United Builders - Fairbanks, AK

UB replaced my roof. They had the cheapest quote and I think the highest quality work of all the quotes we received.
We have another roof scheduled to be replaced by them this up coming summer.

Sam and his brothers built a granny flat (we call it a Nonna Cottage) from the ground up, and it is beautiful. Despite getting much more rain than we had expected, they got the job done and were very responsive to every request. They even helped out with the main house when an angle stop began leaking and I was unable to find a plumber that could make the repair in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

After many calls to home builders in Fairbanks, NOBODY was interested in doing my project. Sam at United Builders was the only person who would come out and give me an estimate. We had UB install new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. They are very quick, responsive to questions and calls, and did excellent work. The kitchen is beautiful and I recommend them to anyone needing similar work.

my home was renovated by Sam and his crew from an abandoned house to the beautiful home we have now. The work to make the place livable was significant. My only complaint when we bought our home were 2 of the outside doors were not insulated enough for the arctic conditions here, and the same complaint about 5 of the windows. They were serviceable but not very energy efficient. This past summer I contracted with Sam and United Builders to replace the doors and windows with high efficiency windows and doors I wanted. The work was well done. the cost was just and reasonable. The savings by contracting with United Builders was significant. If you live anywhere from Fairbanks to to Anderson and they can get to you with their trucks, you will not find a more honest and competent construction company. They are experts in what they do and will save you money.

This company put in a new kitchen for me and it was a dream. Highlights of their work are: responsive. They were easy to contact and hear back from. They kept me current on all happenings. They kept to their timeline. They are friendly and easy to work with. The quality of their work was top notch. So here in Fairbanks having top quality work, friendly customer service was great.
