I just had Mark and his crew (yes the owner is VERY hands on) out to replace our patio roof. They did an amazing job, very thorough and professional answering any and all of our questions all that at a VERY reasonable price. I have dealt with more than a couple roofers in the past and will not be calling anyone other than Mark in the future.

Had a very small emergency job about a year ago. Half dozen shingles had ripped off the roof and needed it repaired asap as a major storm was moving into the area in a few days. While other companies were saying $800 minimum or they wouldn't be able to get to it until next week, Mark and his team agreed to come by the next day give me an estimate which was less than half any of the others.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I asked for an estimate for trim work to be done around the outside of my exterior front door. The estimate was done. I then agreed to go forward with this company. Then I was told that they needed half of the money up front before they could even schedule it. So they took the money , then I didn’t get a date for a while , from which I kept asking for it to be scheduled. Kept being told it will be a while it will be a while. Then they kept saying , the week of... hearing nothing, then I call and get some bs answer and say okay, it will be the week of ..... then nothing happens, then I follow up AGAIN!!!! Then someone gets sick then someone is out of town. So many excuses. August 2018 was when I got the quote and the money taken from me. Then here we are, February 13th, 2019 and still NOTHING! Michelle , the receptionist or whatever, never answers my calls and NEVER CALLS ME BACK when when I ask for a call back. She only would email me back a couple of times with the lame excuses. I’ve emailed and checked in countless times with no response. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! So unprofessional !!! I’m fuming right now. Called another company and they responded right away and plan to get this done within 2 weeks.
