relieved after speaking with Tim. The work began the following week and the entire roof was completed in the course of a single day. Brandon, the project manager, was informative and helpful. The crew was tidy, making sure to cover the outdoor space with tarps and cleaning up any loose materials at the end of the day. We were impressed with the quickness and quality of the work and we would recommend RoofPro to others with roofing needs.
